We arrived early for our reservations, so we went to The Attic at sat at the bar for some drinks. The service was great! We eventually walked to the Dining Room and the food was amazing during Seattle Restaurant Week. I thought the ambiance was very romantic and we left feeling satisfied about everything. I am excited to try The Attic for a more relaxed, happy hour, dining experience. Overall, we love Salish Lodge.
We went here for SRW and loved the food and service.
Family in town from Detroit. Had a blast and amazing honey presentation and the French press was amazing with the incredible set up!
I brought an out of town guest for breakfast and she was blown away. The menu was quite expansive with a number of excellent choices. My friend loved the mile high pour of honey on her biscuits and promised to bring other friends from Canada for the experience. The waterfall was gushing and impressive and added to the overall experience. All of our meals were hits!
Exceptional service and the resort was amazing. We will be back!
BROUGHT OHIO RELATIVES TO EXPERIENCE THE SALISH LODGE AND SEE THE FALLS. OUTSTANDING FOOD AND SERVICE. AND,THE FALLS WERE SPECTACULAR GIVEN THE HEARY RAINFALL THAT DAY.
OVERALL A WONDERFUL OUTING.
The food was excellent, creatively presented. Our server was terrific. We found the fact that the restaurant serves farmed salmon obscene, not only because of the availability of wild salmon, but also because Washington State has outlawed farm salmon because such salmon endangers wild salmon stock. That the served salmon is from British Columbia is irrelevant.
This is a fantastic places that I highly recommend visiting. The view is breathe-taking and it really is one of the better restaurants in all of Washington.
A wonderful experience. Good food, excellent attentive service, amazing ambiance!
We have lived near Snoqualmie for a couple years and just haven’t gotten around to trying the lodge. When we found out it was part of Seattle restaurant week we decided to go. The food was just okay. Everything needed seasoning and was small. It kinda of tasted like buffet food from a nice hotel. It was not anywhere worth the price. We spent 145$ for two people. I will say the service and atmosphere was quite nice!
We dined as a family with our teenage vegan daughter. Everything was delicious and the kitchen was very accommodating with “veganizing” my daughters meal. Our waiter told us that the Salish takes substitutions seriously weather it’s vegan, gluten free, etc.
We enjoyed having wonderful dinner there. However we didn't enjoy a couple who sat behind us FaceTiming and speaking loud in their language.
We went here for my 60th birthday. It was a wonderful dinner with great service. I had the 8 oz. filet mignon and it was cooked to perfection (medium). We had the Beecher cheese and grits side dish. This dish was phenomenal! It was very creamy and had chunks of the cheese in it as well as grilled corn on top. You wouldn't know it was grits; it was just super creamy and delish. The restaurant and hotel is perched next to Snoqualmie Falls. You can only see the falls if you are at a window seat, but the view of the fir trees is also beautiful. If you liked the Twin Peaks series, this is where it was filmed and the gift shop has items with this theme, among other things.
The service was excellent, portions large, and the atmosphere intimate. Enjoyed the experience very much!
Both of our dinner orders were prepared to perfection.
It was one of our best dinner experiences so far this year.
From the start our experience at Salish Lodge was wonderful! We were early but were greeted warmly and almost immediately. We had a small room to ourselves, the waitress was excellent, the view beautiful and the food delicious! We enjoyed our experience immensely and it helped that the weather was lovely!
This is a great place to bring friends from out of town for a flavor of the PNW
My parents were visiting from Dallas and I wanted to take them somewhere special. As this was during Seattle Restaurant week, the value was very good ($33 for a 3 course dinner), so I made reservations a week before the date, specifically requesting a window table with view. That was not specific enough, however, as we were seated in the back with no view of the falls at all. The food was mediocre and the service was poor. We had long waits between courses, with no check up to ensure our meal was to our liking My mother's steak was too undercooked for her to eat it all, but by the time we saw our server again, my dad and I were through, so she just didn't eat it. The walk out to the falls was lovely as always.
Went for Seattle restaurant week last minute because it’s convenient to our home. Was such a great dinner and we saw the sunset from our seats over the falls. Really a special place
My wife and I were celebrating our 18th anniversary. The staff did a number of things to make the event special, including decorating our table with rose petals, providing a complimentary apple cider toast (we don't drink alcohol) and truffles at the end of the meal.
The food was delicious and the view was fantastic. You won't regret choosing to dine at this place.
Extraordinary dining experience! Started out by enjoying special flavors of mimosas while listening to the soothing waterfall sounds adorned with double rainbows! Main course and honey from heaven mirroring the falling water was an amazing treat! Pastries were served warm and delicious with soft butter and jelly. Best biscuits we ever had! Staff was warm & welcoming. They helped us plan our outing by telling about local attractions. Picture perfect breakfast experience!
I have lived in Issaquah for nine years (20 minutes away) and I and my lady fell in love with the place. The view was spectacular, the food phenomenal and the service was top notch. We will be back.
Went for Easter dinner, and had a nice window seat and great service from Eric!
It is pricey, but worth it for a special occasion. Doing dinner avoided the large brunch crow as well!
Easter brunch
Easter brunch.
Celebrating #49 anni. Not inexpensive, but wonderful for the occasional feast, delightful. As requested, sat in front of the fire. Have been dining here since before the Salish Lodge!
Very pleasant, relaxing and comfortable setting. Service was excellent. Best Bloody Mary EVER!
Beautiful view. Excellent food and service.
Favorite place to eat.
Fish and chips were soggy in the middle/ bacon sandwich just average. The crab eggs benedict was wonderful. Wait person was great.
Wonderful service! Great scenery. The food was so good. The set the table with Rose Buds for our anniversary.
My daughter and I ate here for breakfast on a recommendation from a friend. The food was delicious and our waitress was wonderful. The complimentary valet parking was great and everyone was friendly and helpful.
A great place to take my daughter for her birthday! We appreciated all the gluten free options. It was splendid!
Wonderful loved it
Wonderful staff, food, and environment. One of our favorite places in the world.
Brunch was delicious and service was exceptional!
Didn’t feel special this time, menu is so limited, you can either get an obscene breakfast or just some limited items. Meh.
It was fantastic
Excellent service. Quiet, private "room." Not rushed.
It was our honeymoon...they are fantastic here! Thank you for all the memories! We will be back & also tell others of the great experience here.
Sincerely,
The Eric & Yarrow Ellison
We have dined upstairs and really enjoyed the food, ambiance and service. Decided to take some close friends who are “foodies” and also wine experts. Have to say the food was disappointing for us and also our guests who picked up the check :( If the food is this pricey it better not disappoint but unfortunately it did! Off night? Perhaps....
