The Final Cut Steakhouse
Fantastic! The Steak I had could be the best ever.. appetizer's where great also. Very tentative wait staff and the hostess was super nice as well. We could not have enjoyed our Anniversary Dinner more!
Excellent all around and our waiter Jeffrey was amazing!!!!!
Overall, I had a good experience dining at The Final Cut Steakhouse. The only lapses in the evening were they did not ask if I had a reservation which I did. Unfortunately, they did not ask if this was for a special occasion which it was- 51st wedding anniversary. The food was very delicious and our server for the evening was very accommodating. My wife and I remembered our server from our last anniversary which was also at The Final Cut.
This was an amazing experience. Food cooked to perfection.
Started with heirloom tomato salad. Really good. Dressing just right. Then 6 oz. Filets with baked potato. Steaks were cooked exactly medium. Again, all was excellent. The server ( Rebecca) made the meal a great "date" experience for us. Thx!!.
Service was superb. Wish I knew his name. He was attentive but not too much
Good food for $$...best restaurant we've been in at a casino!
We had excellent food steaks were perfectly cooked, and our waitress was very good and very attentive without being intrusive
I have eaten at many five star restaurants all over the world. The service at Final Cut was phenomenal and the fillet mignon was perhaps one of the finest cuts of beef I have ever had. Cooked to perfection. Great high end bourbon selection and great wine list. Truly outstanding!
Stopped here to eat before a show. The entire experience was wonderful. The service was attentive without being overly intrusive. Suggestions from our waiter regarding wine, appetizers, and entree selections were spot on for us. Our food was delicious. I enjoyed the scallops; my husband had the lamb chops. Both dishes were prepared perfectly for our tastes and presented beautifully. If you are looking for an inexpensive meal, skip this place. But if you are looking for wonderful place to celebrate a special occasion or a date night, this is a great option!
Got a $100 credit from Hollywood and checked it out with my parents. Food was really nice and service was great. Would be too expensive for me normally, but I imagine the prices are comprobable to steakhouses. Highly recommend!
The food and service were both outstanding.
Mesa Grill is my favorite restaurant in Las Vegas. We take one or two trips out there a year and we always plan one of our dinners at Mesa. The pork tenderloin is fantastic! Everything is top notch, including the service. I highly recommend Mesa Grill if you’re looking for a great restaurant in Vegas!
The service was great and the meal was very good. This was an Anniversary dinner for us and it was a very good experience.
The food was terrible. We ordered the lamb cheek, which was tough, chewy, over cooked and when my husband told the waitress it wasn't good she just laughed and walked away. Horrible service, horrible food. The hostess was very nice.
This is second time dining here. Again was not disappointed. Great food, service, experience.
Went for anniversary dinner, the waiter brought out cupcakes for us at no charge. Nice touch. Had the lobster appetizers (amazing). Steak was perfectly cooked. Will be back.
Our first visit to this restaurant and we loved it. Service was amazing. The food was so good. Looking forward to our next visit.
Wonderful dining experience tonight! The staff, food and atmosphere was great! Highly recommend the bacon appetizer, my filet was really good too. Not bad got a Casino resturants, priced as would be expected too. Great service, all around nice dinner!
Server was great met all expectations of all people was very attentive
I work in the Cage department at the casino. Jason, the manager, was so professional. He gave me heavy discounts and checked on us often. Our server was Aleida (sp?), and she was so sweet and attentive! The food was superb, and the dessert was decadent! I love this place! I will be nominating Jason for a Star of the Quarter. He really helped take care of me and my fiance.
This is one of my favorite restaurants to go to for any special occasion and for no particular reason at all. The service is always outstanding as well as the food.
Great service and food
Took friends and family for a birthday. We didn't have to wait for anything. Our server was very attentive. She checked on our drinks and came back after a few minutes to make sure the food was to our liking. I will definitely be recommending Final Cut to all.
We both had a very nice meal and enjoyed everything about it.
It was my birthday... The whole experience was great... I did short our attendant because I was a little too 'happy' and did not do the math correctly...We will be back and take care of her...
Lisa was great and so was the manager. Thanks again for a wonderful evening..

This is about the fifth time we have been here and as always - the food was wonderful! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their dinner!
Great place to get away for a great meal. Everything and everyone was above excellent! Love this place.
I was scepticle about eating at a steak place in a casino but this was outstanding! Exceptional job by the staff & chef.
Date Night with wife. Wanting great dining experience. Had a reservation, and arrived to find a full dining area in the bar. Quite busy. Had to wait for table to be cleaned and set-up. It seems the servers now having to clean their own tables.
Ordered the salmon with lentils. It was OK. Taste was plain, lentils did not spark up the meal. We felt disappointed as we visit Final cut frequently and have had satisfying past experiences. We'll take a break before we visit again.
Overall a very nice quite intimate restaurant. My wife likes her steaks medium well and they could not achieve a medium well even after having the steak sent back. I understand the chef maybe not wanting to cook a nice steak that way but, that's the way the customer wanted it.
This was our first time dining here. The whole experience was great! From the ambiance, the service (host and waitress), and the food, everything was perfect! This is definitely a place to go for anniversaries, birthdays, and dates!
Service is prompt and courteous. The staff is very attentive. We had the 16oz Sirloin and the 10oz Prime Rib. Both were cooked to perfection! Great place for a steak in St Louis!
We dined on a gift certificate we received. I knew this would not be fine dining, but when you call yourself a steakhouse you should have great steak. They have good steak and that is about it. Salad was made with bag lettuce mix that must have been at least a few days, if not a week old. Lettuce was soft and almost mushy. Wife had shrimp cocktail that was basic and pretty good.
Menu lists about a half dozen steaks, all but one are listed as US Choice. I appreciated the fact they at least provided this information as I would have expected US Prime at a steak house. The other steak was a Prime tomahawk ribeye at Market Price. I was going to get that until I was given the size and price of $105 for a 20 ounce steack (I assume that was the weight not including the bone, otherwise the price would have been over the top outrageous). I went with the larger strip steak and ordered medium rare. It was surprisingly good. I am a steak eater and dine regularly at Flemings, Capital Grille, 801 Chop House and Ruth's Chris ( I don't happen to like Morton's). This steak did not bill itself as Prime and while it clearly wasn't, it was decently tender and it was prepared to the right temperature. It actually cut like a tough steak, but that was due to a bad steak knife and it turns out the steak was not tough. The baked potato was small and a little undercooked. Wife had Salmon which she liked.
The steak was not expensive at about $38 for a 16 ounce steak. If I were to return to Hollywood Casino I would probably try one of the other restaurants before I went back to Final Cut, but if I was give no choice, I would not refuse to go to Final Cut.
Valentines Day so the menu was fixed. Service was okay, but numerous wrong items brought to the table. The filet was very fatty. Not worth the money. Go to charlie gitto's.
The front half of the restaurant was very smoky from cigarette smoke blowing in. I noticed it at the maitre D stand and it continued at our first table. We asked to move to the back of the restaurant and it was better there, although we still had some smoke. The staff was accommodating to our needs, therefore earning the stars. If they would add doors to enter the restaurant there wouldn’t be any smoke
The food was good, but it would have been nice to have a few more options and to be able to pick side dishes from all entree options
Very good experience, really romantic, only one issue steak cooking consistency but other than that food was great....
Salad was good Entree ( Chicken Saltimbocca was fair Cheesecake was good Bread was just OK but I probably won’t return We LOVE Charlie Gitto’s & It Can’t compare This was a gift certificate
Best steak ever! Service was awesome! !!!! !!!!!!
The filets are wonderful and the waiter Jeffrey is fantastic!!
