Every time we eat here, we are consistently thrilled by the menu, the quality of the food, the presentation of the food, the impeccable service, the refined elegance of the room, and the gorgeous Mountain View’s.

Anniversary

Note to diners - you should speak to the maître d’ early to secure a “good table” location. (Maybe day before?) I understand the social distancing but the hallway seating between an emergency exit and service door while spending several hundred dollars doesn’t impress.

Now, what did impress was the service and food! Jacob, or Josh, was an amazing waiter and took us through the entire menu. (Sorry - my wife and I had a different name.) The restaurant was full but we never felt rushed and, I am going with Josh, shared many insights to the area, as well as best times to visit.

We ended up ordering three courses and added a “half-course” by splitting the pappardelle. We spent 40-days in New Orleans last fall and the service/food were on par with the best Nola had to offer. We very much appreciated the imaginative ingredient combinations and the plating done with two servers who described each dish. Well done!

Such an amazing experience. My wife and I had an such a great time. Scott our server was like our personal liaison of the menu giving us a vivid picture of the plates. Food was prepared to perfection. Highly recommend the salmon. Will definitely be coming back!

Harlee was one of the best if not the best waitress I ever met with. I work in a fine dining restaurant industry and I like to absorb details. She exceeded my expectations on every level. Professional, knowledgeable, attentive but not overwhelming with a sense of humor . The table next to us was very “complicated “ but she handled that the most professional way as possible. If I could I would give her one extra star over the 5stars .
It was one more waiter ( unfortunately don’t remember his name correctly ) he recognized my nationality by my last name and he came and talk to me a few word in Hungarian... that was very kind and set the mood for the evening. Would like to thank him as well.

The hostess was very hospitable and accommodating as we we’re given the option of which table to sit and she allowed us to adjust our time 30 minutes later. Harley was our server, and she was very friendly and professional. My wife and I shared the chicken entrée which was phenomenal along with a salad and Pasta appetizer. Overall it was a very excellent experience.

The Dinning Room at the Inn at Biltmore is outstanding. The food is excellent, the service is outstanding and with the views of the mountains at sunset, I couldn't ask for anything more for my birthday dinner.

My wife and I celebrated her birthday there. While it is expensive, the food and service was well worth it!

We have never had less than a 5-star experience when visiting The Dining Room. The food is always amazing and the servers are knowledgeable and friendly.

The Dining Room at The Inn is a special experience. I took my daughters (11 and 8.5) for a special occasion and it was magical! They loved living up to the expectations of such a "fancy" restaurant and the staff were accommodating, kind, responsive, knowledgable and personable. The food and wine were outstanding; the ambiance cozy and unhurried. We had a wonderful time - Jacob and Grace were fantastic hosts!

Ceasar salad and cold water lobster spaghetti was fabulous. The Dining Room is just a very lovely way to start and end your day.

The service most of all is first class, from every person we came in contact with, which is rare to find these days, even in fine dining restaurants. The flavors of the dishes were also a lovely culinary surprise. One may find a filet or salmon entree in other places, but the sauces, spice combinations and sides made the dishes extra special. Worth every penny to pay for a dish I cannot make myself at home.

Visited the property while celebrating our 8 yr anniversary. We were married in the Champagne Cellar at the winery and enjoy visiting Biltmore when we have the opportunity.

Cedric's Tavern for lunch. The Biltmore Inn Dining Room for dinner. The piano Bar/Lounge in the Biltmore Inn is a lovely place for sipping wine by the fire and enjoying the beautiful, soft live music.

The food was superior, Danielle (especially), and all the waitstaff were excellent, and you couldn’t find a better view for dinner! We enjoyed our dinner immensely. It was fine dining at its best.

The Dining Room at the Biltmore is very elegant. Service was excellent. The only negative is that the entrees were very slow arriving.

Preparation dinner was superb. Top-flight service and ambiance.

Celebrating my birthday @ the restaurant made it a special evening.

Normally we share photos, but we were sooo hungry 😋, we just dug in. My wife had her usual Steak 🥩. I had a fantastic seafood 🦞 melange ... lobster, salmon, shrimp, scallops. For dessert 🍨 we had vanilla custard with strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, pistachio & cake. YUMMMMM !!!

Outstanding service in a beautiful restaurant. The menu is limited and the portions are small, but it’s still a wonderful experience!

Hank was an excellent server and the entire team was fantastic. Excellent prepared food, nice portions and overall lovely meal. It is a bit on the pricey side but we so enjoyed the evening we will be back. It was a treat. George Vanderbilt would have approved.
