My husband and I were very disappointed in our breakfast as we have dined at The Farmer's Daughter several times before and could not wait to eat there again. The service and atmosphere was very good however, the food was lacking in flavor and both of our omelettes were overcooked/burnt.
Wonderful girls night dinner at Farmer’s Daughter with my BFFs. One of the more trendy, up-scale restaurants around here, which is always nice to find. Food was delicious, ambiance was adorable, and service was great. The waiter was very patient with us as we paraded around having him to pictures of us. Thanks for your patience and kindness :).
The food was delicious! Our waiter Aaron was on top of drinks and didn't rush our meal. Will definitely go back again.
Let me begin with the price listing on opentable is a bit misleading. The prices are not $30 and under. Most entrees are north of $30.
That said, it’s worth every penny. What a meal. The pumpkin hummus was excellent, the fried artichokes were fantastic. My wife has a delicious Risotto for dinner and I had the filet mignon. My steak was perfectly cooked and so so so so so so good.
Closing with the pumpkin cheesecake was a real treat.
I’d also be remiss if I didn’t mention the exquisite service we got from Aaron. The restaurant also took special care for my wife’s birthday.
It’s a bit pricey so we can’t return as often as we’d like, but we for sure will be back again!
Ravioli and pretzels were very good- NY Strip, Short ribs, charcuterie board were okay. We actually didn’t eat the meat included on the charcuterie board because it was too gamey for our liking. The desserts were good- I would actually recommended the molten cake, bread pudding was good too but not the best we had. Overall the food was fair/good, but I would not go out of my way to come back here. Service was on point!
This was our second visit and food has been delicious on both occasions. First time was for lunch and this time for dinner. Service is exceptional, everyone seems to work together to make you feel like you are the only one there. They are also very flexible and accommodating with substitutions for their sides. It is a beautiful restaurant and very relaxing and since our first visit was in December,I can't wait to see the outside sitting area when the weather is warmer. My husband and I will be returning soon.
Birthday celebration for two of my children. 50%off food for first responders up to 4. We were a party of 8. They still honored their discount! Andrew our server was extremely attentive and helpful. Love The Farmers Daughter!
We loved it! Excellent service, fantastic meal (the osso bucco and sea bass were super... I especially liked the sautéed beet greens.) I liked the dirty martini more than the special "Purple Rain," but both were good. They remembered it was our anniversary and touched base with me aside from the table about a special request. Just love being back at Normandy Farm. Keep up the excellent work! We will be back.
Was extremely nice to have been out with friends celebrating a birthday! Food was outstanding.
Wonderful evening celebrating my girlfriends birthday. We both ordered the Filet Mignon and it was mouthwatering and insanely tender. The grilled romaine was also delicious. Highly recommend for that special evening.
They were very nice and friendly.
Second occasion and every bit as great as the first visit.
Very nice time and brunch is always great! They made a cake for my moms birthday which was unexpected and very nice!
Loved it! Service excellent, food delicious.
Really enjoyed having Sunday Brunch at this restaurant! Nice atmosphere and for a buffet style the food was very good!
Amazing meal and wonderful servers!
Always a nice, comfortable place to have a wonderful meal.
From the start of meeting the hostess to the dessert. And everything in between was excellent.
Food A+,Service A+,Hospitality 10, definitely would recommend it to a friend. Would love to witness a wedding there.
An excellent menu with lots of choice ; service was attentive as always
Loved the look of the food as well as the taste. I will say the restaurants pricing is pretty high so we can’t go as often as we would like
We have always wanted to try the Farmer's Daughter since we moved to the area. We had family in from out of town so we decided to treat ourselves. The dining room is beautiful. Even with a wedding at the venue in the same complex, we still felt like we had our own space. The food was fantastic and fresh. Service was top notch :)
We cannot wait to go again!
What a local gem, perfect for almost any occasion. I have never had a bad meal or experience going to the Farmer’s Daughter.
Everything here is fantastic! A little pricey but well worth it! Our service was excellent and wonderful martini s! I will definitely be back!
LOVED it - It was a little pricey to bring my children who don't eat much to the buffet. I would go with my husband again in a heartbeat!
Me and girlfriends had a wonderful Sunday brunch here. Drinks were a little costly, but delicious and a few good choices. It was nice to not be rushed or ignored. And we didn't smell like breakfast after we left. Their desserts were top notch! All displays were beautiful!
Meals were slow to come out. Scallops were too salty. One steak was cold.
Excellent food and service, however, seldom dine out and for the price of the food/entrees, gen too noisy with young kids and people on their phones. If I wanted that type of experience, I'd go to cheesecake factory for a lot less. Understand it's difficult for rest mgmt to control that aspect.
What the hell is a special. Oh, the specials tonight are.......and the NEVER tell how much they cost. Why not? Are they special because they didn't sell the previous nights? Anyway, I had to ask how much the specials were and our waiter, Lindsey, who we loved, told us. I ordered one of them, the pork chop, and it was tender and perfectly cooked. It was my birthday and everything was very nice. First time I had been there.
Absolutely my favorite restaurant, remarkable, a "diamond in the rust"! Exceptional!!
While the food was fresh, delicious and presented beautifully, the service was awful. I probably wouldn't go back for that reason.
The food and service was rather disappointing.
I would recommend dinner, but not brunch. The food was not hot on the buffet table
First time here for dinner, after attending a few events and weddings. Our duck spring rolls were cold and after my wife and I sent them back, they returned the same ones after reheating them. Didn’t think to give us a new order? Really? My entree of the duck ragout was bland and lacked any seasoning. My wife had a very average crab cake. Our server, Cortney, was great and loved the atmosphere, but the food was lacking inspiration for sure. Too many other options in the area that have much better meals at this price point. Very disappointed!
We were impressed by the creativity of the food on a recent weekend date night. We shared the apple parsnip soup, the burrata, the tuna, and the short rib sliders, all well executed. Service was helpful and attentive. Seating was comfortable and noise was not a problem. We'll be back!
First time visiting this restaurant. It was a great experience from the greeting to paying the bill at the end. The food was delicious and different from a traditional restaurant, worth the time and money spent. Will definitely be coming back.
Great place for lunch and dinner! Enjoying the food and service every visit
We had a very good server. The Apple Salad with espresso dressing was great. All other entrees, sides and salads where mediocre, Some came cold , some over done to point of dried out. I expected more for the prices and reviews I have read.
Great food, great service!
My mom and I went there and we both REALLY enjoyed our meal. The menu was so varied that we had a hard time deciding what to get and what we did choose was delicious. We both said that we want to go back to try some of the other dishes. I would absolutely RECOMMEND!
