Hopefully, the grill is simply re-constituting itself after a long shut down. Our dinner was mediocre and the service adequate. We are members oh Silverado. I wish it could be made better.
Service was very slow and it took a long time to get our food. The food was good and the tables were well spaced.
The price of the foods are reasonable but quality of the foods was not as good as I expected.
We sat outside on a lovely early evening which greatly enhanced the ambiance. Our server was professional yet very personable. The food exceeded our expectations—we will return!
Table for 4 of us on patio. All of the ordered foods were beyond expectations with freshness and presentations. After a long day with golf this was easy and turned out a great choice. I had the crab salad that was probably the best I’ve had. My husband had a great mixed salad and the halibut that our guests had also. Everyone loved the Mac and cheese that we shared. We topped the evening off with great cappuccinos. Overall great service and foods.
Beautiful setting! They offered us free sparkling wine and dessert for our anniversary. It was a perfect night.
Food was good, but a lot of items were no longer available.
Out of 4 menu items ordered, all the same, 3 were wrong. My mother ordered hot tea. Everything came out but there was no hot water!
I loved the resort but would never go back to the restaurant.
Great food and service and lovely views of the golf course.
Enjoyed the crab cake, fillet, half chicken and the spring risotto.
We both ordered the risotto. It was delicious. Had a very nice table outside on the deck overlooking the putting green. Service was great. The only issue was they missed that we were their 1:00 o’clock Open Table reservation causing them to notify you that we never showed for it. You said you resolved it. A very enjoyable lunch.
Would not go back, food was mediocre, ordered caramel pudding and it’s was gray in color and relatively tasteless. The dining area needs updating, expected heaters as advertised on the patio, none to be found.
How can you mess up a Caesar salad with chicken? They sure did. Cold fries, rubber chicken. Avoid this restaurant as there are so many other good places to choose from.
Service was good and attentive. Beautiful spring evening and we sat outside. One of us had a view of the golf course. Food was mediocre and under-seasoned. Nothing that would inspire us to return.
Service was not great, didn’t really interact with us much. Brussels sprouts were not tender, restaurant was out of Diet Coke and server wasn’t sure what else he could offer me for a soda but coke. Everything was clean but wish food was just a touch better.
Jorge drove us on a golf cart from the parking lot.
Great start to our dining experience
Our server Yztar was on top of his game.
Food was excellent. No corkage too
We will definitely return
My husband had the butternut squash risotto and I ordered the salmon. Sharing each choice was delicious!!
We had the best experience. We arrived with our one year old and we’re immediately greeted. Our server was Manny and he was absolutely fantastic! Our food came out quickly and we had a great time. Very family friendly and overall fun place. We will be back.
The staff was attentive and accommodating. Out wait person was fantastic and helpful. And the food was delicious with a nice wine selection. We would definitely go back.
We were hoping for a casual fine dining experience. The inside of the restaurant looked nice but the patio seating was lacking. Poor view, cheap seats. I have eaten at golf courses/country clubs before and was just expecting a little more sophistication for the outdoor dining. The biggest disappointment was the food. My crab cake was okay but the mac n cheese side dish we ordered was the blandest I ever had. I think they are catering to a younger crowds taste buds, considering the number of children running around freely. I would call this a family restaurant, not a place for a romantic lunch date.
Beautiful surroundings overlooking the golf course. Offered inside and outside dining (with a heater). Service was exceptional. We had a special request and Ernest took very good care of us. So enjoyed our dinner, we went back the next night. Highly recommend it.
We came to Silverado to enjoy Easter brunch. It was nice to sit outside and food was good but one plate was cold and it took too long to receive our food. Despite that it all turned out well and I would come back.
This restaurant is alright if you are in the neighborhood looking for a quick casual bite. It was a $100 meal for 2 ppl. Servers just do their job to the minimum level... not really fine dining.
Met but did not exceed our expectations. When we were taken to our table, they forgot to clean the chairs.. Wine glasses were spotted. Disappointed that wine list wad been discontinued. Due to COVID? Salad choices were uninspiring. We had a broccolini side as our salad. Major improvement needed there. As always, they Mexican dishes are the best thing on the menu. We’ll come back because we are members of the club and want to see it succeed. With the other options to eat in the area, need to up your game.
Service was only so so. Food was great.
Terrible service. Cold food. And they weren’t even understaffed or anything like that.
The service was outstanding and the food was fantastic. We ate the farm salad and the BLT. Both of our entrees were scrumptious.
Looking forward to our next visit!
The food was okay to good. The service was a bit slow but was still attentive. Dessert was delicious.
food spot on, meet expectation.
Love the food and ambiance. Staff is very friendly
Ordered the Filet and it was cooked to perfection. The Cognac sauce was delicious as was the Pomme purée. My date ordered the short rib with Scallops and hers was excellent as well. She was wowed by how magnificent the carrot purée tasted. We’ll definitely continue to dine at the Grill any time we’re in Napa.
The food was incredible. Enjoyed ourselves tremendously.
The food was not outstanding, but not terrible. Not really exciting for my $33.00 crab pasta dinner. Salad was mostly lettuce for $15. Dessert was good. The atmosphere was cold, since we had to sit outside, there was a nearby heater, but there was a walkway between the heater & our table, & the other side of the table was next to the balcony & it was cold
I can count the number of times we have dined out since Covid on one hand. Prior to that, we would dine out several times a week. Our waiter, Izra (sp?), was fabulous. We were a group a 7 celebrating a few family birthdays and he was attentive without hovering. He brought us plates and everything we needed to light and serve the birthday cake we had brought with us. Although outdoor seating was popular that night, we didn't feel rushed.
Not a large menu but a variety of good selections. Our favorite was a side of brussel sprouts. Views are nice, but we could not eat outside because it was raining and cold. They have heaters, but the seats are not covered, so it was wet. A convenient place to eat if you are staying at the resort.
our waitress was terrific
the food was well seasoned and flavorful
there was a warm welcoming feeling on this cold rainy everning
Great food, great service, great ambiance and don't forget to try one of their great cocktails.
Delicious food, excellent service and beautiful setting!
Disappointing ambiance and unimaginative cuisine. Not enough heaters on the patio to accommodate dinner clientele. Beautifully grilled filet mignon but accompaniments were uninteresting and unimaginative. Salmon also unoriginal in preparation but tasted fine. If you’re looking for a dining experience that you can find almost anywhere then the Silverado Grill will fit the bill. But if you want an example of the freshness, creativity and complexity that dining in the Napa valley has to offer, then this is not the restaurant for you.
Very attentive staff and excellent meals.
