Fried Green Tomatoes
green tomatoes, bacon jam, pimento cheese, chili oil, frisee, tarragon vinaigrette
The food was bland with no taste. Need a new chef.
Food was very good, but the service was great.
Thanksgiving meal was very good. Generous portions. Service was super friendly and attentive
Thanksgiving dinner. Awesome menu and service!!
Amazing food, especially the Shrimp and Grits, and the desserts.
Super slow and poor service.
If they don’t have the staff, they need to accept less reservations.
We really enjoyed the atmosphere and food was excellent. Like all small businesses and restaurants these days, they were short staffed in the kitchen so it took awhile to get our food, but our waiter was very efficient and made sure to keep our drinks full the whole time. Food was delicious!
Want a taste treat, with many choices, perfect seating, deep old wood tables, a pleasant waiter or waitress? Honeysuckle has all of this. this comes after our second visit, trying new dishes. Service great both times.
And, I look forward to more visit as we continue to sample regional foods.
Service was slow and food was incredibly disappointing for what it could have been. Not sure how they are still open given the experience and value.
We were there for Sunday brunch with our granddaughter and her boyfriend. Our server Brian was outstanding. All of us enjoyed the dishes we ordered very much. The Super Salad with salmon, the Honeysuckle Omelet, and the French Toast were all delicious and presented beautifully. We will definitely return.
Great food and service
Great food and excellent service. Cocktails were exquisite and the dessert was to die for. Somewhat pricey, but what do you expect for high-quality ingredients and top-notch dinner experience? Will be returning again soon.
The water glasses brought to us had lipstick on the rim!
Waiter was all over the place and never stopped to check on us.
Food was very bland and lukewarm
The restaurant is very nice. The service was impeccable. The food was not up to par for what the reviews stated. We had the biscuit platter. I have had better biscuits at Cracker Barrel. We had the fried green tomatoes and they were good. The chicken fried chicken was awful. The batter on the chicken had not taste and the chicken was stringy in texture. This was a business lunch with an out of town guest who had never been to Nashville. I probably should have stuck with the local establishments that I know.
The Superfood Salad was tasty! Ordered this salad along with salmon for a great, healthy dinner while traveling.
The fried green tomatoes, honey sriracha brussels and my husbands dry aged ribeye were delicious. Everything else was mediocre. Not worth the tab.
Honeysuckle is our go to place when we come to Nashville and it never disappoints.
Excellent food and good service in a relaxed but beautiful environment.
Nice atmosphere, but we had a great table. I could see where other parts of the restaurant could seem crowded. Overall food was very good, but the fried green tomatoes were OUTSTANDING! Rivaled some I had in Biloxi with fresh crab and remoulade as the best ever. The Honeysuckle Pie was an excellent desert. Highly recommend.
We enjoyed our first visit to Honeysuckle, so we decided to go again. Service this time was subpar, got overlooked many times. Then when we finally got served, it took a while for our food to come. My girlfriend ordered the Ahi Tuna, which came to us way over cooked (the manager kindly offered to replace it). Overall is was a good night.
On a very slow afternoon, our food took an hour, came out cold, and excuses were made. I should say that the manager comped the food, but I’d rather pay for what I want than be disappointed for free.
The four of us enjoyed a delicious lunch at the Honeysuckle. Each of us had something different and two of us had a very non-traditional banana pudding dessert, which was scrumptious. The decor is interesting, including a neat three-quarter piano and several other things. We will definitely return.
Good amazing as always. My son request Honeysuckle every year foe his birthday. He also eats the same 20 ounces of ribeye with a side of Gouda grits!
The food and service were excellent!
We enjoyed this restaurant 2 years ago that we went back again. The appetizers were excellent, we had raw and cooked oysters, also the green fried tomatoes.
The last time I had the pork shank volcano, it was falling apart and amazing. This time it was still good but tough enough that I had to ask the waitress for a steak knife.
The service was great.
Great server, great food. We will be back
First time dinning at this restaurant. I really wanted to like this place, but my steak was awful. No flavor, even Oscar style. I was really disappointed. Ambiance is nice. Maybe I will try it again and get a burger.
My favorite steak in town!! The filet is the best with the brussel sprouts! A favorite restaurant of ours to go to for a special occasion!!
A nice surprise for a restaurant located on the corner of a strip mall. Great atmosphere, service, and food.
The food was okay but for the price point I expected better.
Food was nothing special… Correction food was not very good. Went for brunch. Eggs Benedict served on two biscuits the size of a Silverdollar. The asparagus and spinach were soggy and an edible.
If The Honeysuckle wants to continue to offer brunch they will need to consider adding staff and teaching the cooks how to make an omelette without burning it, forgetting to add the ingredients and bringing the correct omelette to the table. Also, over easy eggs mean the yoke is runny, not hard boiled. The biscuits were fair and the bacon was ok. Thank goodness the Bloody Mary was decent. Sorry Honeysuckle, we are not coming back.
Went to brunch with a few girlfriends and had a just terrific meal! The service was good and friendly and just truly enjoyed our visit.
The food and drinks were good, but it took a long time for our meal to come.
Excellent experience. Some items in the menu may be a little over priced. Steak meals do not include a side dish which lowers the value of the meal, but nothing excessive. Highly recommend a visit, and I will definitely return.
We had a wonderful experience! Great service, food, and we loved the vibe/overall atmosphere. Will definitely return.
The food was delicious. The service was terrific and our server was brand new - we were her first table! Great atmosphere even though we had a lot of high school students there for homecoming and they were somewhat noisy.
food not good or served at right temperature
Great place for special event. Service was exceptional
