Came here on Father's Day, party of 8. Excellent service, food was great, everyone was happy. Have been here many times, and will be back soon.
We love the pizza and the wings at The Fire! Every time we dine there I always say "next time" I will order something besides pizza, because they have such a great menu, but it never fails, we ordered the pizza! It is always baked to perfection. We ordered The Sicilian, which is white with fresh sausage and caramelized onions and for the other, we chose to add spinach, ricotta and mozzarella on a white pizza. We also ordered side salads. I had a glass of Jhlor wine and my husband had a draft beer. Maybe next time I will try something other than the pizza :)
One of our favorite spots! Had s great meal with a large group and they took care of us as always!!
For a neighborhood restaurant a little pricey food and service is excellent
Easter buffet brunch food was cold and tasteless. Fish which was advertised as haddock was the worst tasting fish ever. Doubt that it actually was haddock. Pasta dishes were cold and gluey. Baked ham looked like a rolled lunch meat didn't even try it
I have been patronizing The Fire for a long, long time. The staff is terrific! They perform their
jobs with efficiently and personality. I always feel very comfortable at The Fire whether it is for a quick bite at the bar or dining at a table with friends. For example, my Family and I have attended the "Feast of the Seven Fishes" the last 3 Christmas Eves. It was most enjoyable.
Although the food offerings are delicious, I am looking forward to a seasonal change in the menu, especially the seafood offerings for summer Also, I am disappointed that the restaurant doesn't serve lunch at least 2 days during the week. Nonetheless, The Fire is the place to go. Consistent good food, especially the pizzas, great bar specials every afternoon, friendly staff, and pleasant surroundings.
As always, the food was delicious, our waitress was prompt, courteous, attentive and professional. Never a doubt when getting together with friends or family, The Fire will not disappoint. Highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. A real gem.
We really enjoyed the the arugula pizza. 4 of us had salads with seafood on top. The salad and the bowls are ice cold and the seafood was warm and perfectly cooked.
Not many people in the restaurant. Seated in the back (asked for warm area) and seemed to be forgotten. Too long a wait for drinks, then dinner, and forever for the bill.
The roasted garlic and bread is amazing. The gnocchis were delicious and I know this sounds weird, but shout out to the gentleman who wrapped my dinner, because when I opened the leftovers, it was still perfectly laid out, with the dollop of ricotta still on top, which was awesome as opposed to just being dumped in. Not a big deal, but I noticed and appreciated it!!
Service was very slow and not overly attentive. We went most of our meet and not asked for another drink after Initial drink was served.
Was very unhappy with the food on Christmas Eve. The calamari was cold,,,,,,, baked stuff shrimp very small with an overabundance of greasy stuffing, filet was raw and by the time we got it back everyone was done with their meal. I called and spoke to the manager days later and tried to explain to her the reasons no one brought it to her attention on the night of the dinner. We were the last customers left in the restaurant and it was obvious that everyone wanted to go home. We were a party of 10 and not one person was satisfied with their meal but because it was Christmas Eve no one wanted to say anything. The manager I spoke with was not understanding at all and had quite an attitude. A little more understanding for the manage would have been appreciated.
Christmas Eve dinner was excellent. The food was delicious, and our server, John, was great!
He was attentive and eager to please. John was friendly, but professional. This was our third Christmas
Eve with The Fire, and we have never been disappointed. The current staff at The Fire is a wonderful
mix of managers, servers, busboys, and bar tenders. They make everyone feel at home. I frequently stop at The Fire for a drink or dinner with friends, and I am always quite satisfied.
Great casual restaurant with pleasant service. Good pizza and calzone options.
I loved the balsamic chicken pizza. Friends liked the haddock and salmon. Calamari was just ok. A little greasy. Service was very good.
Ate dinner at the bar but everything was a little chaotic because the restaurant was busy and service was slower. Food was good, especially the Rigatoni Insaccatti but the slower service was more of a deciding factor in the review. Looked like they needed more help, at least for the dinner rush. Hadn’t been there in a while and probably won’t be back for a while.
Our waiter Ken was outstanding! The food was excellent. Always a great experience.
We love The Fire and when in town, usually dine there
Good seating enables conversation. Good food and service. Good value
Excellent, everything was great! Our table was ready on time, our server was fantastic, the food was delicious!
Everything was great. The ambience, the food itself. The service was exceptionally good. My only complaint is that is very overpriced.
It was our first time to eat at The Fire. My mom found your ad in the Valley Breeze and we wanted to make a change from regular Family Style chicken. We decided to celebrate Father's Day there and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious and we plan to return for other special occasions.
We had the Pizza which was very good. We split a large Caesar salad which was not that fresh Waiter was very good
Have never been disappointed. We drive 40 minutes just to enjoy the food & ambiance. It is worth the drive.
Really excellent pizza. Some of the best around! The other food was really good, too!
Have eaten at Fire every year since my daughter has been attending Bryant University. dinner and lunch has always been excellent; however, for this past Mother’s Day, the restaurant had a brunch. While the food selection was very good, the food was barely warm. Hope this is a one time mistake.
Went for Mother’s Day. Pizza was phenomenal, highly recommend! Great for a number of occasions, equipped with a full bar. I will be returning soon and frequently!
The food, the service and the ambiance were okay. Nothing stood up. We were sat in a tiny table along curvy wall and cramped in between two other tiny tables, whilst there were so many empty tables when we arrived and at the time we left. The staff who clears the tables was rushing us. We didn’t finish our meal and he already ask if he could clear the table. However, we couldn’t get out water glasses filled. The food was okay.
My husband and I both have celiac disease, which is entirely controlled by diet. We have been going to The Fire and enjoying the gluten free menu for quite some time, but my husband did not feel safe ordering this time. Although the waitress and chef were very careful with my order, there are plenty of restaurants where I can get an especially carefully made salad, and my husband is just too sensitive to take chances. Others in our party seemed satisfied with their dinners, so perhaps they will return but we won’t.
We love The Fire! The pizza is thin crust, always perfect! The chicken wings are delicious, also done under the open fire. - They have a great menu - sandwiches, pasta dishes etc., but we always seem to order pizza (1/2 whit w/spinach & ricotta - and 1/2 w/sausage, onions/cheese and fresh basil) wings and salads; so good! They have large screen TV's, makes it a fun spot to watch a game and have dinner. - I'm a wine drinker, and enjoy the selection - my husband prefers a mixed drink, and is always happy with his drink. The service is always friendly and tentative. We dined at The Fire again this past Saturday night, 05/05/18, I didn't use Open Table as it was last minute plans, but I would strongly recommend you to always try reserving your table that way, as it gets very busy! Anyway, Kenny was our server, he is always so friendly and attentive - such a pleasure to have great service!
Met family there for dinner. Our waitress was super friendly and very accommodating. Food was good; large servings and tasty. We didn't want dessert/coffee, but lingered to talk. That's where it went down hill a bit. The table was bused while we were sitting there, as if they were trying to get us to leave. I could understand if people were waiting for tables, but there were several tables around us that were free and set for new comers. It was after 8:00 PM and no new diners arrived, so not sure why they were in a hurry to have us leave. Again, food was good and waitress was great. Just the "hurry up and get out" attitude at the end that we could've done without.
Whether meeting a friend, or family dining the Fire will accommodate anyone. Bar area with sports playing on the televisions for the person who wants to stop in for a bite or a beer. Table and booth dining are also available.
Had a great late lunch with my daughter. Food portions were generous and prices were excellent for the quality and the quantity of food. Has a wide selection to accommodate a variety of diners.
Wait staff made us feel like we were seasoned patrons and had been coming there for years. Food came quickly, fresh ingredients and great flavors. We will be returning again and again!
Service was slow, average food
Delicious food & service was excellent.
Great table in the back corner. Good delicious and excellent service! We will be back!
Great food. Waitress was wonderful!
Food was great. Service was good. Not to loud.
My husband and I went here last fall and were very pleased with the service and food. We especially like the happy hour. I can’t say enough about the service, they are quick and friendly. I’ve recommended it to many friends.
