   Had the blade of beef and it was really nice falling apart, my partner had the hallomui and it tasted delicious, service was really good and staff were pleasant will definitely be returning 😊

   Dog friendly in bar area. Comfort sofa or dining chair if that is comfier for you. We had the plough mans. Choice of cheeses, ham or sausage roll. Well presented and tasty.

   Was really shocked at having to leave credit card details though totally understandable. Even more shocked at having to pay for a reply text message to say we were on our way to the pub. We had booked for brunch, on arrival told we had 10 mins to order it, this wasn't indicated at the time of booking. Food though was lovely

    All staff, service and food was great. The only thing, I was facing a wall light behind the bench seating which was very bright and distracting when looking at my fellow diners. The light was a metal dish with an exposed bulb and was fitted at a level just above diner's heads.

    Mother’s Day breakfast. Booked for 1100 and arrived at 1110. As I was 10 mins late due to having our disabled parents with us, and they can struggle in and out of cars sometimes. I was told I must order immediately, and we were quickly shown to our table. The waitress was polite enough but when I asked for well done eggs I was told that that isn’t possible as they are getting ready for lunch and the can’t cook anything like that. The food was out fast and had been stood for a while. Slightly warm and dry. The whole time they were rushing around cleaning up around us getting ready for lunch. We felt pretty unwanted and uncomfortable the whole time. We had pre booked for Mother’s Day and it got the day off to a bad start. Won’t be making the same mistake again.

    Lovely food in a nice restaurant area. Service was friendly but quite slow - we were seated for almost 25 minutes before our food order was taken and we got our drinks.

    Wonderful time. Taken my mother for mother's Day lunch and the food was delicious. The staff are amazing so polite and helpful. Lovely place, can't wait to come again.

    We had the Sunday roast. It’s was my second time there. The meat and veggies were lovely but they could work on the roast potatoes. I was hoping the first time I went it was just a bad day but they were the same yesterday. Overall it was still a good meal and I would go back.

    I took my mother for Friday lunch. The food and service was excellent. The weekday lunch set menu has a good choice of starters,mains and desert. Very good value for money. I would definitely recommend and plan to go again.

    Fabulous food, fabulous service. Acoustics of the room ( to the right of the entrance) made it uncomfortably noisy to the point where we were considering asking to be moved. Otherwise a brilliant dining experience.

    Great meal. I had the vegetarian Goan curry and my friend had the fish and chips. Lots of food on the plates and freshly cooked. The service was great too.

    My only moan would be the lack of gluten free puddings. I had the ice cream which was lovely but I can have ice cream at home. My fellow diners say the puddings overall could do with an upgrade and be a little more adventurous. Main courses are fabulous

    Went here as a couple to just have a treat, we've been here lots and we are never disappointed, shown to our table straight away and drinks order taken soon after. I decided to go for the Roast beef dinner , hubby had roast chicken dinner, absolutely delicious, cannot fault it. We both had deserts and coffee too a lovely experience from start to finish I highly recommend 👍
