The Foundry Grill was opened in July of 1996. The name is taken from the concept of the large foundry wall located in the main room. The word foundry also implies simplicity and a return to the fundamentals. The room, the service, and the menu are an extension of this idea. The Foundry Grill is committed to providing the freshest of vegetables and meats cooked in our apple wood rotisserie oven. In warm weather, the patio opens for outside dining. Sundance believes in the preservation of our resources; all our water glasses are created from recycled glass and are hand blown here at the Sundance Resort.

    First time enjoying the restaurant. The halibut tacos were delicious! Loved the watermelon that we made our version of it days later. The service was friendly and attentive. Cant wait to return in the Fall. A must visit.

    The Foundry Grill is such a special restaurant! The food is always delicious, and the ambiance is wonderful, especially the courtyard by the fountain! Love it so much!

    This was the second time we have been here. The first time was great, service, food, drinks and price all good. They changed the menu completely which was disappointing. The waitress seemed like she didn’t want to be there and for $160.00 for 2 people I wish I could say I really enjoyed my meal but I could have made it better for 20$ and I’m not a chef.

    Nice food and ambiance - Sever didn’t smile once, they should train them better specially since they add the tip to the bill.

    Parking was not good. They need to reserve restaurant parking and not make us shuttle down the mountain.

    Great Restaurant and ambience And excellent service and food. Looking forward to getting back there in the near future. We only had lunch but I understand the brunch is phenomenal. Brussel sprouts are amazing!
