The restaurant was beautiful, staff could not have been anymore accommodating. We did not have to look for a server once. Attention to detail was top priority for everyone there . It was out 10yr Anniversary and we were celebrating being in remission. They all made it a very special night! We will definitely be back SOON! Thanks to everyone there from valet thru to bus boy!

One of the finest dining experiences we have ever had. Perfect in every way. Appreciate the expert service. This restaurant is over the top but in no way pretentious. Food was incredible! Truly Five Star dining. Can’t wait to try again!

Always the best food and service! Really enjoyed our evening at the Grill. We had steak and salmon and they were both perfect. Love the ambiance and the piano player. If it could give 10 stars for service, I would!!!

It was a first -time return visit to the Ritz since it was renovated. While the atmosphere and service were lovely as always, the food was inferior to what I expect from the Ritz and have enjoyed on previous occasions. This visit the salad leaves were wet, the fish overcooked and the hollandaise bland. I hope this improves.

Fantastic experience at The Grill. The restaurant was very pretty, elegant, and romantic. The woman playing the piano was beautiful. Wes was a great server and made our experience even better. The steaks were cooked perfectly and the soufflés were superb.

Everything was superb. From the service, to the drinks, and especially the food. Our server, Aldemar, was fantastic and made my wife’s birthday dinner one to remember. The Dover sole was phenomenal.

The service was slow. We waited a long time for our main course. The steaks were good but the hand cut fries were overdone. It was very cold in there which made it uncomfortable.

First time back since they reopened and I think they may be pushing it a bit too soon. Have always had great experiences here and this is not what you usually get from this place. Last night definitely fell short. First the hostess eyed me up and down to make sure I was appropriate to come in, I get dress codes but you can have a bit more class about it and not make is so obvious. She was "checking for flip flops and pool clothes" she said and my polo shirt, dress shorts and Ferragamos aren't flip flops or pool clothes. She did apologize though after I told her she was pretty rude. Also, missing lots of things for making cocktails from what we were told and the food was good not as good as normal. The lobster mac and cheese was delicious but would have been nice if it had lobster in it. Came for a celebration last night and not even offered dessert, just a check drop. NOT LOOKING for a free dessert but would have been nice to ORDER one for our anniversary. Also, do not let people walk in from the outside and walk up to tables and talk to their friends very loud and obnoxiously. We were trying to have a nice meal and some real uncouth folks were wandering around. Will be back eventually, not a good taste to leave in someone's mouth who comes at least once a month.

The Grill is exquisite. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by the friendly staff and seated by the general manager Bryon. Our server,Amanda, was polite, professional and excelled in every way. The decor is elegant. The tables are good size and adorned in fine linen. Soft piano music played in the background. I ordered a bone-in fillet cooked to perfection. It was delicious. I didn’t need any topping. My wife had the short ribs. It too was presented well, tender and delicious. We did not order fish this time but the menu had a nice selection. The wine selection is great. We opted for a California Pinot Noir. If you are looking for fine dining with an elegant decor and superb staff you must dine at The Grill.

It’s not the same as it once was, unfortunately. What once felt like a very special dining experience now feels like a hotel restaurant. Clearly, no one follows the dress code and kids are allowed to bring their pet dogs. Food was great, but probably won’t be returning.

We had a beautiful dinner at The Grill. The ambiance was wonderful. Our waiter Wes and everyone was very attentive. I was a little disappointed my husbands Delmonico steak had a little too much salt. Next time I would tell them minimal salt. My scallops were excellent. .A little pricey but a great place for that special date night.

The food was fantastic. Highly recommend the brussel sprouts. We also had a few sushi rolls and drinks at Dusk (another restaurant on property) as an appetizer. Highly recommend.

We had a drink and an appetizer at the new lobby bar. Very nice. The two bar tenders were very friendly and helpful. Then we had dinner in our favorite, the Grill Room. It was delicious, as alway! One of our servers remembered us from before Ian. That made us feel very good. He told us that Mary had moved after remarrying. We will miss her, but are so happy to hear that she is happily in her new life. We also enjoyed the delightful piano music. Having live music makes the evening even more special. You will never regret dining in the Grill room! Thank you to all in the kitchen.

My husband, I and my sister dined on my birthday, 8/12. The 2 hostesses wished me a happy birthday when we checked in. At the table the waiter, Aldemar did not. At the end of the meal we ordered coffee. My husband asked Aldemar if he knew it was my birthday and he said we had to order dessert to get a candle. He then badgered me about ordering something. He finally put a chocolate HB on the table. People to our right received complimentary champagne for their anniversay. People to our left received glasses of sauterne for same reason. My husband selected The Grill to celebrate my birthday but Aldemar totally ignored it. I have never been mistreated like this as we have celebrated birthdays and our anniversary at many restaurants. My evening was spoiled and we were very disappointed.

But what truly elevated the experience was the exceptional service provided by our server Aldemar, and his assistant Peter. Their attentiveness and knowledge about the menu were impressive, making us feel like true VIPs throughout the evening. A special thank you to manager Brian as well, who went above and beyond. When he learned that I wanted a Smoked Old Fashioned and the restaurant bar didn't have a smoker, he personally went to another bar at the hotel to get me the smoked old fashioned and brought it to our table. That level of dedication is truly amazing service and The Grill is very lucky to have hired such a gifted restaurant executive. Speaking of improvements, we would suggest that the hotel management consider providing the restaurant bar with a smoker. A high-end restaurant that serves whiskey and steak should definitely have a smoker to enhance the dining experience even further. The culinary journey was nothing short of extraordinary, leaving our taste buds thoroughly satisfied. The wine selection was impressive, perfectly complementing the exquisite flavors of the dishes. The spectacular decor in the restaurant only added to the overall enchanting atmosphere. If you are seeking a dining experience that blends luxury, gastronomy, and top-notch service seamlessly, The Grill is an absolute must-visit. Our visit here was an unforgettable evening of indulgence, and we eagerly look forward to returning for another exceptional dining adventure.

It was a fantastic experience from the minute we entered until we left. The food was very well done! The lobster bisque was a nice surprise with the spices they used! The filet mignon and halibut were delicious ❤️ we couldn’t be happier with our time there!
