This is truly the equivalent of a three star Michelin restaurant. Everything was perfect. Can’t wait to go back.
My eggs were raw, food was tasteless, and the lobster was barely noticeable on the plate
One of our all time favorites never disappoints!
Always a delicious and creative meal at The Frog and the Peach. Pricey but well worth the experience if you don't mind dropping the cash! Service over the top. What you expect at this price point.
Peach Festival tasting menu showed creative and inspired use of peaches
Another great dinner at the Frog & Peach! The staff was friendly, efficient and competent. The wine pairings with the special Peach dinner were inspired. It was great to see Bruce and Donnie. We will be back again soon
Alittle bland with certain food for the price of service.$10 to valet park your car. The food was over rated and every wine reduction wasn’t reduced enough
Very nice place with a kind staff. The food was prepared the quickest I have ever seen. No complaints
This place has a lovely ambiance. We sat outside and the plants in the garden area are beautiful. The restaurant is located on a beautiful block. Food and drinks were absolutely delicious, albeit very pricey. Expect to pay a pretty penny if you’re going to order appetizers, drinks, and an entree.
Don’t come if you’re hungry. The food is most certainly delicious but the portions are very small, and that is coming from someone with a small stomach.
I didn't think that the food justified the prices. I don't mind paying high prices for good food at all, but here I didn't think the food was good enough to justify such high prices.
I tried the French toast and the chicken and waffles. The service was just ok too - no complaints about it but nothing great to say about it either. (if I was nitpicking I might just say I needed to keep asking for water instead of the waiter just filling it for me when he saw it was empty)
I have been coming to this restaurant since 1994. This time the quality and selection of items on the menu was very poor. Disappointed!
overall a pleasant evening, slight wait for the table despite having a reservation
The service was excellent, the wait staff and hostess were pleasant and had a smile which isn’t the norm in NJ !
Wonderful experience. Food and service were flawless. Our group all agreed that we will be frequenting The Frog and The Peach and can’t wait to return soon.
Everything was great. Friendly service and excellent food.
Froggy isn't courtin'
The peach tasting menu looks awesome and most of the courses were excellent and together composed a wonderful meal. Unfortunately, it was ruined by two flaws. First, service was inconsistent to nonexistent. No consistent server. We had to fetch and pour our own water outside in 90-degree weather. We weren't asked if we wanted refills on our drinks until after the meal was over. Waited forever between courses. Everytime we had to call someone to get something, the explanation was: "we are really busy inside and can't get to you." In other words, we have more important customers so sorry, not sorry. The restaurant was not overun with customers, but there was much more attention to indoor tables with large numbers of guests. The piece de resistance, or coup de grace, was the final course--burnt not grilled to the point that half was inedible, and the accompanying bourbon peach ice ceam had not a hint of bourbon or peach (did they use the wrong icecream?). I used to love this place, truly fine dining in New Brunswick, but no longer. We can order take-out and serve ourselves at home.
Lunch excellent. The Frog and Peach is the best restaurant in New Jersey.
The Frog has been a perfect place to go for dinner (and lunch) for nearly 40 years. Its chef is a master, as is the dessert chef. There are always surprises on the "specials" list: last night's fennel-based soup was amazing, as was the appetizer of crab salad and thinly sliced peaches. Staff is attentive, helpful, professional--a pleasure, always.
GO! It's the best restaurant in the area; and the equal of great NYC restaurants like Union Square Cafe.
And the semi-outdoor patio is lovely!
Nice evening in their “outdoor” setting. Service a little slow as our waiter seemed a little burned out from his long day. However he did his best and our food was cooked to perfection. Since it was our 40 th wedding anniversary it was acknowledged with two glasses of champagne from the manager at the end of our dinner. Will be back
Excellent. Excellent service.
Always AMAZING! Great food, great drinks and great service.
I had the Long Island Duck, my wife had the chicken breast. They were both delightful dishes, with perfect portion sizes. Highly recommend!
We love this place and often dine here for special occasions. First time here with my kids (12 and 7) and they loved it. Hope to share our love of fine dining as an art form with them!
We had an excellent date night. The food and drinks were phenomenal. The service was beyond excellent. Our waiter, Donaciano B (#627) took us on a journey with the wine tasting. He was very knowledgeable. It was a relaxing and enjoyable time.
Best restaurant around by far! Great wine, fantastic service, decor and the food is just spectacular. It’s such a special place!
The drink menu is terrific, the Cucumber Mezcal cocktail is amazing. And the food was incredible. Would love to eat here again soon!
Went for brunch, not impressed at all. The egg was barely cooked on my eggs Benedict, had 3 tiny pieces of lobster and a single sprig of greens. Laughable for the price. The service was only okay, we poured out own Prosecco the whole time and no checked on us. Won’t be going back for brunch.
Eggs Benedict was disappointing
The food, presentation, and service were superb, artistic, and pleasant. What a wonderful little oasis!
I believe wait staff should be wearing masks as it gives more confidence esp if they aren’t vaccinated
It was nice to eat in the outdoor room. Fairly limited menu but the food was very good. The service was perfectly acceptable.
Just grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrreat! (There's a minimum of 50 characters required!)
Nice place for a quiet romantic meal. We had the 5 course tasting menu paired with wine. The food and service was excellent.
Excellent French tasting
Friendly attentive and knowledgeable staff, excellent food as always (including a special accommodation for one guest), and the best bartender hands down. You won’t be disappointed.
Went Father's Day for an early brunch. Greeted well, wait staff great, Mimosa and Irish coffee perfect along with great wine selections. The star menu item is where the chef falls short ! The Eggs Benedict with lobster consisted of rubbery lobster along with VERY runny poached egg whites ( yolk was fine ) Very disappointing experience for a restaurant with so many written kudo's. I would be hard pressed to spend what the price entree's they have and rather go to DelMonicos or The Russian Tea Room or Butter in New York City
We went to the Frog and the Peach after 20+ years. The last time we were there, my husband complained about not enough food and wanted to stop on the way home because he was so hungry. This time, it was enough. Still not huge portions, but a good size meal. The service was fantastic and the food was really good.
Great food and amazing service.
Food, excellent. Service, wonderful. Overall one of our favorites.
