Excellent wonderful
Food was very good and large quantities. For an allegedly upscale restaurant the service and presentation was poor, more like something we might have expected in a family restaurant. The server misunderstood our orders and I had to wait for my starter. It seems they serve lighter meals and attract a lot of casual diners. This is not what we would expect from a restaurant charging such high levels. We could not recommend. There are more relaxed and professional restaurants at this price.
The filet was 12oz properly aged 28 days, however about 1/4 of it was fat?? Never heard of that on a filet. It was grilled tasted like the grill hasn’t been cleaned in a month ZERO FLAVOR!! I can pan sear a filet better with butter thyme salt pepper and garlic at my house! Over all $54 for that steak was not worth it at all better off going to McDonald’s and spending $5 at least they have flavor.
Pedi un new york steak y me lo trajeron duro y pasado de coccion
A really nice and good looking place , but it would take you a year to get drunk there. The bar back kept coming over and asking us if we needed anything and we would ask for a drink and he would say let me find a bartender? It was a sitcom. Food is great! Bring a flask!!!
Excelentes!!! Ampliamente recomendable para toda ocasión. Muy buena atención y comida
We love the Grill, and go there very often to sit and eat at the bar with the warm and friendly staff. When we walk in, it always feels like home.
That being said, we had out of town company that we wanted to impress, and they weren't. They pointed out banquets where the leather was held together by tape, the chairs wobbled. Not what they are used to. We had planned to have pre dinner drinks at the bar, but they couldn't find a stool that felt steady enough. They mentioned that for the food prices, they don't expect distressed seating.
Thank goodness for the warmth and special treatment of the fantastic people who work there.
We'll continue to go there no matter what, but will hold off bringing guests. It's important to point out that Management goes out of their way to attempt to please, and they truly represent The Grill in an extraordinary way, and couldn't do more. But when you see deterioration that is out of their control, first time customers might not return.
PLEASE bring it back to it's previous inviting and high end ambiance. It has so much potential.
We didn't actually eat here. We went there as walk ins and were told it was a 45min wait. We had a baby with us and decided to leave and make a reservation on OpenTable. When we came back the girls told us that the system didn't show same-day reservations and that there was a huge waiting list that we would have to get on like everyone else. There were empty tables on the patio both times we tried to eat there. They told us that even if we had a reservation we made earlier, we would STILL have to wait. Not sure why they even take reservations.
The restaurant was beautiful the bartender Matt was exceptional, very friendly receptionist, we are seated at our appointment time and our food was phenomenal and our waiter was great . I would recommend this restaurant highly then gradients for fresh tasty and we were not hurried or rushed what so ever👍💥
Our server name I think was Paul very professional and friendly
We had a reservation made but when we showed up, we stood by the reception desk and nobody even acknowledged our presence. The bartender was serving people at the bar, and the waiters were serving people at their tables. All of them saw us but none said a word. If they would have told us to wait to be seated or anything at all, we would have done so, but instead we turned around and went to eat at the restaurant next door.
Went for lunch. Service was terrible. Burgers and fries used to be delicious. Was my friends burrhday. They used to have a brownie with roasted pecans on top and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The brownie was warm. No more roasted pecans and thdbroenue was hard. Very disappointed.
The service here was deplorable. We sat at the bar for 15 minutes waiting for the bartender who told us once he'd be right with us. Eventually he sent what I think was a bar.back over to take our drink order. He had to come back twice to confirm the order as he had no idea about drinks. So we only got one drink at the bar before we sat down (probably would have had more and at $17/drink you would think they would want to sell more). We went to our table, order drinks and dinner at same time. We did not get the drinks until about 2 minutes before the food came out!! Waiter didn't seem phased we were waiting and his service was just ok. I do admit the good was good but the service was awful and they don't care.
Went to happy hour and ate also. We were there from 510 till after 7pm. The bar tender was also in charge of all the tables at the bar. Service was definitely delayed and lacking. Never received waters, had to always get the attention of the waiters. Had to ask for salt and pepper had to ask for ketchup never got mayo. I come here often and first time at the bar. For two people we spent almost 100usd definitely service could've be better. Lots of other waiters were standing around. They had only one table inside so I'm not sure why we were neglected.
