Went for Monday lobster dinner. Sides great; lobster pretty good but seemed to have been cooked ahead and not to order. It was served almost immediately after I ordered and was Luke warm.
We made reservations for 7:15 and arrived on time a party of four. A family of four raced to the door ahead of us but I wasn’t concerned since we had reserved a table. Well they did not have a reservation and were seated while we waited for five more minutes. Then we were seated in the back room right under an air conditioner that was blowing so hard the menus were lifting off the table. Oh and it was about 59 degrees outside. The service was terrible. I eat here frequently and this is the first time we had poor service. Hope this was just a bad day.
we sat close to the kitchen and it was a little loud -- but didn't put a huge damper on our party as the wait staff was super kind and helpful. We brought our own birthday cake and they were great about bringing extra plates and forks. Thanks!
Poor service! Food took forever!! Food was cold!!! Food was bland!!!! Many tables that arrived after us received their food before our party. Good Beer! 3rd time trying and have always been underwhelmed. Tried Cooperage again because I heard they improved!? Wrong!! I'll only return for a beer and that's it. Our friends from out of town were highly disappointed. We should have went to Chow. Started off my Sunday 0-1.
Excellent service, very good food, fun drinks, really nice atmosphere - it made for a fun evening. It was a bit noisy but we also were sitting near the kitchen area so that may have contributed to it being a little loud.
We’ve been to the Cooperage several times, less impressed each visit. It’s overpriced, the service slow, loud and the food unremarkable, again, considering their prices. Not likely to return.
Love the brisket sandwich and get it every time. My kids love the pappardelle, burgers and chicken breast sandwich and the Brown Derby is a favorite for my wife.
Good service and food. Although the restaurant was full the noise level was not a problem.
A great time was had just wished there might have been more vegan options
I have eaten there many times since it opened for both business lunches and personal and family dinners and and never been disappointed. The food was cold, uncooked or seasoned (ribeye steak) and
we wondered aloud if they had sold to new ownership.
Reserved a table for 2 and was seated on time for a Valentines dinner and expected more than received.. We ordered 2 Crab Louis Salads and I a glass of Concanon Cabernet. The wine was so tart I had a hard time swallowing it so I opted to drink my glass of water ... The salads were made of the yellow core of Romain lettuce only( which is what I throw away at home making salads) and wondered who got the green leafy parts of the stalk? It also had : a few half sliced Cherry tomatoes- a 1/2 sliced avocado which had turned brown-some crab with pieces of shell I had to pick out of my mouth before swallowing and 1/2 sliced hard boiled egg and dressing.. That was it! No olives and not any green fresh lettuce anywhere! The service people had our table cleared so fast of all our dishes when we appeared done that we were in and out in 45 minutes which left us with the feeling they didn't want us to stay around too long? The bill came to $90 ( $14 for a bowl of soup and $11 for the wine I couldn't drink) This was a first time visit and we shall not return.. Not worth the money spent.
Unlikely that we will return owing to the noise and the prices
Great food and excellent service and atmosphere . Looking forward to our next visit.
Took parents for brunch, waiter was good she could of checked on us for drinks. I needed a refill but since i didn't see her i just drank water. My table would of spent a lot more money on drinks three of us were drinking champagne. Mothers coffee ran out and didn't get a refill until another waiter noticed. I guess pay attention to detail like my drink. Waffle was cold too. Thinking about it i may not recommend this to friends and family i would be embarrassed. Host is a bit rude and stuck up - not welcoming at all.
I'm changing my recommendation question above ...... I'll go with boyfriend when we crave their chilaquiles
I always love the cooperage! Is consistently high quality, tastes good and has variety of choices.
Fun atmosphere- great bar- great to stop in for a drink but the food, in our opinion wasn’t good. 2 kids, 2 adults- unfortunately we all agreed it was below average.
Food was delicious and service was wonderful!! Have been before and this was much better than other dining experiences. It was a quiet night there so the noise level was perfect and our server was very accommodating. We enjoyed it!
Great place and great menu. This seems like the brunch place to enjoy. On nice days I recommend eating outdoors. Although the noise level can be a bit loud. Kinda steep cocktail prices.
Great food and atmosphere. Nice waiter. Food took too long to arrive. Overall, nice experience.
