The Happ Inn Ratings and Reviews
Food is always very good. Had chicken tinga tacos and my husband had a burger. Had calamari to start which was great. Try the Sparkling Sunset cocktail - a favorite I cannot get duplicated elsewhere! Our server was super nice, but had a lot of areas to cover. This is not the first time we have experienced slow service here. We asked for drinks which never arrived, then cancelled the order when we had finished our meals. However, we'll keep coming back, the food is that good and value is very good.
First time here, just dropped by for lunch. Service was really good. Pulled pork was not super, way too smoky- ate 2 bites. The crispy chicken sandwich was cooked well but pretty plain. It was overpowered by the over-buttered bun. Fries were ok but tasted like plain frozen fries.
We enjoyed our dinner at Happ Inn. The food is always good. We were a bit disappointed that they no longer have the falafel burger for our vegetarian. The vegetarian burger was not as tasty and was VERY cumbersome to eat. They need to come up with another vegetarian burger option.
High marks because my husband thought the skirt steak was really good and he has very high standards when it comes to skirt steaks. I had the nicuois salad with seared tuna, which was over dressed but still good. We look forward to returning to this restaurant. It may wind up being our goto place for skirt steak.
So disappointed, have been going here for a couple of years. They changed their menu, removing some of my favorites-flalfel burger and cuban sandwich. Service was awful. It was super busy night, day before Thanksgiving but they should have had more servers than knowing it was a busy night. Won't be back for a while, which is unfortunate because this is a go to for a family with young kids.
The Crispy Chicken sandwich was not. It was over cooked and the slaw had no flavor.
Chicken Tortilla soup was good.
An Arnold Palmer was 75 cent$ more than the Iced tea… the simple addition of Lemonade does not cause a price increase where I come from, unless you add booze.
