Had a reservation and was seated by the kitchen door. We were very unhappy since we had a reservation.
Great great server, quick delivery, friendly, just very good. Food was perfect, as requested, will return multiple times, thank you.
Great for our 30th anniversary celebration. Food delish!
good food, good price, great service
will eat there again next time in Venice Beach
As good as it always has been
Everything was great, except the view of the parking lot. Sure is a shame Crows Nest is not right on the water.
great location and food the service was prefect we will be back
We loved everything about The Crow's Nest. Wonderful food, beautiful view and our server was so sweet and attentive. We had the grouper and boulliabase. Both were deliciously prepared with very fresh seafood. We definitely will go back to this restaurant.
The atmosphere and service was excellent!
It was a perfect evening for our anniversary,
and will return someday.
Your restaurant really adds to the Florida experience.
Best clam chowder since Cape Cod. Crab cakes were good too, as was the service and the view.
Great for served by an awesome staff!
Wonderful experience at the Crows Nest! The staff was all friendly and we had a wonderful time between the food and ambiance.
Hostess, Carly the Server, Tyler the Bartender were all outstanding. I was given my requested table, the view is always gorgeous. We weren't rushed at all. Food was outstanding. Couldn't have asked for a better time with my party. Bravo!
Food was fantastic!
Great food and service. Great location on an active waterway.
This was our first venture inside a restaurant since 11 months ago so we were on covid alert. The restaurant could not have felt safer. Tables were distanced, staff was masked. We had a delightful and relaxing meal with great service and food.
We have been here many times before and it is always absolutely perfect. The food is fresh and delicious and tonight Carly's service was impeccable!!
We went to The Crows Nest for Valentine’s Day and what a nice treat. I had the sea scallops that were perfectly cooked as were my husband’s pork chops. The staff were all masked up and the tables were distanced well apart. Nice view! Definitely will be a place we’ll return to again.
There are many reasons why Crow’s Nest has been Venice’s premier “nice” restaurant for decades running! My husband and I enjoyed our annual Valentine’s meal there ... delicious food (the Gunther sauce ... wow!) and an incomparable view! Service is always attentive. It is a must-do if you are in the little slice of paradise that is Venice!
Valentine’s date... Absolutely gorgeous setting.. right on the jetty. Seated promptly at a table overlooking the water. The food was outstanding. My wife had the Chilean sea bass I had the osso bucco. We also had the margherita flatbread. Food was served hot and the presentation was beautiful. Our server, Christina, was friendly and helpful but at times seemed overwhelmed. Overall a very nice Valentine’s Day lunch.
Had an excellent meal totally enjoyed the night sat outside upstairs and enjoyed the veiw
Our server was very professional and friendly. However, the service was slow as it seems despite the fact that it was the Saturday prior to Valentine's Day this came as a surprise to whoever was in charge of planning and scheduling kitchen staff. We were given a dessert at no charge to compensate.
The food seemed to be somewhat on the salty side, maybe back off a little with the salt content of the sauce on the scallops.
Not our best visit. Usually better.
Everything was perfect with one exception. The host in upstairs dinning, a young man. When he went to seat us the table wasn't ready and he threw a loud obnoxious hissy fit. Thank Goodness the servers were so professional that it was seamless. I have been in the restaurant industry for 25 years a host should be as professional as the rest of the staff.
They are the front line. so I gave overall a 3 star because of him.
We had a nice lunch. I enjoyed the famous fish sandwich - it was huge and tasty. My wife enjoyed the crunchy sole tacos.
All employees were wearing masks & when customers were not @ their table they were instructed to wear mask. Service & food were excellent with our server answering questions & suggesting choices. My 3 friends and I were very pleased with our lunch!
Reception, service, food, recognition of occasion, value .... all excellent. Very, very happy with this experience.
My family saves The Crows Nest Restaurant for special occasions. The ambiance and service are always excellent. It's the Seafood Pot Pie that keeps us coming back We highly recommend it.
We've eaten here a number of times and have never had a bad meal. Same for our guests. Highly recommend it.
The food is just fabulous and the service wonderful. The only negative thing about this restaurant is the parking. But they do have a little shuttle that will take you from one parking area to the restaurant and Chuck is the driver. He's a delight!
Always enjoy eating here and watching the boats go by. Consistently good food and service.
Service was excellent and the food was very good.
Great service great food beautiful place the waiter was fantastic
Great view food and drinks
Great views and lunch
Delicious grouper bites and fish Sammy
We had not been back to Crow’s Nest since before Covid. They charge Gordon Ramsay prices so you would expect a great meal. Not so this time. The requested mid rare steak was well done not an ounce of pink. Something like a leather belt would describe the steak. The grouper was dry, overcooked and not hot when received. The mash potatoes were cold and cement like. I’ve given crows nest 5 stars before covid. Big decline since we’d been there last. Sad.
We visited with some old friends who were new to Venice. We enjoyed our lunch at The Crow’s Nest. The food was delicious and the service was excellent.
We loved lunch so much the first day of our vacation that we returned for dinner the next night.
We loved the seating upstairs overlooking the water. It was so peaceful and relaxing.
We had Grouper Cheeks for lunch. Yum!
For dinner we both had snapper...I had the mangrove snapper and my husband had the other one on the menu. Amazing.
Both servers were quite knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely will be back.
Real happy with our meal and our server was friendly and outstanding
Our favorite restaurant for special occasions and lunch. Always great food and service.
Beautiful harbor views, varied menu and good food!
