I have eaten there many times over the years. My latest experience was not as good. The shrimp on my husband's shrimp and crab Louis were hard, overcooked and tasteless. He couldn't eat them. His salad was supposed to have avocado but did not.The mixed lettuces were not mixed but rather stringy pieces of lettuce. My turkey sandwich was lacking the avocado and the simple salad had a dressing that was also tasteless. The usual dressing that I believe was garlicky, for that salad had changed. The lunch was very disappointing and surprising since we had had those items on previous occasions and loved them.

We have been to the Nordstrom Grill several times. Great menu, fantastic service, nice wine list and small bar. Today there was a group of 10 very loud women celebrating something. It was so noisy that others in the restaurant were taking note. We could not carry on a conversation at our table of two due to their behavior. We were trying to celebrate my Mom’s 91st birthday. This is the reason for the ambiance and noise level grade. Normally this is a very quiet and elegant restaurant.

Our poor server must have input our orders wrong into the system, since we got the wrong food. But it was quickly corrected. I wish the french dip sandwich was a bit more rare, but that's a personal preference i should have mentioned to the server. So not really his or the kitchen's fault. That said, the prices have really climbed over the years. If they said that the increase in prices is to pay a better wage to their employees, I wouldn't have balked. But because of these prices, I don't go to the Nordstrom Grill as often as I'd prefer. Additionally, I wish they were still open for dinner hours.

Always a good experience, food was fast and good. Great place to not be rushed to get up because they are never super busy

This definitely a lunch place. We went for dinner and they were out of the tomato basil soup, which is why we wanted to go there to begin with! They also close at 7:00, so the waiter brought our ticket at 7:00 sharp. Why don’t they stay open until 8:00 like Nordstrom does??

Ravioli had wayyyyy too much garlic. Fries had way too much going on. Hamburger totally mediocre. Very expensive got the quality of food and service provided.
