Excellent service. Quiet, private "room." Not rushed.
It was our honeymoon...they are fantastic here! Thank you for all the memories! We will be back & also tell others of the great experience here.
The Eric & Yarrow Ellison
We have dined upstairs and really enjoyed the food, ambiance and service. Decided to take some close friends who are “foodies” and also wine experts. Have to say the food was disappointing for us and also our guests who picked up the check :( If the food is this pricey it better not disappoint but unfortunately it did! Off night? Perhaps....
We enjoyed excellent food and a spectacular view at the Dining Room at Salish Lodge, Snoqualmie Falls, WA. Everything was good, but we especially like the spot prawn soup and duck breast with huckleberry sauce. Service was excellent as well. Expensive, but good for a special occasion.
The food was reasonably good, although very expensive. However, the view is worth every penny.
This is a wonderful Sunday brunch spot for a special occasion or to bring an out of town visitor.
The service is excellent. Unfortunately, our seat did not have a view but after brunch we took a nice stroll over to the falls. The food is very good but I think its still a star away from being outstanding. Prices are not cheap so if you are on a budget, this is not the place for you. Go with your Dad, so he can pick up the bill, like my kids do. Smart little varmints.
Great experience. All food was delicious! Great service!
We had a great time celebrating a pre-cancer treatment brunch with friends. We were all ordered the country brunch and by the time we got to the main course, we were full and only had a couple bites and had them put in a "to-go" box. We were both very disappointed that our "to-go" boxes were handed to the wrong persons and we both got home to find it wasn't our meal. Very disappointed to spend that amount of money to not have our own meal.
Was very surprised at the quality of our lunch. Tomato bisque was very under-seasoned. Whose idea was it to serve a Cobb salad with a sweet honey vinaigrette? None of our dishes were anything to "write home about."
Wait staff and valets exceptional. View is also outstanding.
Thank you Dining Room at Salish Lodge for a wonderful brunch with our family visiting from out of state. The food was great and my in-laws were very impressed. So glad we visited here with them so they could enjoy some of the best of the PNW - food and views. Thank you!
Excellent ambiance, service and food! Spectacular view of the water falls!
The dining room staff quickly prepare a deleicious BLT just before my Fiancé went to Dirtfish. We truly appreciated the last minute accommodation.
Our first time dining here and it was a time to remember!
Paul and Marie (March 9-11, 2018)
Private dining room with very attentive service!
Great food! Black cod was out of this world! Our server Michael was great!
My daughters food was brought to the table cold, she asked for it to be reheated. The server and chef were very accommodating. They re-made the dish and comped the meal (did not ask or expect this!) I would defiantly recommmend and come back for exceptional service and food we received.
The Salish Lodge is always a treat. Wonderful ambience, delicious food, and excellent service.
I had a salmon dish. Not much flavor
Husband had a steak it jad quit a bit of fat on it.
Beautiful setting, amazing food, great service. We went for a romantic brunch and it far exceeded our expectations ! Portions were too large but they were happy to box it up for us and made the pricing a good value. So delicious -- we'll be back!
Firstly, upon being seated, we were told that hotel guests get a complimentary glass of champagne, so we took them up on it, and when it came I was told it was a sparkling wine from California - which is obviously not champagne. The waiter should know not to false advertise to customers. Secondly, the food in general was very expensive and was very dissapointing.
The dining room was very nice, the service was excellent, and the food was good, but not exceptional, and cooked appropriately. For the cost of the plates however, I was expecting something a little more. Was a little disappointed with the whole meal considering the price.
We recently had a much better meal at Anthony's in Kirkland for half the price and better food with a view of the lake.
For this restaurant the bread was great. The fireplace was likely great for the people who were near it . The view was probably great for the people near the windows. We had neither and had only to rely on the disappointing food.
The duck was tough. The fish was somehow undercooked, slimy, and burnt on one side - an amazingly physics accomplishment but not a great combination for eating.
At first it started off poorly with a family with three small and not well behaved children next to us. Our waitress, Amanda, came to the rescue! She quickly recognized the situation and kindly asked if we wanted a great table in front of a wonderful fire place. It made all the difference in the world. Great food, great service!
The only reason we left a tip our waitress was awesome, Our food was bad. Upset our stomachs BAD!!!
We had the most amazing brunch at Salish last week. On a whim, I booked a brunch for a stopover from Seattle to Central Washington. It couldn't have been better! We had the mammoth breakfast that gave our guests (and us) all of the treats that Salish is famous for in the Pacific NW.
We had the oatmeal, the pancakes, the biscuits with their local honey. And also a huge egg/breakfast meat/potato third (fourth?) course. Each and every item was absolutely wonderful. Our service was phenomenal!
It was so very special and memorable. THANK you to Salish Lodge!
We had planned a special Valentine's day brunch date at Salish Lodge. We ordered the country breakfast. The food was really good, just too much. Our waitress didn't really check on us in between courses, and we had to specially request the 'honey from heaven' service, even though it was listed as part of the experience. The view was wonderful.
We came for a special Valentine’s breakfast. Can we all agree that breakfast is the best meal of the day? We had to bring our infant son along. We requested a table by the window on our reservation. They seated us in a private room overlooking the falls!! Talk about amazing! Our server Kyle was awesome! He was so friendly, prompt, & knowledgeable. We had an absolutely fantastic morning!
We enjoyed our early Valentine's day celebration and the quiet atmosphere and view were fantastic.
it was our 5th anniversary, is was sunny outside and my wife and I were seated at our requested table near the window promptly. We enjoyed the experience of great service by Melissa B., wonderful coffee and food with some take home dessert.
This was my first time dining at Salish Lodge. I took my husband for an early Valentine's brunch and we had a wonderful experience. Although the prices are a bit steep it was well worth the overall experience and outstanding service we received. We enjoyed our food as well. The pancakes are big portions and delicious.
Great food d and service and the falls are spectacular
An absolutely beautiful setting, particularly on a sunny day and with a window seat. Which we had. Breakfast was delicious and the service was attentive and professional. This is definitely a Northwest treasure.
Wonderful view of the falls! Staff was fantastic. A great experience all around.
They lost power and had to shutdown the kitchen before our entrees served. Will need to return
We went there to celebrate my grandson's 12th birthday, just him and me. I surprised him with the view of the waterfall, which received a grand reaction and high praise as we watched it from our seats in the restaurant. My daughter who could be a professional chef has raised my grandson to be a foodie and he is not that easy to please when we go out. He gave high praise for the food here. The food was excellent and very creative with the honey fall tradition dating back to 1916 or so...our waiter was great and while he was very busy, we never felt neglected. The coffee service was such a surprise ( I won't ruin the surprise) and I would go there just for coffee knowing what I know now and having experienced this amazing service. My goal was to make this Sunday brunch an experience for my grandson and after walking out to the Falls and taking a bunch of pictures and reading about the history and all, he agreed that it truly was a wonderful experience. We left with very full and satisfied tummies.
Everything was excellent, except the price. Way, way overpriced. I will caution people about dining there because of the absurb price‼️ I may never go back again for dinner.
With the breath taking view available from almost every table this restaurant could very easily ‘mail it in’ when it comes to quality and service and still have a waiting list because of its location.
The great news is, they don’t. The device is always outstanding, the food is delicious and every one is super friendly all the way out to the valet service in front of the restaurant.
Normally you can pick out one part of a restaurant experience that stood above the rest but at this restaurant every thing stood out. It is as close to perfect as you can get.
Do yourself a huge favor and go......
The Salish Lodge is a great place to go to have fantastic food and a very warm ambiance. With a fire crackling in the background and a view of the Snoqualmie Falls, it helps take you away from the noise and lights of the city to relax in the woods. Will be going there again.
An amazing lunch! Crab Ceasar Salad was delicious, better than Pikes Market...
The food was as expected, very good. The staff made every effort to accommodate special dietary needs and just general requests. Overall wonderful food and service.
For the most part the food is good but GROSSLY OVERPRICED!
The slab of ham they serve is awful and tastes cheap. The potatoes were under cooked as usual. Eggs-nothing special.
The good news? Decent pancakes, pastries and oatmeal.
The service is always painfully slow and you have to request: ketchup, tobasco and any other breakfast staple which should come to the table at some point without asking for $30 a plate!
The food is ALWAYS delivered cold. You have to beg for a cup of coffee or juice.
The staff isn’t overly friendly or helpful.
Dining room is always too cold.
If you’re going to brag about your honey from heaven, don’t make us wait 15 minutes to receive it on our ice cold buttermilk biscuits.
The valets were excellent and fast.
The mimosas were good.
