We went for lunch...I had the crab Louie salad and the guys had two big yummy sandwiches... pulled pork with fries and a fish burger with truffle fries. It was quiet because everyone was heading home after a three day weekend. oh...don't forget we had great glasses of wine and finished with a mud pie. Yes,,,,it was nice!
Horrible and rude host, staff and no service. We had to walk out. The menu was very disappointing as well. This resort can do so much better.
Gracious hostess and wait staff. The entrees were delicious! We were going to dine here during Restaurant Week but didn't make it unfortunately...the duck confit sounded amazing! Looking forward to returning to The Grill soon.
The food quality was good. The overall pace of service between courses were slow. The elderly couple behind us got upset and complained. Their drinks were given to them to appease them. We didn't complain because we were on a date night and just wanted to have fun. This was on Saturday night.
We went back for Sunday brunch. The food was fantastic and the service was timely and terrific. We had a lovely time.
We have been at the restaurant previously so wanted to celebrate a birthday at the grill but this time we were so disappointed
The six of us were the only people in the restaurant for over an hour and the service was very slow.
The caesar salad was such a disappointment - barely any croutons or dressing and lettuce was not fresh, cost was $12.
The classic wedge was ordered without enough dressing so extra dressing was asked for but never was served, $12.
Three of us had Petrale sole which was good but very small pieces, $29 each.
For non-members the corkage fee in the grill is $25 per bottle, even to locals.
great service and good food. Bar area comfortable.
Very nice staff and food was wonderful! Beautiful surroundings too!
The Grill at Silverado provides a beautiful setting to enjoy lunch. Great views of the golf course. Ariel was our waitress, first day back from Maternity leave! Wonderful service and enjoyed her attention and conversation.
We went to the grill for New Year's Eve. When you go for dinner, you are also entitled to attend the party n the mansion. Delicious steak for dinner, lobster bisque, and warm fun ambiance for the celebration.
It was a great experience. But I feel that’s what we paid for was the experience. It was New Year’s Eve so there was a set menu with little options and small servings. The first course was touted as a lobster bisque with puffed pastry. I pictured a bowl of thick bisque with a puffed pastry baked over the top.. but it was a much smaller portion and the puffed pastry was a lonely little square floating in the middle of the very watered down bisque. (The option to this was a lettuce salad, and that was what it was a plate of lettuce with vinegarette.) The second course was a very tasty fillet mignon dish, it was delish and cooked to each of our specifications, even the polenta was exceptional! No complaints there! The dessert was a single option and 2/4 of our party liked it while the other 2 did not. The meal was $90 per person!!! Very overpriced for the type of restaurant it is advertised as. It was one of those special occasion things that we will not likely do again. It is just too expensive for the quality and quantity of what was offered .
