The Corner Grille
The CORNER grille serves traditional American fare with a touch of Cajun influences. Weekend brunch menu is served Saturday and Sunday 9am-3pm.
I am so happy that the upstairs dining room is available. This will hopefully help cut down on wait times for walk-ins and open more slots for reservations. The seafood omelette is a favorite along with the chicken and waffles.
Great service from Mike. Elevated Culinary
absolutely the best find!! great atmosphere, wait staff as amazing.. food was the best. gumbo and sangria were perfect.
close to airport hotels. what a find!!
I enjoyed the brunch our server was Hyacinth she was very attentive, let us know the specials made suggestions, and she was very sweet. Kept our glasses full, the food was DELICIOUS!!! Our food was seasoned wonderfully we will definitely visit again.
Wonderful food and great service. Highly recommend you make reservations through OpenTable. There was a very long line and we walked right in. The experience was amazing!
Very popular restaurant with a cool vibe. Our waitress was very professional and kind. Food was good but not outstanding. Good variety of beer and wine but not huge list of mixed drink options. Small dining room so did get a bit noisy. Bright decor and lots of light.
Corner Grille was absolutely AMAZING! Miles was our server and he was excellent, will def be back!
We were staying at a hotel near the airport and looking for a nice place nearby. We found The Corner Grille on Open Table and decided to check it out. Thank you, Open Table, This was a fantastic find. Excellent food, outstanding service, lovely ambience.
Found the Corner Grille several years ago on a trip to see friends. Now, each time we fly into or out of Atlanta Hartsfield we plan a meal at the Corner Grille. Chef/Owner is a Hoosier by way of New Orleans and he brings all his upbringing to his twist on comfort food.
I mean...yes. Fried green tomatoes..get it. Lightly sweetened ice tea (perfect by the way) ...super good. Really like our server, she was seriously great. The space is super groovy as well. I really liked the small feel in open space.
They don’t have hard liquor here but it was fine for our outing.
Amazing food! Great vibes, the staff was very friendly and open. Great atmosphere. 5 stars all around
Great atmosphere, food and value. This is a great spot.
very nice cozy atmosphere. Food is well seasoned, for some maybe "too seasoned" but overall I would definitely go back!
I took my brother there for brunch. He had the shrimp and grits and ate every last morsel. I had the spinach omelet with potatoes. I give it a 3.5 because the sauteed spinach was not seasoned the potatoes could have been seasoned better as well. I will go back again but try a other dish.
I had dinner with friends in Friday evening and the food and service were excellent. It’s a hidden jewel across from college park Marta station. Also excellent drinks and wine selection. I look forward to returning. The shrimp and grits were excellent
We had a great meal not far from ATL. The service was great and the food was even better. Truly tasted like we were in New Orleans.
My date pleasantly surprised with my choice of restaurants. I really liked the remodel. Looking forward to my next visit and calling them this week to book the Private dinning room for my family's Christmas dinner.
The hospitality of the staff was great. The restaurant was clean, professional, kid friendly, and not too congested while we were there. They do tend to get busy very quickly, so it’s best to go early, especially on weekends. Waiting for our food seemed to take the longest. Then, waiting to checkout took just as long. However, the food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Not a bad experience.
Service was excellent. Need more non-alcoholic beverage options. Tea had a weird taste.
Starters were not very good, too much breading and lacked seasoning. Entrees were very good.
Found this place thru google maps and it was GREAT!
Went for a business meeting/ dinner and it was pouring down raining. Because of the great service and atmosphere we were there almost 3 hours and didn’t even know it. Hyacinth our waitress was awesome. She made great wine recommendations that we liked individually and that paired well with the meal. The calamari was delicious as well as the salmon. We weren’t going to get dessert but Hyacinth recommended the Corner Square.... OMG!!!! I almost hurt myself! It was so good!!! Everything was outstanding...Definitely will be back for a date with the hubby and maybe sit upstairs:-)
I was part of a group of nine who was looking for a reasonable priced lunch. To the person, we were impressed with The Corner Grille!!! Outstanding food and service. We enjoyed it so much that we ordered carryout on the 2nd day of our business meeting.
Consistently good meals in the neighborhood.
the food cooking took a lot of time, the server was friendly, the ambiance was good, the quality of the food was good for my pork chop, and below average for the catfish/shrimp plate. Fries were not good.
Great food! Service has definitely gotten better. Like the remodel. It is nice there is more seating! Make sure you save room for the Corner Square dessert!!
Was visiting from NC and enjoyed everything. The service was on point.
My wife and I were seated in the upstairs dining room after a long climb up rather steep stairs! During our meal, that was quite nice, a waitress carried on a long conversation with another dining party. It was rather distracting. Also, our waiter did not supply a clean fork to us after each course. When prompted, he had to give us napkin wrapped sets of silverware from an adjacent table. Do you not have a supply of clean forks on the second level?
The server, Hyacinth, was very sweet, patient and helpful. Also the hostess, Jessica (?? Can’t remember her name) was lovely. She was very professional and accommodating when we were stuck in traffic attempting to get to the location on time. She also provided insight for pushing back our reservation time when I realized I would not be able to make the schedule time. The food was excellent! Flavourful, perfectly seasoned and delicious! The ambience was quiet and with nice quiet jazz playing in the background and candles. My kind of place for a romantic dinner. To top it off the wine was wonderful!! A new favorite! We will return.
The food was very bland and not settling
Great food on a well setup venue. Exceeded my expectations.
We has a wonderful meal served by Ebonie. She was the perfect waitress and so sweet.
I had the blackened red snapper with tender baby broccoli over a bed of wild, herb rice! I'm not even a foodie and I just had to describe that for you. I've never been here - seems like it may be one of the places in College Park to see and be seen. Great meeting spot too, if you don't mind talking a little loud.
Servers were excellent. Food was very good
Great find in Atlanta. I had the Gumbo and Shrimp and Grits. Both the best I ever had. The wine pours were fantastic and service was great. This is on my list for return when back in Atlanta.
Great environment for lunch with co-workers, great service and spectacular food!
Took way too long for lunch
Our table was set up b4 we got there and our waitress (Hiacin ?) was wonderful. We decided to splurge on the appetizers and made a meal with that, along with salads, seafood gumbo and the beignets for desert. My fav appetizer was the quesadillas, along with the fried green tomatoes. The calamari, onion rings and shrimp/corn fritters were good too. Will have to try this place out for brunch/breakfast. It was a good choice for us.
The waiter was not interested in customers. Food was good.
THE FOOD WAS GOOD AND TASTY. I TRIED SOMETHING DIFFERENT AND ENJOYED IT. I LOVE THE GARLIC MASHED POTATOES, HOWEVER THE STEAMED BROCCOLI WAS A LITTLE COLD. IT TOOK A LITTLE TIME FOR THE FOOD TO COME OUT AS WELL. BUT OVERALL IT WAS ALL GOOD.
