    In town for a short visit. Meal and service were fantastic! Best ribeye I’ve ever had!

    We knew we wanted to eat meat in Jackson, and Gun Barrel did not disappoint. The decor matched the name, but instead of it being hokey, it was just delicious. My son inhabited his beef tenderloin, and I stuffed myself in the bison prime rib. I wish that my appetite was bigger, so we could try more. The focaccia was also excellent.

    The place was mega busy and we had to wait a little past our booked time to get to our table. But that wasn’t a real problem but I can’t understand why this place doesn’t have a bar where you could wait, I think they are missing a trick. Food was very good but pricey. Our server Mike was excellent, nothing was to much for him and always a smile. thanks Mike

    My wife and I's first time to Jackson Hole, WY! A good friend of mine recommended having dinner at the Gun Barrel and it was absolutely incredible! The atmosphere was amazing, the service was fantastic (the hostesses and our server (Robert) were kind and intentional about making our dinner memorable. Easiest 10/10. Thank you for making our time special and enjoyable! Quality over quantity and that's what we encountered from the Gun Barrel team and staff!

    Our waiter Angel took excellent care of us! He answered all of our questions and checked on us regularly. It was very busy, but he never made us feel like he was too busy for us. We will be back!

    Liked the local vibe and outdoor seating was wonderful! Service was efficient with spot on recommendations but his dry humor fell short. The bison back ribs and elk tenderloin were standouts - cooked to perfection. The mixed game bolognese was enjoyed but expected a truer red sauce. The burger was a huge disappointment - very dry, no flavor. The apple pie was delicious - a good portion that allowed our party of 5 to each have just enough sweet finish.
