We decided to spend our honeymoon at Salish. The food and service was amazing. We were even given a private room for dinner to enjoy each other and the view.

We got married on the 19th and were having a mini-honeymoon at the lodge. For dinner we did the 5 course meal with wine pairings. It was simply amazing food and the service was impeccable (thank you Amanda!). Definitely a wonderful and delicious experience!

Excellent meal, very tasteful options, cooked to perfection. Friendly and prompt service. Service towards the end was a little slow but then again, the restaurant was full at the time of our dinner.

We highly recommend this restaurant for special occasions. Not the place to visit on a limited checkbook but well worth the cost.

The least score for value because I would love more loaded crab meat on my dishes. Very warm and welcoming environment with very knowledgeable employees on their dishes. Best moment was the sweet honey from Heaven service.

The service and food at The Dining Room were really great. Although very pricy, the food is extremely tasty and amazingly prepared. Definitely recommend The Dining Room for those special occasions.

Food was delicious and the service was excellent. View was great.....from what we could see past the many of sticky fingerprints all over the windows. It just left me with an overall impression that cleanliness is not a priority which slightly spoiled our overall experience.

Our Sunday lunch was great. Service was nice and great with 'Sandy' as our server. Had a real nice window seat view of Snoq. Falls (thank you to hostesses for honoring our written request for that) . Food was awesome... fresh honey, jam and biscuits to start, pesto omelette with yukon gold potatoes. Great place. Enjoyed. Parking lot (free) across street & foot bridge very appreciated and convenient (they also have paid valet service of course). Enjoy when you go.

This was my third visit over a 40-year span and my least favorite as far as the dining experience goes. There is so much food with the country breakfast, but in the past it was served so slowly I was able to enjoy each course. This time I felt rushed and was shocked when the dishes were served before we had finished the previous course. I finally asked the waiter to hold the final course, but by then I was so full that I was not able to enjoy the rest of the meal. This meal really takes three hours to truly enjoy. I didn't come to pig out - I came to enjoy a long, leisurely, lovely meal with a loved-one.

Very nice New Year's Eve dinner at Salish. Food was exceptional, the atmosphere was quite nice, they do a nice job of spacing people and tables and timing of arrivals, etc. Only knick was that the service was really slow, ordered a drink before the appetizer arrived and it got there after we finished dinner itself.

I love this place. I will say that this wasn't their best when it comes to the steak I had. I was undercooked. BUT.. everything else about the Salish Lodge clearly compensated for this. IT was New Year's Eve and we had an absolutely incredible time. I will return, there is no doubt in my mind.

We were staying at the Lodge and had dinner in the Dining Room- we ordered a few dishes and appetizers and they were all amazing. The service was also incredible, Chris took great care of us and I love the special touch of champagne before dinner if you’re guests of the lodge. We will definitely be returning.

My wife and I have been celebrating wedding anniversaries at The Dining Room for the past 5 years. The dining experience is always great. The food is gourmet dining at its best. This year we chose the seasonal 5 course meal with wine paring. The meal was well portioned and paced. While this menu selection may not have been the most cost-effective, it did introduce us to some menu choices which may have been outside "our comfort zone" with some great wines. Everything was delicious, and the service was top-notch. This meal was "a night out", but it was worth the time and cost for a memorable 5th wedding anniversary. Hint: When making reservations, ask for "cozy venue for celebrating (Your Event)"; they do listen and accommodate these requests.

The Salish never disappoints us. We were able to take our family for Holiday brunch in the dining room and celebrate our anniversary at the same time. The food, service and ambiance is excellent for special family time!! Everything about the experience is spot on!

Thank you!

Terrific breakfast memory! It started with delightful coffee served with a tray of melting chocolate and coddled cream. Yum! Very creative and diverse menu, and our choices were delicious. Lovely biscuits, served with honey from the lodge’s pet bees, and presented by our attentive server, stimulated our taste buds as we enjoyed waiting for our main course. Treat yourself to a meal and memory at the Salish Lodge!

There was a built in 3% tip for other than waiters, which would be fine if they would have told us. Nobody likes surprises especially when it’s money they charge you and you get no warning and you have no choice. I felt that the atmosphere was stuffy. The wine prices were WAY too high.

Outstanding service and meals. My wife and I are lactose intolerant and the Chef gave us a great meal that gave us all the flavor and no dairy. Ambiance is great and very low sound level, so nice to actually be able to talk and hear your dinner partner. Great Christmas decorations!
