   Every time is good one of my favorite restaurants! Staff is always good friendly! Tuna was outstanding last night … short rib was good as well ! Kitcat bar is a must for us excellent! Thank you

   Food and service was very good. The noise level was extremely unpleasant and not sure I would return due to noise level. This was sentiment for all at our table spanning 30’s-70’s. Maybe try a very early dinner.

   Overall, the food was good but portions were very small for the price point. We’ve come here several times and this year, the plates just seemed much smaller. Will likely try another place next year

   Very hard to get reservation. However, we were put at a communal table without asking our party of 10 where we celebrated a birthday. Our waitress had a permanent frown the entire evening for no apparent reason. So even though the food was not bad (steak was over salted, however the pasta was delicious ) the overall experience was not as great as we all hoped and waited for all summer long.

   We have been to The Diving Horse many times. We have always loved it. Let me first start off by saying our server was wonderful and this was no reflection on her. Our appetizers were great. 2 of the 3 entrees were great. The mahi mahi, that’s $50 was awful. The outside was flaky and the inside was completely raw. We asked the server if this was supposed to be how it was cooked. She apologized profusely and said that it wasn’t supposed to be cooked like that. She said I’m taking that back and getting you a new one. By the time the second one came, the rest of us were done. As soon as we cut into it, it was raw again. The poor server apologized again. We felt so bad since this wasn’t her fault. When asked to speak to a manager, they had none. They had some other poor server be in charge of talking to us. This is an awful way to run a restaurant. It’s peak season and they don’t have anyone in charge. In fact, when we asked our server to speak to the manager, she was like, I will relay the info. She was clearly uncomfortable. The other server who came over to help with the situation was also clearly uncomfortable. You need to have someone running the restaurant. Also, you’re putting your employees in awkward, uncomfortable situations. We will never go back there again. We also liked Carina Sorella and will never go there again either. Shame on the owners.

   Sweet Amelia Oysters were fantastic, wedge salad was a wonderful combo of flavors and the corn pasta was rich but light and summery and the halibut cooked perfectly with the nice crust
