First, there is no dinner service in Grill Room, the website should correct it before allowing people make reservations. Second, we have to stay in bar for dinner, and waited 1 hour and 15 min for our entrees. Probably we will not have enthusiasm to go back again.

The vegan meal provided for us was amazing
We celebrated our anniversary here with breakfast. The beignets were delectable! We didn’t need to take a trip to Café du Monde after. Our view of the courtyard added to the ambiance.
Since it was a set menu for Valentines Day, there were issues with items being lukewarm, had to send the soup back because it was cold. Appetizer was barely warm as was the steak. It felt like they had precooked most things and just had them under a warming light. The chocolate dessert was dry and neither one of us liked it. The cheesecake dessert was delicious. The overall value to quality was not good.

We booked the Grill Room, but it was closed and we were seated at the Polo Club Bar restaurant instead. Not exactly what I paid for.

Wanted a white table cloth business lunch with some privacy. This is the place and has on site parking.
Had lunch with a few friends. Meal was delicious and enjoyed ambience of sitting in the area that overlooks the front of hotel and gardens.
My wife’s gumbo was too “hot”, i.e., too much seasoning. The pasta had very small crawfish and it was “hard as a rock.”. Brussels sprouts were excellent. The main dish, shrimp and grits, had great shrimp but the grits were tasteless.
I had the fish and it was “fishy,” which generally means it is not fresh. I ate about half of it.
Our waiter was polite, but others seem bored by the entire scene.
Lovely surroundings, but we will not be back.

We celebrated our 44th anniversary with lunch at The Grill Room. Food was delicious. Service was excellent. Great place to celebrate special occasions or just quiet lunches.
Such a fabulous venue for a ladies lunch! The plate lunch is always appreciated due to price point and variety, though we did miss the crab cake :( The martinis just make it more fun! 🍸
Gumbo was terrible. Sent it back. Other food was poor and very overpriced. Wonderful service,but not good enough to make up for really bad food. So sorry as in the past this has been a really good restaurant

What a great hidden gem for lunch! So many great options on the “meat and three” lunch special, Windsor Court Salad is always a favorite and the burger is amazing! Had a great lunch with a friend and warm personal service from Antonia and Ms. Helen. Look forward to coming back!
We had an incredible breakfast at The Grill Room and the service was 5 Star! We were greeted by the nicest hostess, Helen, and had the most amazing server, Antonia! We will definitely be returning to The Grill Room soon!

I generally go to the Grill Room for brunch but this was a step on the wild side for me. It's a fairly exclusive place and the service was impeccable. I felt pretty darn great for my birthday!
Our waiter was exceptional, from North Londontown, I didn't ask but he seemed like he was a 5th generation Somm/waiter rolled into one. Get the "Tiger Cage" Rose Champagne while you can.

Valentine Day. They made it extra. Our waiter asked when our Anniversary was. When we told him Jan., 22nd he brought us chocolate covered strawberries and pralines.
It is also a wonderful experience when I dine at the Grill Room.

We were there for 12:15 brunch 3 women in town for the Opera and had a hard time getting water and being waited on! Very disappointing.

The Martini was on point ... Tasoula our waitress was fantastic, so attentive and patient and great set of people skills with a beautiful smile also her assistant Joshua was so efficient and well spoken.
The food was excellent ..I had crab cake, the tomato eggplant bisque with crawfish...my date had two servings and one to take home ...The ambiance and view just completed the night and we could hear the piano in the distance ...we didn’t want to leave and they were kind not to evict us lol
