Our Executive Chef, Christopher Calhoun, through his extensive work experience with very high quality restaurants, has built relationships with many different farmers, who offer high quality, seasonally appropriate ingredients. These farmers are personally committed to their products of excellence.

Chris has a personal trust in the farms and fisheries from which he purchases and he has a keen sense for seasonal quality, therefore, our menus will change with the season.

Excellent value for Sunday Brunch in the western suburbs at a hotel. Very comfy and spacious with lots of great tasting choices...for $21...three of us sat for three hours celebrating Super Bowl Sunday....this is more than just breakfast...since you can add meat from the carving board and salads...after you try the omelet bar, or the pancakes and waffles..doughnuts...and don't forget they have a whole extra array of desserts! So much more relaxing than those small, overly busy mostly breakfast places that dot our area..

The location is an old favorite, but the newly renovated restaurant is a gem. The décor is much more updated. Thankfully they've retained the same level of service and quality I've grown to expect. And they still have the lunchtime buffet, which is wonderful. Great choices and variety - and good food, not just buffet "quick style" entrees. Will definitely go there again.

Wonderful server, Devon. Delicious food, especially seafood chowder and snapper entree - although raw oyster/orange marmalade special not a pleasing combination and 2 strip steaks somewhat gristly. A New restaurant getting up to speed

My husband and I were there to celebrate his birthday. This time we both chose the lunch buffet which is always excellent. He tried a new gin that the Fork and Bottle is now carrying from a local distillery in Elverson, Pa......also excellent. Our server Jackie Fong is the best!!! We always request Jackie every time we dine there. She is an asset to the Desmond. She is extremely efficient, pleasant and makes you feel like family.
