Celebrating our anniversary here was an absolute surprise. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and accommodating, knowing about our celebration. The bacon wrapped trout was spectacular! Will definitely be back for seconds!

average all around. don’t believe the hype. The beer and quinoa salad included 1 oz of quinoa. Burrata was hurried. Burger greasy. Service perfunctory.

Nice and good food, but wine list was overpriced (saying this as former industry professional). Out of 10+ pages, <5 bottles for under $80. Wouldn't hurt to include some range. Same by the glass: $16+.

We had such a great night at The Dutch. We had a great corner table with beautiful ambient lighting, top service and amazing food. I’ve been telling my friends all about it since my date night on New Years Eve.

Love the place! Had the bacon-wrapped trout—delicious. The desserts are divine as well. Great service. A real good time. Had a nice corner table with a friend, so was able to have conversation while eating.

Service was slow. We had to grab waitstaff to get water glasses filled (in a half-full dining room). When the waiter did bring the water he asked if we would like another round. We asked if he could just deliver the round we had ordered 10 min before. The veal tasted like it had been pulled out of the fridge, then flash deep fried (piping hot outside, cold inside). The octopus was thick and rubbery. The kimchi fried rice was a big pile of kimchi with almost no rice. Cocktails were decent.

After a wonderful lunch we decided to revisit for dinner. Unfortunately we got the worst table of the restaurant. Every 5 seconds someone touched, kicked my chair or said excuse my, I would like to pass. I was quite disappointed and the management compensated with not charging 2 wines and 2 espresso’s. I made it clear to the management that I didn’t come over from Europe to not paying for drinks but I wanted to have a wonderful Christmas eve. It is a pity because the food was good and the staff worked hard and were wonderful.

We were a group of nine from LA having our Christmas Eve dinner. As a group of nine, we had a chef’s menu, which did a great job meeting our various dietary needs (some gluten-free and 1 vegetarian). The food was delicious (we especially loved the ribs with lychees!), the service was excellent without being intrusive, and we enjoyed the energetic vibe of the restaurant. We had a great time—and I should note that all of my interactions to plan this dinner were very cordial and helpful. We will be returning to The Dutch!

This was a special occasion for four of us - a pre-Christmas Eve get together. We were all amazingly surprised by how good we felt in the back-room of the restaurant, where it was quieter and had a lovely atmosphere. The food, drinks and service far exceeded our expectations. I live in the area and had not been back to The Dutch for awhile. This meal, its atmosphere and total quality will certainly have me going back for more.

We had calamari and burratta as apps. Calamari was way too hot, even for my guest who likes it hot lol. Burratta tasty. Entrees: had fried chicken, and the scallops. The chicken was decent, not memorable sides, but tasty. The scallops were notable in that we didn't like them and the sauce was too sweet and masked the food--not good. Although I love a well cooked scallop I will generally even eat overcooked ones. First time ever to not want them. So beware, real mixed bag; order safely.

It’s not as good as it used to be. This used to be my fav restaurant in nyc but this time it really disappointed. It’s annoying that they’re always changing the menu as your fav dish is never on for long. The place was so noisy we could barely hear each other - common in NY but really bad in this place. It’s expensive when you don’t like your dinner so I
won’t be returning in a hurry.

Great food, nice servers. Unfortunately we felt hurried through our meal. They repeatedly tried to remove the steak tartare before we were done to make way for the main courses. And we were not moving slowly.

An evening of cozy comfort. We asked to be seated in the back by the fireplace. Our server made our choices sound like great options and she really sold us on the savory apple fritter which we chose for dessert.

All the dishes were exceptional and our waiter helped us select what to eat. He was great. The food was great - from steak to a delicate sea bass - this kitchen has it going on! We were all completely happy and we eat at a lot of great restaurants all the time. Highly recommend this one!

Our experience at the Dutch was not bad, but not exceptional. Our waiter pushed to have us order and eat as fast as possible to turn the table over, so we felt pressured. Not a single coffee refill was offered, and in fact, they forgot an order of biscuits, and then asked us at the end if we still wanted them. When we said yes, there was a audible sigh that we would be taking longer for them to turn over the table. Not an ideal experience for a holiday friends brunch.

Everything was great and that all started thanks to our amazing waiter Megan. When asked questions she made recommendations about choices that were truly helpful and insightful. She was as pleasant and responsive as can be. Add to that the food and drinks that everyone enjoyed and it was a great night

Service was terrible. Ordered an appetizer and it never arrived. Ordered a second glass of wine with dessert and it never came. The quality of the food does not make up for the poor service. With the price per plate I expect much better service.
