Great if you like sticky tables, poor service, and mediocre food with a distant view of the river. Clearly more of a bar scene than fine dining.
Took my mom to the Mother's Day Buffet Brunch and WOW! Fantastic food, great service and a great value for $30. Prime rib, shrimp, salmon, breakfast foods galore, and so much more! Will be going back again 100%!
Dinner with Mom
Whatever you do, don't get the rockfish tacos. WAY to salty. Almost uneatable.
Rose was amazing. Outstanding customer service. Very accommodating. Very crowded because it was 80` out that day.
Computers were down. A lot of chaos. Appetizers came out and time as entrees. Long wait yikes.
Food good but service was slow and inattentive
What a great Sunday Brunch!!!! The hours of 9am - 3pm are also very convenient.
The buffet was scrumptious with all types of breakfast and lunch foods. I always love Crazy Tuna's atmosphere as it is always busy with great people who want to relax and enjoy.
The Caribbean paint colors and décor add to the festive atmosphere.
One of the owners, Wayne, was busy greeting folks, delivering food and generally being social. We talked to him as we were leaving with our family and he was polite, gracious for our attendance....what more could you ask for!
WE LOVE THE TUNA!!!!! We take our children/grandchildren there frequently.
Easter buffet was out of this world. Courtney is a friendly and awesome server. Love the atmosphere! Can't wait to go back again (next week)!!!
Was looking for a different venue to enjoy brunch. The name caught my attention. Decided to give Crazy Tuna a try. A 30minute ride and 2nd visit later still interested in upcoming 3rd visit for Sunday Seafood Brunch. Great food drinks ambience and AWESOME STAFF.In the cove by the water. Outside view very inviting. When the weather permits, anticipating the opening of the Tiki bar outdoors.
Food was great and server was friendly. New chef and like what he doing so far.
Went for St. Patrick's day. Had a great time and food was good! Drinks took a little bit to get to us a few times.
Went to Sunday brunch! It was amazing!
Good Buffet. Would be better in warmer weather scenic view. Decent prices. Food variety.
Service and food was both very good
I did call earlier in the day and changed the reservation from 10 to 11 people and they forgot to make the change.
We had to squeeze in a chair .. it was tight but we made it work
Good food. Pleasant atmosphere. Our waitress Kyrsten was great.
Always love the Tuna! First time we went for Brunch and it was a little under whelming however, their everyday menu is always great!! We frequent often especially in the Summer time. You won't be disappointed!
Nice friendly place with good food.
Went for Restaurant Week. The only issue we had was that at the start of dinner they were already out of things on the menu. Might want to be better prepared.
Had a very nice lunch there in late Jan when weather was not great for outdoor dining but we were seated at a window and were able to get a glimpse of the waterfront. A large white tent was standing adjacent to the windows which blocked the view. We were told the tent is used for dining and is heated but not used for lunch. So we ordered crab ball appetizer, crab soup, side salad, rockfish tacos, and seafood club. All of these items were amazingly tasty and fresh, The favorite was the seafood club which had shrimp salad and crabcake in a club sandwich. Iced tea was served with a wedge of lemon and we enjoyed a very delightful seafood lunch. I recommend this establishment even more so in the warm spring , summer, and fall when the sandy waterfront adorned with tropical foliage and picnic umbrella table seating take your mind and senses far away from this latitude. There is even pit beef and live bands on weekends in the summer. Daily specials are also served along with bar specials. Very relaxing casual place in an out-of-the-way location of Hopkins Creek off of Middle River waterway.
Good food and great friendly service.
First time there every thing was great.the band was fantastic when that band comes back so will we
i specifically made a reservation stating that i was going for the Lighted Boat Parade and requested a table with a view. when i arrived there was a wait to even get into the front door--even if you had a reservation...basically i waited with other people who didn't have a reservation. i thought this seemed crazy, so to make sure i was "doing things correctly" i called the restaurant while in line and was told i had to wait. i decided to just cancel dinner plans after walking around and seeing that there in fact no tables with views to the parade...it would have been nice if someone had stated that. bad experience all around unless you are interested in a drunk bar scene.
First time there. In general, everything was fine. We really liked the band and the music they played. Food was really good. Your dance floor's really nice. We could actually move because the floor wasn't sticky. Our drinks were great tasting. Our server was nice but, at times, we couldn't find her for drink refills or the check.
Hope you bring the Straight Ahead Band back soon. They're fabulous!
Great spot for water front dining. Excellent service.
Food was decent, ambiance is lacking, there are three seperate areas to this restaurant, inside bar /restaurant, inside crab room and outside picnic table area. Outside was closed so we were seated in the crab room which is nothing fancy. Server was overwhelmed, had jeans & T-shirt- he looked like a patron not an employee. Drinks were disappointing- had a marguerita and orange crush- neither made with fresh ingredients! Receptionist is on the total opposite side from the entrance, parking is way up the road, just too many strikes!!
Our server was really cool and helpful! He convinced me to get the French fries and it was worth it! I love the outdoor area and the cute beachy feel! I will definitely be coming back!
I enjoyed the food and atmosphere. The last time I was there was wen it was called The Driftwood Inn. The shuttles back and forth to the parking lot were quick and the drivers friendly.
Soup, entree and beverages for two $35 bucks. Can’t beat that.
We thought the food was awesome, although a bit pricey on some items. Our waiter was good, but had forgotten a glass of water after being reminded several times, our bill was incorrect with something added that we did not order for; however, he gladly recomputed the bill and apologized for the error. Afterwards we went outside to enjoy the sunset and feed the ducks...very relaxing. There was a band with added to the ambiance of the evening. Definitely would go back again.
We made an OpenTable reservation which asked us to choose indoor or outdoor seating. We chose outdoor, but when we arrived they told us the outside seating is not available for reserving and there was a 45 min wait. We ended up just taking an inside table. They need to fix the system and specify that it's only for indoor seating. Otherwise, the food and atmosphere is good. Just would have been better had we been able to sit outside when we arrived.
My neighbor recommended this place, which I had never heard of. We went with 3 friends and sat outside in the "beach" area. There was a band playing but it was too loud, so we moved further away, where at least we could hear ourselves talk. We all agreed that the food was good (oysters, steamer platters, caprese salad and rockfish tacos). All I all, it was a fun evening.
Way too small and folks were crammed in close to each other for dinner. Good service though
Great little place with good food and priced well.
Awesome food, atmosphere, views and service. Great place to hangout.
Food was amazing, didn't really get to take advantage of the bottom-less mimosa deal even though we paid for them. Our server basically went elsewhere and left us sitting. We finally saw her and she was taking pics of another group. I finally had someone go over to her to get her attention.
We sat outside, had great drinks and great food. The owner of the establishment warned us to move inside prior to a storm which moved in quickly. I highly recommend this place for a fun evening out!
Originally sat our party at a table too small for our party despite having reservations for 6 with a special request for a standard height table. Friendly server. First pitcher of water for our table was replaced because of a ring of cola colored scum was around the top. 😕 Good atmosphere outside for dining. Parking was easy and we enjoyed the golf cart ride.
the food was great and our waiter, josh, was terrific
The waitress Katie I think was great and we went to the bar for drinks Cheryl was awesome
