Chef Matt Costello designs a prix-fix multi course dinner featuring Whidbey Island's freshest seasonal fare, as well as additions from around the world which is complimented by the Inn's extensive wine cellar. There is one seating per evening and dinner typically lasts approximately 3 hours and so you will enjoy a full evening experience.
The cost of dinner is currently $160.00 per person, this includes all non alcoholic beverages. Wine, tax and a 20% service charge are additional. We offer a wine pairing that complements your dinner perfectly, chosen each evening by Matt Costello. As this is a prix fix menu and as our menu has many ingredients please let us know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions, or cannot consume even small amounts of alcohol, as changes are hard to accommodate without advance notice.

The Inn at Langley was one of the best meals (if not the best) I have ever had. It tops all of the other high end restaurants with tasting menus and wine pairings I've been to. The portions were a good size and the wine pours were healthy. I would definitely recommend this to anybody looking for great food on a special occasion.

My husband and I arrived on a blustery winter evening. We walked through the garden and entered the dining room where a fire crackled in the entry where Dawn welcomed us, poured sparkling wine, hung our coats and showed us to our places at the chef's table.
Shortly, we were presented with the first bites of the evening - edible cocktails and single bite snacks. I particularly liked the puffed wild rice treat topped with slivers of dried beef. Then the sous chef, Emily, welcomed everyone and the meal began. Each successive course became our new favorite. All while soaking up the ambiance of the glimmering candlelit room.
Emily, Rachel and Dawn created a wonderful atmosphere to relax and enjoy the incredibly creative and satisfying meal. It was a truly memorable experience!

Special restaurant with 1 seating at 7 pm for a 7 course meal. Local ingredients with very creative cuisine with excellent service and explanation of each course. Highly recommended for foodies and for special occasions.

This was an exquisite dining experience, from the beautiful setting, to the unique courses served. We were greeted on the garden patio with Spanish cava. Chef Matt Costello was pouring for a bit. We were then seated at our table with individual place cards and the printed menus for the evening. We did not choose to do either of the wine flights, but ordered a bottle from the wine menu. Each course was creative, perfectly seasoned and beautifully presented. Each course was delicious. The chef was friendly and the staff attentive and casual and professional. The evening lasted about three hours. This was truly an outstanding dining experience.

We are so fortunate to live just a few blocks from The Inn at Langley. Chef Matt Costello and his top-notch team offer up a unique dining experience in a beautiful setting. The evening begins with bubbles served indoors or out depending on the season and continues on for several hours in the beautiful dining room. The seven-course meal begins with a series of unique cocktails to start, and is served graciously by the staff, who explain each dish. Diners may opt for wine pairings, which I highly recommend. We are so lucky to have this fabulous restaurant in our hometown!

Wonderful experience overall but disappointed that we could not hear or see the Chef as he explained the night's menu. This could be improved by having the Chef use a microphone and wander among the guests as he makes his presentation.

Like watching live theater. The ensemble puts together fantastic one acts for each course. Wine was good, flowed somewhat steadily. Each course an entertaining story. I recommend sharing the long table with friends and strangers to get a front row view of all the excitement. All of the food was exceptional and prepared beautifully. Well coordinated effort from bubbly in the garden to sweet desserts at the end.

We had an amazing menu that started with 'surprise' cocktails that were wonderfully creative and 5 of them so good thing they were each tiny! Every course was a jewel in and of itself. The staff did an amazing job of explaining each course, answering questions - they were a fine complement to the meal.

The dinner was very special - great menu with new flavors and presentations - The series of cocktails to start was unique with just a mouthful of five different alcohol cocktails served from a gin and tonic to white Russian. Each following dish served was delicious and just enough to provide an excellent tasting. From scallop with stinging nettles, then molasses bay leaf bread with cultured butter, then the salmon, grapefruit burrata cheese and dill, followed with buttermilk biscuit, Marion beery jam and aerated bacon fat. The quail, morel mushrooms with white asparagus was my favorite and then came pork, baby radishes, onion crisp and English peas. For desert, there was three from fresh cheese with rhubarb juice, next the pretzel lavash, red velvet cake and last with the butterscotch, violet and whipped chocolate and of course great cut of black coffee. We purchased the Chef's Pairings of wine to go with the dinner and was not disappointed - excellent variety to enhance each dish. The wait staff was very informative and we totally enjoyed the whole experience and will make it a point to return.

This was a meal par excellence. What a find in Langley where we have been sailing for decades! This stands as a truly fabulous food experience and we have dined from the Pacific Hotel in Hong Kong to LeCinq in Paris. We heartily recommend this remarkable restaurant to everyone! You might bring your own fabulous wine and spend for the corkage to complement the available light pairings on the menu. Some of the local wines want a bit in matching the caliber of the food. Every bite was a sensation though and we will go again!

The Inn at Langly was one of the best meals I've had in my life. From the cozy and friendly atmosphere to the innovation of the dishes presented. While not the most affordable it is well worth the cost for a special occasion or foodie pilgrimage. I would absolutely come back (and plan to next year)!

I've been to the Inn at Langley many times for dinner and each time I am surprised and delighted, course after course. The food is delicious and beautiful (not to mention, the gorgeous plates and silverware) and the staff is welcoming and wonderful. I would recommend the inn in a heartbeat to anyone who loves to witness and partake the unfolding of a whimsical and delicious meal.

What a great experience!! They start you off with fun cocktails that you would never think were cocktails. Then the food comes! Everything is beautifully presented. The kitchen staff bring it out & describe what you are eating. (I think there were 7 courses in total) Very delicious! FYI.. They only do wine flights, no bottles or just a glass. If you want to bring your own wine, they are very accommodating. Corkage fee is $35. We brought our own wen but inquired about a couple of the wines offered in the flights & the waitress was very happy to give us a glass of them. You also get an after dinner drink with your meal. We loved our experience here & can't wait to come back.

This was our 5th New Year's Eve at the Restaurant at Inn at Langley. Food preferences and allergy substitutions were creative/delicious (give plenty of advanced notice). Service was personal and sincere. Dishes incorporated molecular gastronomy (spherification, paper, dehydration, etc...) to enhance the dishes and make the food fun and interesting. Each dish was more delicious than the last- one of my favorites was chestnut pasta with crab. One of the Great Restaurants!!

Fabulous, personal service: Ample space to enjoy your own bubble: Cozy fire, solid and artful building construction, open kitchen style: all the food creativity you could hope for at one time. WOW! I also appreciate the nonplussed accommodation of my dining partner's and my dietary requests: one pescetarian and one vegetarian. I love artful presentation, and the restaurant staff at the Inn at Langley are all over it with their dazzling assortment of fun tableware for every course. My thanks to the wonderful chef and wait staff.
