Went for a romantic breakfast. They seated us in a private spot with a gorgeous 180 degree view. Great coffee served with many extras including vanilla whipped cream. Next came biscuits with honey farmed at the facility. The food was beautifully served and delicious. Truly a memorable experience with well educated and attentive staff. 5 star experience. Highly recommend for a romantic breakfast. When you are through hike to the lower fall for breathtaking views and to work off the amazing food.

Everything was flavorful and delicious - especially the use of salmon bacon. The only detraction was the dryness of both orders of halibut. Our server offered to have the dish replaced, but it was delicious and we just wanted to eat dinner, so we kept it. He reduced the price by 20% instead.
Our daughters treated us to an overnight stay at the Salish Lodge for our birthdays. We had dinner and breakfast in the Dining Room. Both our servers, Amanda and Miranda, were exceptional. Gracious and welcoming, they both made us feel special and well cared for. The duck liver pate was exquisite. I would’ve licked the pot clean if it wasn’t poor manners. The honey and biscuits were scrumptious. Well done.
Our server was phenomenal in every aspect. Knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, with resounding warmth. My only concern was that my $50 steak was overdone and not cooked to my request. Filet Minon should not be difficult to chew. I did not bring it to the attention of our server, as a delay in my steak would have interfered with my partner's dinner. Had I sent my steak back, she would have waited to eat hers. I could not allow the love of my life to eat a cold dinner on my behalf. Not on our anniversary.
The staff at Salish always make you feel special and make the experience unforgettable. We had out of town friends and we had requested a table with a view, and was not available. Nonetheless, they took us to a balcony for pur friends to have the perfect picture op.
About the food....Amazing as always!!
$24 for eggs benedict with seasonal vegetables smothered in so much hollandaise that the english muffins were so soggy they turned to mush. It's late November, and the "seasonal vegetables" served on the benedict were roma tomatoes and hot spinach (stating the obvious here, but not only were they prepared in a very unappetizing way, those vegetables are NOT seasonal). The passion fruit mimosa was so sweet I had to turn it back. I had to ask for the wine list twice before the server brought it.
We had a reservation for 10:45am and when we arrived early at 9:45am, they were able to seat us. We were seated in our own little alcove with a great view of the falls. The bloody mary was on point with spice and taste! The food (brunch) was amazing! For a Friday before the start of a major holiday (Thanksgiving), it was not very full at all. I've been twice before because their brunch is so good; this visit was my husband's first time and he loved it as much as I always do!
No rose petals on our table for our anniversary. Our table was next to the window but we could not see the falls. It was so cold we had to keep on our coats which made it uncomfortable trying to eat.
Very over priced.
The wedding party was loud and distracting.
Our most recent experience having brunch at the Salish was not as good as in years' past. We always bring guests to this spot, but this time the entire experience left something to be desired. We were seated in a weird spot at the back of the restaurant near their event space. The server was nice but she had trouble keeping track of our order. The food was OK, but some of our special requests did not get handled. I just found it to be nowhere near as good as it has been (especially considering the price is not for the faint of heart- which is fine if you're getting 5 star quality, but not so much when you're having an off experience).
Prices were high, which we expected, but the $5-6 charge for splitting a sandwich was unexpected and something we would have avoided if they'd mentioned it. (It's a sandwich. Presumably it comes cut in half regardless...)
Hidden charges aside, the drinks were great and food delicious.
We requested a view of the falls, got a table by the window, but couldn't see the falls. Toward the end of our meal, they ushered us out of our table (to make room for another party) and we saw that some tables do actually have a view.
Particularly impressed that Bennworked to accommodate appropriate room requested by us! ALSO our waitress recognized that eggs Benedict was not cooked as ordered and corrected it- have never had a waitperson acknowledge this on their own! Our group member was just going to eat it instead of bring it up.
We had brunch. The food was excellent and love the dining room. Fun to be up at the falls for the fall leaves. Service was great. They even do the "Honey from Heaven" thing from WAY BACK where they pour honey on your scones from very high.
Just wish it wasn't so expensive. Four of us spent $175 for a pretty basic brunch.
Great view and meal. Limited luncheon items because they only serve either brunch or dinner. But there were a few lunch items to choose. Wonderful view of the fall trees. Best to make a reservation to have a window seat, and even better to go during the week, if possible.
