The seasonal menu reflects the soul of our beloved mid-Atlantic: with every ingredient representing the history of the region we call home. We are limited in our ability to modify our tasting menu, specifically for severe allium, capsaicin, and dairy allergies as well as vegan and vegetarian diets. A 20% service charge is included in the final bill to ensure our entire staff earns a competitive wage. Gratuity is welcomed but not expected. Any cancellations made under 24 hours of the scheduled reservation time will be subject to the full cost of the 8-course experience.
