We celebrated our 24th Anniversary with an amazing dinner. The service and food was absolutely wonderful. We would highly recommend having dinner for a special occasion.
Elegant and exceptional. The food was superb and superably presented. The level of service is off the charts high, comparable to only the very best restaurants. The menu has both classics and innovative choices, which are very compatible.
Great dining experience. Brian, our waiter was knowledgeable and attentive. Extremely tasty food. Very responsive to dietary restrictions, wonderful gluten free bread basket. Rack of Lamb was perfect. Desert selection beautiful and good portions. Nice window views of the estate grounds at sunset.
Our dinner was wonderful but most importantly our server Hank was absolutely amazing. His hospitality was above and beyond. We love the Biltmore and will be back.
From the time we were seated to the moment we left. We were treated like royalty. Our head waiter was very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Was were all his support staff. The food and menus we're excellent and perfectly prepared.
There's nothing that was over looked, short or not right. They went well out to make sure that our annaversery meal was a very special occasion.
Scott was the BEST waiter!!!! The service, the food.... 5 star all the way , thank you Biltmore Dinning Room for making my Mother and Son trip the best way to end it❤️ !!
We were celebrating our 31 st. wedding anniversary and they truly treated it as a special occasion. We also got some difficult health information that day and they could not have been more compassionate or caring.
Our waiter Hank treated us like we were part of his family. The overall experience could not have been better and also could not have happened at a better time
Everything about the dining experience was excellent. Each server was courteous and well versed on every item on the menu. Andrea and Connor were excellent. They answered every question and tended to our every need. It was our first time dining with you but it won’t be our last. Great job everyone!!!!
Fine dining at its best. Staff learns your name and addresses you that way throughout the meal. Menu selections are unique and things you probably wouldn't get elsewhere. Food was very good and in between course extras were a nice surprise.
Our experience in The Dining Room of The Inn was truly outstanding. The service was terrific and their knowledge of the menu helped to make our meal perfect. The meal offerings were flavorful and delicious. The overall experience was a real treat!
As a person who entertains for a living I have experienced some of the finest ding on the continent and I must say that The Dining Room at the Inn at Biltmore is top notch.
The service was first rate, the menu is amazing and the ambience outstanding. Anyone who visits Biltmore must take the time to experience dinner here.
This dinner was for our 28th anniversary and it was bar none the best anniversary dinner we have ever experienced which says a lot considering our 25th was in Rome
Really enjoyed dinner and the service. Our waiter Stuart did a great job of walking us through the meal and pointing us in the right direction!
Very nice! Service was excellent, wine suggestion was on target, we'd mentioned that it was a special anniversary and we received a small plate of sweet goodies w/Happy Anniversary written in white chocolate. We chose the 3 courses, which was plenty, for us. Great evening.
Had to wait 10 minutes to be seated when there were open tables. Stayed at the Biltmore and had breakfast the next morning. Another 10 minute wait to be seated (open tables galore). Ordered off the menu. Waited 25 more minutes, food hadn't come, got up and left. A HORRIBLE experience!
Great experience. Loved the beautiful views to go along with the outstanding dinner.
Amazing! Everything was great. Every staff member from the bellman to the waiters/ waitstaff were well trained and professional. We had the best time. The Biltmore Inn was exceptional and our stay was a wonderful experience. The hospitality was so much appreciated. We toured the House Party and enjoyed it tremendously. Again, all the staff from the gentleman who directed traffic inside the gate, security, staff inside the main house, restaurants, gift shops, etc., were examples of civility to replicate for others.
We live in Asheville and have experienced many of the great restaurants the area has to offer. Our opinion is for a special occasion there is no better place to dine. No other restaurant offers the level of service that exists at the Biltmore Inn dining room.
The dining room was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We were catered to from the moment we walked in and our server was especially excellent (I believe her name was Tay). While it was definitely a pricey meal, the food was excellent and service even better.
Very Impressed. food selection was great. food was prepared and served perfectly. wine selection was good and reasonable priced. would definitely go back if return to ashville
While the appetizers were not that appealing-
The entrees, dessert and service were amazing redemption!
Also their graciousness as we celebrated my husband’s Bday and our anniversary was quite special! We’d be back!!
Great food and service! Excellent attention to our needs by multiple people. Please check computer system. Although I made a reservation and received a written confirmation from the concierge, one computer did not show the reservation but the other hostess said that her computer did show the reservation. If there was no reservation, we do appreciate showing us to a table.
The best dining experience in Asheville. The food and service was perfect !
Excellent food and service. Price fixed at $70 for appetizer, main, plus dessert.
The food is innovative and wonderful. The staff attentive and friendly. It is so nice when everyone calls you by your name. Your dining experience becomes more personal and attentive because they make the effort to know whom they are serving. We had a wonderful experience.
We arrived 5 minutes early & were asked to wait at 7 minutes but more than 1/2 the tables were empty. Also the waiting area means sitting 3’ in front of elevators! They tried to give us (4 people) the table at the center bottom of stairs! I booked this reservation 2 months ago-arranged for a window table for special occasion! ???? Drinks were watered... food was cold- steak was tough- all around bad. Too many really good restaurants out of hotel
I didn't feel that there were enough choices for a vegetarian. Also, the manager said he would send me a copy of the vegetarian menu but did not send it. The courses that were offered were not very special and did not reach my expectations of the dining room.
Excellent service by Chris. When dinner was delayed he offered us a complimentary cocktail.
Fabulous night celebrating my husbands birthday.
Made a special effort to treat us very well and we enjoyed the night so much.
Amazing food with outstanding service . Our waitress (Danielle) was perfect; very informed, and just the right amount of attentiveness!
Every aspect of our dining was sensational. Allowing Daniella to pair our wine to meal choices made for a very enjoyable and delectable meal. By far one of the best dining experiences we’ve enjoyed.
Over rated under preforming. Trying to be nouvelle cuisine too hard with out success. From the overly sweet sorghum. butter to the poor attempt at a classic French dessert. The carrot salad was under cooked, the waygu was tasteless yet over salted The pork chops came to the table cold with less than a tablespoon cabbage. I could go on and on but won’t. It was the only game in town staying at the Cottage. I was expecting-much more. I was very disappointed.
Too loud and noisy. Great food but not conducive to conversation
We celebrated my wife's birthday with our first visit to the Biltmore Estate and The Dining Room. The ambience, food and service exceeded all my expectations and provided my family with a wonderful, lifetime memory.
Great place for a special occasion! Exquisite food and excellent service and ambiance.
We celebrated our anniversary and it was a very romantic evening.
We had a window seat with the azaleas in full bloom right outside the window. The beautiful, sweeping lawn in the foreground and the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains as a background. Fantastic evening!
The service was excellent. Our table was in front of window looking out on the Blue Ridge Mtns. We enjoyed our steak and fish and the strawberry dessert was excellent. A wonderful way to celebrate our 25th anniversary!!
We very much looked forward to having Easter dinner at the Dining Room at the Biltmore Estate. The service and ambiance were excellent. Danielle was an outstanding - a very courteous and professional server. The French onion soup was the best I have ever had. Unfortunately, the entrees and desserts were nothing special. The lobster with escargot was rather bland as were the scallops and pork chops. The desserts were similarly just ok. Having said this, the Dining Room provided an outstanding experience for breakfast and afternoon tea. The eggs benedict and creamed chipped beef were exceptional at breakfast and the afternoon tea was world class.
Outstanding service. Incredible views of the mountains. Excellent five course meal with excellent timing. This was our 25th anniversary and it was magical. Thank you!
We have had some excellent meals here in the past but tonight was disappointing. The duck dish with gratin potatoes was all incredibly salty and so not enjoyable. The brined pork chop was tasty and of course salty as it was supposed to be but it came with about 1 tablespoon of red cabbage and 3 half inch cubes of butternut squash - just not enough veggies to balance a large chunk of meat. The creme brûlée was over the top - sat on a coconut base with bits of coconut base and coconut chips and meringue and topped off with sorbet on top of the brûlée caramel.
Food was just ok. Service was great!
