    We went in a Sunday and thought it would be more of a brunch experience but it was more lunch. I had the arugula salad with chicken. The chicken was very dry but other then that the salad was fine. My friend also got a salad with steak and she asked for medium rare and it was medium with no pink. We split the Brussel sprouts and they tasted good but we both had an upset stomach from them. They were too greasy salty and too much bacon and sauce. We also moth ordered mimosas which were ok, we were the only two people in the restaurant and the service was fair. The ambiance and decor is very nice. It maybe a nice place to go for a drink or maybe dinner.

    Service was slow and not good. Bartender didn’t know how to make a martini. Food was very bad. Meatball appetizer came out cold. Chicken wings had no flavor. Menu online isn’t the menu offered, when we asked for the full menu , we were told that chef didn’t feel like preparing full menu. $450 could of been spent somewhere else for a good meal

    The food & service were outstanding. Our drinks were never low as Connor was a fantastic server. The chicken parm and steak entree’s were delicious. The portions were gracious. We left happy and full.

    Service was terrible. We were served 1 drink the entire dinner after waiting for 30 minutes for it at the table and the place wasn’t even full or remotely busy. the waitress kept apologizing “for the chaos”, which was non-existent. The food was absolutely horrendous. The margarita pizza tasted like a lunchable and we found a burnt bug in it. I got the “gnocchi” which was some weird, fried bread (wet on the inside) looking concoction on a bed of sautéed onions with burnt mushrooms drizzled with some kind of pesto sauce. My fiancé got a chicken sandwich which wasn’t supposed to be fried but was somehow. In the end it took an additional 30 minutes to get the check because they “deleted it”. Also some band came midway through the dinner and they were banging on the drums so loudly we could barely hear ourselves think, and we were in the dining room nowhere near their bar area. $60 down the drain. Overall, I wouldn’t invite my worst enemy to this restaurant.

    Delicious dinner for my wife and I prior to a show at the PPL Center. Our meals were perfectly cooked and delicious. Service was spot on and we would definitely return to try some other items on the menu.

    One positive: Eric the bartender is wonderful - very attentive to his customers. Unfortunately there appeared to be NO management on site that evening. The kitchen was ridiculously slow, and the restaurant had very few customers. The poor food service was unexplainable. Also no one attending the hostess desk. It's a poor reflection on the hotel for sure.

    The Dime was practically empty for a Saturday dinner. Out of many items. Sweet, but not very knowledgeable waitstaff. Dinner itself was fine, dessert they only offered (what appeared to be store bought). Will not stay again.

    While our server was extremely nice and willing to please they had no bartender and this poor woman made our drinks and served us. The menu was not exciting for what I have had before at the Dime, disappointing and things we wanted they did not have although it was on the menu. We went to celebrate college graduation and expected a bit more. I will not go back.

    FYI-The restaurant is in the hotel. I really like the decor, very modern rutic. We were seated at the window overlooking the street/city. It was a really beautiful view. They have a special seasonal drink menu to choose from. The appetizers we chose were the calamari and the sourdough crostini. Both of them were very good! I had the Lamb Chops and my husband had the Braised Short Ribs, we were both very happy with our meals. It was a little pricey. However, it was well worth it in my opinion for the quality of food and service.

    The cocktails to start were good and unusual. Tried the short ribs, seafood risotto and filet mignon. Lots of seafood in the risotto. Large servings of short ribs perfectly cooked but could have use a little more sauce. They were out of bernaise for the filet and the basalmic alternative was ok. The calamari appetizer was typical. The salad with blue cheese, walnuts and candied apples was excellent and was so large the 4 of us shared it on small appetizer plates. Overall a pleasant experience.

    Went here for a special occasion and asked for a special request and it was answered so they do look at your reservation! Very pleased and happy with the food and service definitely worth the price. Great portion size for the price as well!!

    The food was terrific. The service was at least a beat behind — it was quiet when I arrived but they may have been regrouping from a rush. Worth a second chance for food and ambiance alone.

    COLD Breakfast buffet for 22$ and to get anything real you had to pay additional money. Didn’t know it was only buffet until we sat down. Was sat at an extremely dirty table, was given a dirty coffee cup, and it was impossible to get refills.

    The Dime advertises a Sunday Brunch, even includes a wonderful brunch menu. However, brunch was discontinued over 6 months ago and they have not revised their website. We were limited to appetizers, pizza, salad and burgers. Very disappointed. I have eaten dinner their in the past and it was decent. Clearly it's not what it was. The place was empty.

    I made this reservation based on their website menu for brunch hours. We were about to leave for the reservation and Google maps told us the restaurant was closed, so we called and they said they do not serve brunch. It is terrible form to allow bookings of reservations when the restaurant is closed and we had to scramble to make other plans. Incredibly disappointed.

    Restaurant was not fully booked, many empty tables. Entire meal choice needed to be ordered all at once. calamari Appetizer came out undercooked, while appetizer was still on table, main meal was served. Their suggestion was to take away main meal and put under heat lamp, until we finished our appetizer, at which time we told them it was undercooked. waitress unsympathetic, manager completely unsympathetic. Not one suggestion from MGMT to make experience better. Never never to return, never never to recommend . Table nearby, child crawling on floor playing with toys Awful experience, from a restaurant that apparently pretends to offer a fine dining experience.

    Service was spotty even though there were only three tables filled. The food was generally over salted. My short rib was overdone. The seafood dish was overruled with rice. Probably will only go back for drinks in the future.

    Nowhere on the restaurant website or on open table did it specify it was a preset menu at $85 per person. When we questioned the server, her response was most customers that night didn’t know either and we could leave if we wanted to. We chose to stay because it was New Year’s Eve, it took us over 30 minutes to find parking, it was pouring out and everything else in close proximity was booked. The menu choices were a little too unconventional as well but we decided to make the best of it. The second course was bone marrow ravioli which would have been good had it not been for the actual bone fragments inside. Unfortunately when my husband bit into it, he chipped his front tooth! The manager promptly brought him another one which had even more bone fragments in it than the first. He apologized and said they would be taking the item off the menu for the remainder of the night and that was that. The server offered my husband a free drink as an apology but he declined. Paying a $350 bill for mediocre food with bones in it and chipping ones front tooth is not the sort of experience we were hoping to have and needless to say we will not be back. Extremely disappointed!

    The service was exceptional. We were there for our daughter’s graduation. Our meals were excellent. Unfortunately, the kitchen was as prepared and they only had one dessert option. The manager took it upon himself to comp our desserts to make up for our requests being denied. This was amazing and out of the ordinary lately. It was much appreciated.

    We were never even seated! The worst service. Reservation was for 10:30. When we got there a very rude hostess said she tried to call me (no message left) that breakfast ends at 10:30 and lunch doesn’t start until 11. We figured no big deal, thinking that we’d at least be sat at a table with some water or coffee or drinks and we could relax and look at a menu until the kitchen was ready. WRONG - we were left to STAND at the front without another word for over half an hour. Not even a glance from the hostess. When she finally did acknowledge us again it was without even looking at us to raise her finger in the air and say she’s be with us shortly. That was the final straw. We left. I’ll never return and will advise everyone not to go there!
