    The drawing room was gorgeous! The staff were wonderful. They were so friendly and helpful.I really liked their selection of teas and the sweet treats. I did not enjoy the savoury food as much as I thought it needed a bit more flavour. However, the scone and jam were amazing! I would come back just for that.

    We have been going to high tea at the Prince of wales for 20 + years. Last night my husband and I returned (the last time we were there was February 2025). We were so disappointed and frankly surprised. The bread on the sandwiches was cold and stale. Overall the food lacked freshness. The service was very slow and we had to flag down the staff many times for our requests. In other words our overall experience is nowhere near what we are used to at this establishment. The next time we are in Niagara on the lake we will eat elsewhere.

    Enjoying High Tea at the Drawing Room is certainly a luxury and quite proper! All good. What's not to like? Highly recommended.

    I enjoyed the atmosphere and the experience and the food at the Tea Room. It is my favourite place. I love bringing my friends to the Prince of Wales High Tea

    Afternoon tea was divine. The food was traditional English afternoon tea fare, cucumber & salmon sandwiches, scones and pastries that were delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The ambiance is lovely.

    I have had high teas in BC, QC, UK and Toronto. This was the tastiest, best venue and most lovely to date. We will be back.
