I have not been in awhile. We had drinks and a nosh at the bar. Service was great ; however, when we sat for dinner the service was bad. They messed up our order and we waited forever for our meals. I will say the food was delicious ! I will not be going back anytime soon. It’s an hour drive each way.

I have a food allergy and told the waiter about it. The food still came out with the food I'm allergic to. We told management about the incident. The waiter and the manager vehemently denied it. Management then came out to say sorry and that he hope we would come back, but he did nothing else, no offer to try to make things right. It didn't feel like they cared at all.

Coming here for over 20 years on and off-and its always a pleasure. Newer menus are creative and excellent. Service was professional, and most welcoming. This place is a gem .

Waiter was friendly and interesting, the food was great especially the foie gras presentation. Also enjoyed the octopus, soft shelled crab, and gnocchi. We brought a bottle of red Burgundy which really enhanced some of the fishes especially foie gras and hanger steak. We shared the sticky toffee pudding for dessert. A memorable meal! Free corkage on Sundays.

The food is overly elaborate. We said we wre g for an anniversary and they forgot about it. The parking is impossible...you might as well figure out how to use the public parking garage on

The food, service, and ambience were all top-notch. My wife and I were quite pleased with the food especially the caccio pepe and the bone marrow (foods that are not likely to be on most menus at other restaurants.

I was very surprised that the place had moved the last time that I went it was close to the train station in downtown. The new location is so much better but all the greatness of it from last time I went - was moved to the location. I will be returning many times.

menu was changed and contained a lot of small plates, which we like, and unusual combos. we loved the tomato salad, fresh clams, scallops and desserts. the octopus had a layer of fat left on which I didn't like and the cucumber soup was too bland and needed some crunch as well. the waiter was outstanding. we of course will return

One of my favorite restaurants in the US, and once again never fails to please. Tasting menu was creative and a great fit to the season. Wine pairings here are always among the best, interesting choices that go so well with the food.

Another very good experience here; the promotion they're doing this month with clams at 50 cents each made it hard to resist a dozen. They were the smaller cherry stone variety and made a nice start to the meal.

Food was good but service was ridiculously SLOW. We had 7:30 reservations and by 9 we still hadn’t received our main course. In fact, the waiter came over to give us dessert menus because it was so late even he assumed we’d already eaten. Didn’t get out of there til 10. A little much. Also very pricey and had tonpay $15 to valet the car. Not worth it.

Made a reservation for three through Open Table for lunch. Indicated it was for a special occasion, a college graduation. There is one main room, light, bright and a garden type feel. The second area, not even a room, is dark and in a high traffic area. Asked if we could be moved and was told there were no available tables for three although several tables for two and four were not occupied and it was past 1:30pm. A complete lack of customer appreciation.
The food was decent as was the table service and the wait staff. I would only return if The garden room was guaranteed. It's like two different restaurants.

We were disappointed in our visit. We were seated upstairs where there are approximately seven tables. There was a constant parade of servers past our table throughout our dinner. It was distracting to say the least. It seemed as though there were as many servers as dinner guests. My dinner arrived lukewarm at best and there was no pinot grigio offered as a single serving option.

Fantastic service and tasty food. Our group was seated at a round table where we could easily hear each other. The service was attentive but not rushed. The dessert was especially delicious.

I must say the server did not live up to fine dining par. The server only came to table once...to take the order. not even to pick up the check. There was no check back once dishes were served. There was no table touch by the manager, considering there were only 5 other tables in our section.
Also, the bussers tone of language was uncalled for with a "what" instead of excuse me or pardon me.
its unfortunate cause we do not want to name such an experience BUT we were made to feel some kind of way.
And I am deliberately writing in this language because I feel that is the level the staff/management there will understand. You cannot expect to make 25% of free money without paying any attention to your guests. This the 18%. Especially knowing that it was a big weekend in New Brunswick with 2018 commencement. Our graduate, at the head of the table wasn't even acknowledged or congratulated. This is not being petty but we all go out to celebrate and have expectations to have an attentive staff. We had very high hopes. Sorry if my language is harsh.
But the food was great. The rabbit, steak, duck, pork was all presented beautifully!!

The food was different but good. We had a new waiter so that's always a challenge. Prices were fair, wine steward excellent. It would be nice if they offered a few mainstream choices for safety. Comfortable atmosphere.

This was not the first time I dine at The Frog and The Peach. The food and service are usually decent. However this was the most unpleasant experience I had at this restaurant. We waited an hour to get our main course after the order was placed with no explanation. The service made us extremely uncomfortable as well as kept being interrupted by the waiters and waitresses for filling up water. Every one was being overly careful to the extent that they actually made more mistakes than usual. Food was not up to the usual standard either.

Food is always fantastic but the service was awful. Our waiter seemed like it was his first day and he was lacking in every aspect. I will return because the food quality overrides the one bad service experience.

We came here for my wife’s birthday with some friends. Our meal was outstanding in every way. The flavors and preparation were terrific, and were unique takes on what other restaurants might do as a matter of course. For example, many places might serve a tuna sashimi dish with wasabi, but here it’s served with a lemongrass infused broth, which draws more from Southeast Asia. Also, the oysters here are outstanding. Will definitely come back here soon.

Saw all the hype online and gave it a try. Nothing worse then trying a place because of recommendations online and being very unhappy. Let me start with the parking there is none so u have to valet the car. No be deal until u find out that u have to pay $15 to valet but nobody tells u this. You find out when u get your car. This is deplorable! Now back to the food. AWFUL that about somes it up. Had to send back 2 entrees and the bone marrow was not cooked let alone properly. You can see that they try to make up for this buy giving u a glass of sparkling wine and free desert for our aniversary. But i would rather have great food then nice service and complimentary deserts. Would not recommend this place.

Overall, very pleased, and a memorable once in a lifetime experience.
Went with the wife to celebrate an anniversary.
Going to The Frog and The Peach is an experience.
It's highly ranked as an award winning restaurant in NJ.
Don't go with expectations and u'll be very pleasantly rewarded.
Our first time there and we were pleased with our experience.
Food is very good
Bone Marrow decadent and rich to the palate , and a nice balance with the salad.
Foie Gras was smooth and silky like cream cheese with great flavors of sweetness from the fruit
Braised Lamb Shank was tender and moist
Staff were very attentive and the food provided unique offerings as well as fare for the not quite as adventurous.
We had gone during a weekday to avoid the overt busy times of the week to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere. Expansive wine selection.
Desert was a lemon bar with a scoop of ice cream and a sweet berry compote w fresh berries. Delicious.

First time here and we were expecting great things. Left feeling that it let us down. Don't get me wrong. The food was not bad, but it wasn't what we thought it would be for the hefty price tag. The stuffed crimini mushrooms is just an example. $15? That really should be taken off the menu. It seems like it was just marinated mushrooms that I could have made myself for pennies on the dollar. However, the bone marrow was excellent!! The service was very poor. For the prices that are charged, I really expected the wait staff to be on the ball. I am not one to complain, considering my husband and I don't go to high-end restaurants often, but it was not close to what we thought with those prices being charged. As a side note, the interior was very nice and relaxing.
