Great service. 2 friends had large beautiful salads, I had the crab melt sandwich on wonderful French rolls.
Was friend’s birthday so they brought a dessert to share along w/a lighted candelabra, very fun. A gorgeous clear day.

7 of us there for bday celebration, problem was rowdy group next to us, we could not hear each other, manager unable to keep them quiet, ruined our dinner and no compensation or apology from restaurant, may not go back to our favorite place to go.

Seafood was excellent, prime rib not so good, served cold, cooked another but still a poor cut of meat served. Service was good though. I think I just got a poor cut, when I was leaving saw another prime rib served to another customer that looked great, think I just got unlucky that day.

Even with a reservation, they had to squeeze us in. We ended up at two tables pushed together and the fifth chair added where the two tables came together. Very uncomfortable and in an area that I am sure should have used for storage. Another issue with this immensely popular, but overcrowded restaurant is parking. OMG, it was a circus. There were two security vehicles circulating, but we were never sure what their function was to be.

I noted that the food was good, but seriously overpriced. A single glass of wine was $12.00

The tab for our party was $273., and that included one diner having pasta and another having a Louis salad (crab was $12.99 extra), and an ordinary desert at $9.99.

Server was inattentive. We had to ask other wait staff a few times to bring us napkins and to clear our plates.

The fresh pasta with beef and pork sugo was delicious. The Killer Crab was also tasty, but overpriced at $80 for two crabs.
I had a reservation for two and they stuck me in a corner near the kitchen when I had specifically requested them not to.

The food was okay but the selection for anyone who is gluten-free is limited. There are no substitute, e.g. rice instead of pasta or a gluten-free pasta, and no accommodating for anyone who wants to a gluten-free meal unless you order the entrees that are more expensive ($29 or more) and this is for lunch.

Every time my fiance and I eat here, we have a great time. The service is impeccable and the food is unforgettable. We came here after we'd been dating for 6 months and now 3 years later, we celebrate our engagement. Love this restaurant.

Good food with amazing views of the bridge. Pretty rushed experience. They get you in and out quickly. You can hear the cash registers singing at this place.

The online reservation was quick and we get there a little early but as soon we walked in they took us to our table and service was nice and promptly this is our 4th time and every time the service always the same thank you guys to do what you do take care of your clients

Came with my boyfriend who flew in from LA for a late Valentine’s Day dinner. We had the best experience great service, excellent food. We sat outside on the patio, and watched as the sun went down. We brought our own bottle of wine, and had the prime rib and a whole crab. Delicious. Would recommend to anyone. Great place.

It’s usually very good here, our favorite restaurant in the area, but this time everything was a miss! The pricey Halibut at $30 was dry. The Calamari steak that I’ve had before has shrunk in portion. And although it was early and not busy yet, the service was poor and had to ask twice for everything.

I went here on valentines day and i have gone here for the past 8 years on valentines day but on this particular visit they were rushing food out they cut my fillet in half so it would cook faster made it well done sent it back and got one well undercooked i always come for the fillet they use to have the bone in fillet on special nights like valentines day i felt rushed and it made it very unpleasant

I enjoyed my experience! Food was delicious! Place was packed but it was Valentine’s Day so it made sense. Sat outside, a little chilly but the heat lamps made everything better. I would definitely come again!!!!

Had reservations , took 15 minutes just to get up to the check in stand. Then another 30 minutes to be seated , & another 40 for the meal to come out. The waitress left us sitting at the table for 20 minutes before getting us water or greeting us.
Went around the same time last year & loved our experience.
Yes Way too pricey to be treated bad.

This has become our annual spot for Valentine's day. Even though we had a reservation, there was a long reservation line because we were told that the manager decided to overbook. It was definitely not a long wait, so it's worth It! Parking can get a little crazy, so you should show up maybe 20-30 mns early....dont freak out if you can't find parking right away. We really enjoyed being inside the restaurant the first time we went next to the window. We tried outside which was really nice because they have heaters above the tables. We ordered the whole crab with the shrimp. For an appetizer we ordered the crab cakes, and they are amazing!! The waiter was amazing too. He said he's been there for 9 yrs....he knows his stuff for sure ...he even served us last year. We recommend this place 100%
