We just had a wonderful experience eating at the inn at Biltmore for dinner. Such a great meal we enjoyed the filet mignon and the scallops, along with many other wonderful dishes. The views were enchanting and the service was perfect. Really love dining here! A great place to bring friends.
Everything was excellent. Even the atmosphere and customer service
The whole experience exceeded our expectations. The service staff were attentive and knowledgeable. The frequently inquired about our satisfaction with our dining experience and made adjustments as needed. The food quality was superb. Our entrees of steak and fish were equivalent to 5 star restaurants we’ve enjoyed in major cities. We look forward to a return visit soon.
A wonderful experience. We were socially distanced and we had an exquisite view of the sun setting on the mountains from the big windows throughout the dining room. I enjoyed the salmon which was perfectly cooked. We enjoyed a bottle of wine. The maitre d visited our table. Our waitress was attentive and polite. This was an A+ evening.
Great food, great service, great wine!
We had a marvelous experience, and they presented us with some chocolates on a decorated plate at the end for our anniversary 💕
This is a must experience restaurant. Staffing first and foremost provided such attentive and amazing service. Waited on by Harlee as we celebrated a bride to be and it was a highlight of our weekend celebrating. The salmon and chicken dish along with She Crab soup were favorites at our table. The butter, even the butter, was incredible with a sweet citrus taste. The view from the back patio is amazing at the dinner hour. The only reason I marked atmosphere as quiet is because we love the Biltmore Radio App tunes and it would have been great background music but that might just be a matter of personal taste. I won't miss this experience in future visits!
Took our mom for her 79th birthday weekend. Had delightful service from all waitstaff and the food was beautiful and delicious.
Amazing cocktails and she-crab soup (as always), excellent osso buco and lamb entrees, and outstanding service from Elijah. Thanks for a wonderful evening! We dine here when we want to splurge a bit, and it is always worth every penny!
Dinner service is always spectacular in the dining room
Lamb chops were delicious as well as the fresh fish
The service at the Dining Room is impeccable. You feel very well taken care of from the moment you arrive. **Make reservations in advance!
The appetizer and dessert course were the best parts of the meal. While the main was delicious, portion sizes were nearly overwhelming, leaving little room to continue or finish.
Overall, I highly recommend a visit but be conscious of meal size and be ready to enjoy!
(The bread is absolutely phenomenal!)
Our waiter, Scott, was amazing. He was attentive, but not overly, could answer all of our questions and gave perfect advice on the options available . The food was first class from beginning to end. We began with the lobster and asparagus first course, followed by the Ceasar salad. For the main course I had the filet mignon and my husband had the Cobia. Everything we ate was so delicious and perfectly cooked and seasoned. I would recommend the Biltomre dining room to anyone visiting here. My husband and I both felt this was definitely one of our top 5 dining experiences! Well done!
Staff is amazing and the food is delicious.
Let me say for starters that I guess we need to do more research next time. We were advised by friends to book lunch at the stables. When I went to do that, the stables were full. So, when I saw The Dining Room at the Biltmore Estate pop up, I thought, "Oh how fancy, we will eat lunch at the Biltmore. I did not realize that this was a 20 minute drive from the estate and we were late for our reservation. No worries, because this hotel dining room was pretty empty. My children ordered cheeseburgers plain, with just cheese. Both of them came out wrong with the bacon jam on them. One of them came out at first as just an order of fries. The server was very apologetic an they were supposedly rushing through the re-cook of the burger, but it took just as long as the first order and her food arrived when we were all finished eating.
We went for a late lunch at The Dining Room and it was delicious! The portions are absolutely huge and easily shareable. The French onion soup was incredible and so were the truffle fries. We also enjoyed a grilled chicken Caesar wrap which was lovely. We will absolutely be back.
Fantastic service!!!!
Ate lunch while visiting the Biltmore House. The restaurant is in the Inn which is not close to the house.
Outstanding steak done to perfection (medium rare) and scallop dinner was also excellent. We had no expectation that the dinner would be a "value" given the resort setting so with that as a set up the portions were larger than we expected, so you could split salad and dinner and splurge with a dessert and drinks
This one was pretty much a home run. Our server, Scott, was excellent. Attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful about the locale, immediately come to mind. The food was delicious from salad through dessert. I had an Osso Buco that was absolutely great. My wife had a chicken dish that she loved and of course I forgot the name. To me, this is a prime example of what fine dining should be.
We ate lunch at the Biltmore Inn after touring the Biltmore House. It was lovely. Beautiful servings and the cocktails were just perfect! After lunch, we went to our wine tasting at Antler Hill Winery. A perfect ending to a perfect day.
Ordered the steak medium rare but it was cooked medium well. I didn't send it back because I didn't want the negativity for my wife. It was very dry and I didn't finish it.
Wonderful experience. Service abs food was excellent.
Wonderful!!!!
We got there at 8 pm and didn’t get our food delivered until 9:30. We were so hungry when we got there but after such a long wait, we really just wanted to leave. They delivered some food around 9, but it was the wrong food and we had to wait another 30 minutes. It kind of spoiled our evening.
Excellent meal, service and ambiance
Everything was fabulous. The view from the table, the service and the food were all terrific. I highly recommend if in The Biltmore or Asheville area.
We had a wonderful evening at The Dining Room - Biltmore Estate. The food and wine were excellent, the views were amazing, and our servers, Scott and Elijah, helped to make our visit most enjoyable. We would highly recommend The Dining Room.
We enjoyed our dinner very much! And the service was superb! We weren't very pleased with where our table was located. It felt as if they put a table in a hallway between two dining areas. A brick wall on one side and a brick wall with a large plant on the other, leaving about 3 foot walk space between our table and the plant. But overall we had a nice dinner.
The Dining Room was a great choice to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The food was great, the service was excellent and the view was amazing.
We had a wonderful server, Mario, who took care of our every need as if we were his only table. We will definitely be coming back here again.
Absolutely wonderful. One of our favorite places and it never disappoints. Staff is top notch, food is excellent, ambiance is lovely.
Great food and service.
Lovely experience. Remember to dress for the occasion. Ladies & gentlemen PLEASE dress up. Food & service was wonderful. This is a special occasion type place.
Everything was perfect and we will be back. Amazing food, excellent service, wonderful experience.
Our server Scott and assistant server Brandon were wonderful to celebrate our Anniversary. They exceeded our expectations. The food was an out-standing experience. She crab soup....yummmm! Scallops and Cobia. The cocktails were expertly prepared and served. The wine list BTG lacks a bit but overall this was a wonderful experience!!! We willdefinitely be back!!
It was a wonderful experience, highly recommend giving it a try!
89th Birthday celebration
Our first trip to the Biltmore and it was Fantastic. We had dinner in the Dining Room celebrating a birthday and a weekend getaway. The service was top notch and the food was superb. We both had the beef tenderloin and it was outstanding (cooked perfectly). The desert was outstanding as well. I can’t say enough good things about the Dining Room, we plan on coming back again for sure. It was nice to be able to “dress” up after not really being able to enjoy this level of dining in almost a year due to COVID. The entire staff did a fantastic job. Thanks for the great memories and EXCELLENT food.
The food was out of this world and the atmosphere was perfect for my wife and I. It was relatively quiet so we could have a normal conversation and the views out the windows were great.
I haven't eaten at the Inn in a couple of years. The surroundings are just as beautiful as I remember. We had impeccable, friendly service from Scarlet and her colleagues. The lunch menu is a relatively small one, but the food was delicious. The bacon jam on the burger is the perfect addition! Our son enjoyed the friend chicken sandwich, and our daughter-in-law the Blue Ridge club. I've eaten everywhere on the Biltmore Estate, but the Inn is a special favorite.
