Our Regional Southwestern Grill with spectacular views and fresh mountain air is nestled at the base of the breathtaking Santa Catalina Mountains and was once the site of the famous Flying V Ranch. Energetic atmosphere. Pleasant staff. Beautiful views and interior as well. Table side guacamole was perfect. Ceviche was disappointing. Pork tacos excellent. We did not have an entree this visit. Cocktails were delicious.

The facility is nice and the food was good. But the service was atrocious. Our waiter totally ignored us. On at least four occasions we had to get one of the other waiters to summon our waiter. This poor service is not acceptable in a high-end restaurant.

Very disappointing visit. Even mentioned to the manager that the experience was less than stellar and he obviously did not know what to say or do. Service was atrociously slow. Bright spot was the bus boy who made sure we had water and engaged the guests well. Overall just a very poor experience.

We made a reservation for 6 through open table and upon arrival the hostess was unable to find it. I showed the confirmation, but regardless we had to wait. After this the waiter was friendly, however the service was the worst I’ve ever had at this restaurant. I’ve been here several times, but after this time do not plan to return. We waited for 30 mins for appetizers, no dressings for the salads, another 15 min wait to get that. Waters frequently empty, to the point we went to the bar to have them refilled as nobody came by.

The day we arrived, it was not busy. However, it was clear the staff was not happy to be working over the holiday weekend, or so they made us feel that way. I currently live in NY, so when I came back to town my family was hoping to have a nice meal out with me and my brother (who lives in oklahoma), but this was terribly disappointing.

Needless to say, we will never use this restaurant for our get togethers.

We had a family dinner with five of us. The room is comfortable, the food enjoyable, and the service above par. We hope to come again next time we visit Tucson.
