Exceptionally good food, everything tasted great. Great service, good ambience, beautiful interior. The Ivy has becoem one of my favourite restaurants. Not cheap but not expensive especially for the quality of food you get there. Way to go The Ivy.

I had such an enjoyable time at the restaurant it was the right place that I chose to celebrate my birthday at. The food was wonderful and so were the staff, it finished with taking beautiful photos outside the restaurant.

Was slightly cold outside and service was lacking. Was difficult to get attention sat out the front

Staff were rather rude. Breakfast was luke warm - poached eggs not cooked fully Expensive for what it is.

We had recently dined at The Ivy and had an overall wonderful dining experience. On this visit unfortunately our drinks didn't arrive at the same time and the waiter brought my partner's starter before his drink arrived. We then asked 2 different wait staff before his drink finally appeared. However the manager apologized and the service and meal were were spot on for what is expected of The Ivy. This is our neighborhood gem and we really want to support them.

A great lunch with my wife, a first meal out for quite some time due to all the current restrictions. Such a great feeling to be there and enjoying normality. The waitress switched mid way., but they were both excellent and enhanced our experience.

The food was of low quality for the price. There was no catering for food allergies and the staff had limited knowledge of the menu. Overall, not worth it.

The staff here are superb, delicious food. Wow the mince pies and brandy cream was sensational. I had roast chicken that was delicious. We were so well looked after.

The atmosphere was nice, staff was overwhelmed and mixed a few orders. It was very full. The main dishes were good, we were not too impressed by the desserts

It was really busy and loud and some people were coughing so brazenly it put me off staying any longer. The staff were busy so I guess that's why they weren't friendly but the food was decent.

We went to The Ivy twice, once for dinner and once for breakfast.
Suffice to say, it was one of the nicest places we have ever eaten at.
Food was incredible, and the staff couldn't be nicer.
It was a truly wonderful experience.

Service was very good. Food was lovely and we did not wait long for it. Although it was 10 in the morning and very quiet but my husband and i enjoyed it, hence why we return again and again

The Ivy Kensington has a really good atmosphere and the service is great. On this occasion we were celebrating my daughter's 21st birthday and I had called the restaurant earlier to ask if they do anything special for birthdays. They let me know that they can
present the birthday person with a festive piece of pie and wish them a happy birthday before the bill arrives and I asked that they please do this for my daughter. On the night they did not actually acknowledge my daughter's birthday and because she was sitting beside me it was impossible to remind the waiter without spoiling the surprise, so it never happened. This was a bit disappointing, but it was quite a busy night at the restaurant and this oversight would not stop me from recommending or going back to The Ivy again.
