   Service was very slow and restaurant was not busy. Waitress was new, but management was not helping her. We were there 30 minutes before we even got water. Waitress was doing her best, but she had several tables and no support team for water, refills and bread.

   It is a bit of a drive, now that our local Keg closed - thank you Covid - but it was well worth the effort. An outstanding dirty martini set the stage for the feast to come. My appetizer was the shrimp cocktail; my wife ordered the bacon wrapped scallops. Say what you will, the Keg knows shellfish (can't wait for lobster summer). I usually do sirloin, and my wife did choose the baseball sirloin , Chicago style, but I thought I'd try the bone-in Ribeye - excellent choice there, Foodie 101! Top all that off with the Billy Miner pie and it was one for the record books. Please don't close like the others.

   Drove all the way from Mckinney TX to Arlington, a one hour drive, and it was worth every mile! We were celebrating our 51st wedding anniversary and wanted something special for the occasion. They did not disappoint. The filet was out of the world delicious and tender. Just wish the Plano restaurant was still open. Hope they are still around for our 100th. :-)

   We celebrated a birthday dinner. I had the Salmon and my husband had the Top sirloin. the service was really good. The food was good. The price was reasonable for a steak house.

   The waitress was not attentive. My food was sent to the wrong table. My $50 steak was overcooked. Our bill was wrong. I ordered a steak, Mac and cheese, and baked potato, and it was not delivered to the table at the same time. My friend ordered shrimp and got something different. And no butter sauce was with the shrimp. I choose this restaurant and my friends and I were very disappointed.

    We enjoyed our meals, although the menu did not match up with the one I had viewed online. Our waiter was very personable, but the overall service was off. Missing napkin/utensils when we sat down/we had to ask for wine glasses that were on the table to be removed/menus crowded the small table throughout the meal.

    Our first time at the Arlington location as all others have closed. We were impressed with the size of this restaurant and the decor. The service seems to run smoothly and efficiently. The ambiance was conducive to comfortable enjoyable dining. The food was generous and delicious. We had enough to take home a small meal.

    This is a classy steakhouse without the extreme prices. Our server was wonderful and very helpful. The food was prepared just as we ordered and good flavor overall. Dress nice when you go...not required but it does make it more special.

    Very disappointed with my Mother's Day experience. I had reservation for 8:30 pm but we were met with multiple shortages from bread to side dishes. Ordered calamari which looked like something they rushed out to Costco or SAMS to get as it was not what I'm expernenced in my previous visit to The Keg in Las Colinas. Our server did her best to explain the shortages and I have no issue with her service but management provide no support to her. He/She should have come to our table to personally address the situation, but choose to stay conveniently out of sight. I understand that it's a popular holiday but given reservations management had a clear idea how many customers will be coming and should have enough product to meet the demand. Running out of some items and finding out after we placed our order is unacceptable. I left the restaurant thinking they closed the wrong store.

    Dining out on Mother’s Day is becoming more challenging. Understandably the restaurant is seating in the bar area. But if making reservations this should be noted. Service was not the standard for The Keg due to large crowd. Had to ask for water refills, orders mixed up when brought out. We love dining at The Keg and hope to see it return to quality service soon.

    The orange slice and prime rib were amazing along with the fresh vegetables. I would pass on the shrimp and cheese. Austin took care of me and my lady and was the perfect man for us. We would definitely come back.

    We did not feel our anniversary celebrated. Waitress wasn’t around. No mix drink menu at table. Horrible time considering the other local was a much better place. I will not be back

    The steak knives are the dullest I’ve ever encountered at an upscale steak house. The sirloin cut was a average steak for the price. The Saltgrass has far better quality sirloin then the one at the Keg. Been a customer for 15 years and will continue to be. The server JR at the Arlington location was excellent in customer service.     Been dinning @ The Keg many times over the years (60). Last nights experience was one of the best. We were a party of 6. The service was timely an our server Ramon was super. I’m 86 and I hope to have more of the same!!!!

    The Keg Teriyaki steak is the only steak we go out for. I can grill steaks better than most restaurants, but not as good as the Keg’s Teriyaki. We had our first date at the downtown Ft. Worth Keg 48 years ago and we still return for special occasions!

    Great service and food. Only issue was I asked for an Old Fashioned and it was delivered in a cracked glass. When I notified the waiter he simply poured the remainder into another glass and nothing was offered as an apology

    Had a great meal at the Keg in Arlington. Our server, Junior, was awesome. He took great care of us being attentive but without rushing us. The wedge salads were excellent and huge. The steaks (a filet and a NY Strip) were cooked perfectly and very tasty. The wine was good too. Met the GM Brian and he was very friendly. We will definitely come back.

    Both the top sirloin and the blue cheese filet were outstanding -- well-seasoned and cooked exactly to specifications. The wedge salads were cold and crisp and delicious as well. Finally, I loved the bread, while my dining partner did not. Most of all, the value for the money is such a great value, you can be sure we will be happy repeat customers.

    Steak was overcooked-i ordered medium rare and received medium well. Server was not attentive. Long delays between server coming to table so it was difficult to request anything. Steaks knives are old and dull! Butter knife cut better than steak knife! Booths need to be recovered and place looks dated and worn.

    4/21/23.... Party of 11. 4 of the 10 plates came out correctly. Salads came out after main courses. Very bland steaks. 2 of the steaks were well done and was ordered at medium. 1 person ordered a well done burger, he got his plate well after the other 8 steak orders and it was MEDIUM. One of the waitresses was kinda of rude. The manager was nice and took the burger off and apologized for the service. Overall, it was a terrible experience. Ive been to The Keg plenty of times and this was just bad.

    If I were ever asked what I would like for the last meal I had on this earth, it would be the steak (we prefer the Baseball Sirloin) with Lobster tail Classic Meal at The Keg! We frequent many other steak houses, but this is by far the best! The Classic Meals include a wonderful salad and mushrooms to top off the steak. Ending with one of their wonderful desserts (our favorite is the Carrot cake), it just doesn't get any better than this!
