Went for brunch on Saturday around 12:30pm and had a lovely time. The food was delicious and service was excellent. The only thing that was slightly annoying was they would not accommodate a substitution because of "covid". I don't see how subbing bacon instead of prosciutto on a benedict has anything to do with covid; I checked the prices of the sides before asking and saw the bacon was less expensive so I don't understand the reasoning behind it. Despite that, I will definitely go back because we had a great time.
Comfortable setting excellent service, food average but only had appetizers so to be fair try it here, great ambiance
Can't go wrong with a mimosa pitcher and the salmon eggs benedict.
Amazing service and very tasty meals
Food was amazing!!! and comfy seating and atmosphere.
The Calamari, garlic prawns and smoked salmon was heavily seasoned with salt. Otherwise, entire experience was good.
Our server made no effort to speak with us, and then out of nowhere, told us we were not allowed to order any additional alcoholic beverages. Our bill showed we only consumed 1 beverage per hour. He was very rude to us, while we were providing business and sitting quietly in the corner. I will never return to this establishment. My party was shocked and offended by this server's accusation. If you want to drink more than a couple beverages, AVOID THIS PLACE.
Always a great experience at the Distillery. Great food and great staff.
I had a great time here for brunch this weekend! The vibe was great, food was actually amazing! :)
Meatball Benny was awesome; the lady had the avocado toast and enjoyed it very much!
Great food and service. Absolutely recommended to visit.
Fabulous service and food!!
The morning brunch there was great. Great foods n service. Quiet booth not to noisy. 👍 on this 💝Day 😊
Food really tasty. Maybe a bit too salty for my European’s palet but would definitely go back for another great brunch time.
Shoved into a corner
One of my favourite happy hour spots - good/smart deals on wine (probably beer too), with an impressive cocktail menu and tasty food to go along with it - this is a nice big living room that, especially in these times, is a nice place to go to feel almost like you're meeting in your own home. Chick pea fries are definitely worth trying - but do yourself a favour: let them COOL first :o
Always fun before a Canucks game!
We pop in whenever we are in Vancouver.
service was great! and the food was amazing! great Italian food
Valentine dinner with the Gals!
Favourite brunch spot!! Great value and always fun

Reception was quick and we were offered several seating options and when seated people arriving were not seated next to each other. Service was quick and we were not rushed and were able to carry on a conversation without excessive noise.Great menu selection at various prices. I love Veal and there were 5 choices which the waiter quickly explained. Overall a great dinner experience
I do love the Distillery Bar + Kitchen. Ever since I "found" it last year, I haven't gone anywhere else in Vancouver. Great food, reasonable price point, excellent Happy Hour offerings, and the Pear & Gorgonzola Crostini is to-die-for-worthy.
Always a great choice for brunch. Amazing menu and well priced. Best value in Vancouver!

Great. Service was amazing. Will definitely come again.
Good Italian food options and quality. Appetizers are great, pasta dishes are good as well. I had a veal milanese which was a little over-fried and the veal was dry. Calamari, meatballs and pasta was very good. Recommend for a casual lunch.
We had a great pre-hockey game dinner.
We shared a salad and two flatbreads (the mushroom and sage was our favourite) as well as cocktails (their Kentucky Sour was excellent). The close proximity to the sky train, plus free trolley to Rogers Arena were bonuses! We will be back next time we are in town.
we waited at our table for 30 minutes with no service, asked about it and still no service so we left
Best service!! Our waiter and the staff were excellent. Hard to come by now adays!
Overpriced for mediocre food. I do not recommend.
Always perfect for brunch! And great value and quality of food. My weekend go to when in Vancouver
Met here prior to game at BC Place. Venue was perfect, we dined on heated outside patio.
Good location in Yaletown..food was very good!! Would recommend.
Food and service are always excellent. Several good veggie options. Try the jalapeño vodka Caesar!
Friends and I reserved a party of 3 for a brunch birthday surprise and noted same during reservation. On arrival, we were seated and greeted by a server on his 2nd shift. We introduced ourselves, advised it was a birthday and asked our drinks to always be full. It appeared that our server ended up with a group table and we were quickly ignored for the rest of our experience. They returned to take our food order (all orders with errors) and dealt with a total of 4 different servers/staff throughout our dining experience. The food was mediocre and bennies were cold on arrival. We unfortunately had to keep flagging servers to get drink refills and eventually gave up asking for our bills.
Neat drink menu, underwhelming food and bummer timing re server training.
Really disappointed in the service and food. The waitress was a mess of confusion. The only thing she was able to do well was able to bring water. Will not be going back again. Too bad.
I love Distillery for drinks and casual appies! The place has an awesome vibe and it's great for bigger groups but also for date nights. I like that it's a bit different than the other similar spots in Yaletown as they have Italian/Meditarean dishes and much healthier options. Brunch is good too and the happy hour!
Or first time in the Distillery.
A co worker suggested it for breakfast. Decor and design was tasteful.
Seating and spacing was very comfortable.
Everyone enjoyed the food and drinks that were ordered.
We found the service to be...ok.
Noticeable enough that we all commented on the ambivalence of our server.
Will try again and strike it up to a tired server.
Good food at a fair price. But sitting in view of the kitchen can be off-putting! I saw cooks licking their fingers and they had cooked up something they were sharing and eating while cooking our meals. My preference would be that they don't eat in the meal prep area and licking their fingers while making food is just yucky.
It is a go to, brunch establishment in Yaletown. A must for any local or visitor.
Food wasn’t as great as I expected for the price Shrimp
Cocktail where tasteless watery flatbread spaghetti and meatballs where very salty
In for a quick dinner prior to a Whitecaps game. Good fast service. Friendly staff
