Great Service and food.... and the value is outstanding
Had the most enjoyable anniversary date! Food was amazing as was the service and ambiance.
The Clearwater is a hidden gem! I never would have thought to dine at a casino but after two spectacular dinners here it is now a favorite. We live on nearby Bainbridge Island and plan to have The Clearwater as our regular date night destination. The cedar-wrapped salmon is wonderful - beautifully cooked to perfection, the prime rib was awesome, the wine list is impressive (and 1/2 price bottles on Wednesday!), and the ambiance is lovely. TIP: to avoid walking through the smoky casino, drive around to the back. Follow signs to the Hotel (turn right) and enter through the Tower. Parking is free and they also have valet.
The steak was delicious but definitely over priced. There was a long period of time where the waitress did not check in.
Excellent seafood and steaks. Great martinis. Great bartender!
Food was delicious! Service was great! We were celebrating our anniversary and we’re brought it delicious dessert where they happy anniversary message on it. It was a great meal and experience.
Beautiful place, very relaxing. Friendly servers, would recommend your restaurant to friends and family
We had a wonderful dinner, great location & service - we'll be back again.
The menu has changed to bring back to some of the old favorites. A traditional ceasar salad has returned instead of the deconstructed model. A pork chop has reappeared. It is still pricey but it looks like management is paying more attention to customer feedback. Bar service personnel remain 5 star.
I guess this place does not do anything for a celebrant.
The service (Marta) and food were excellent. We wish the tables were not so broad. Makes it hard to have a quiet conversation because we are sitting so far apart. Would prefer a more intimate experience.
Scallops were good. Mushroom Risotto was extremely salty.
This was not our first trip to this place. My wife just got through surgery for cancer and went here to celebrate. The food had good flavor but to pay this price for a ribeye steak and it only be about 1/4 inch thick and tough was not what we had experienced before. It also didn't have that signature ribeye flavor that we had experienced before at the Clearwater. The ahi poke was good and I would recommend that. My potato was only half way done but since this was date night was supposed to be a celebration, I did not want to complain. After this experience, I don't know if we will come back. I got better steak at the Point in the buffet.
Blah Blah Blah. Dear open table. Don't ask me for a rating and then mandate that it's a certain amount of characters and "to keep it short, simple and specific" otherwise you get a negative review on your survey techniques. I won't use OpenTable again and will just rely on my casino host for reservations.
Our server Jonathan was great. He was cheerful, kind, respectful, and attentive. Food was out of this world! Best lobster mac 'n cheese I've ever had in my life. Risotto was cooked to perfection. We had the surf 'n turf and the lobster was very delightful. Will definitely come back.
We always like the 40.00 per person but have tried other things on the menu always is fantastic. The only disappointing thing was my husband ordered oyster on the half shell for 3.50 and got a oyster the size of small clam and I mean SMALL, I said where is it. Other than that we love going there .
menu was varied and appitizing. we had delicious starters i enjoyed a wonderfully prepared traditional prime rib while others annoyed the rack of lamb. we had a lovely 3-hour 4-course dinner Martha' service was impeccable. It was a wonderful evening.
I hardly give reviews to restaurants but this place gave me an urge to leave a one. I went with my boyfriend for a late valentines dinner. He ordered the rib eye, which comes with a baked potato and “seasonable vegetables” which happened to be a single piece of steamed bock choy that tasted like salted rubber. The steak itself tasted like a cheap cut that barely had any marble. I understand that it was only $35 for the meal but would of happily paid more for better food considering the restaurant is meant to look higher class. As for the service, I felt ignored as the waiter only came to our table twice throughout the meal and catered to the table of 4 across from us, taking their orders first even though we had showed up 10 mins before. Would not eat here again, and definitely giving poor reviews to anyone who asks about the place.
Courteous staff. Enjoyed our menu selections. Would definitely go back.
I had the special 4 course dinner with Steak and Lobster. My steak was so tender, flavorful and delicious, as was the rest of the plate. The salad and sushi were fabulous. My husband ordered the small cut of prime rib. They served him the larger cut and he thought it was a bit tough. He truly loved the bread!
Then came the desert which we shared. It was a decadent chocolate desert along with some chocolate candy! And we had thought we were too full for desert???
The food was great. The service was Not so good. Had to wait a half hour for a beer and a drink, about an hour for our food. Ordered another beer for after dinner never came, and our bill was wrong so they had to redo that. Maybe just an off night, but won't go back.
This time we were in a room with fairly low ceilings. Noise level was bad, unlike the main dining room. I will try to specify that next time. Food was great, as always.
Great service , Got the Valentine’s Day special. Food was great
Great restaurant! Can’t wait to go back! Very quiet, and very nice! Food was perfect!
Do you want our parents 44th wedding anniversary and we have the best time great service
Good food at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.
As we arrived the ladies working the reservation check in were very nice but a bit up in arms. They had just been told that there wasn’t any more lobster. When asked what the replacement would be for their dinner for two special they told us there wasn’t going to be one. A manager came out and talked to us and come to find out the Maine lobster was sold out but not the lobster tails for the dinner special. We were seated and immediately offered a beverage service. We ordered and enjoyed a very nice delicious meal. Our waitress was very bubbly and friendly. However, she did not come around enough to even see if we needed anything. She stopped by and asked how the food was and if we did need anything once maybe twice but not enough to feel as if we were her personal guests. Even the guests at two different tables with two different waitresses had the same complaint. Over all it’s a very nice restaurant and the food is good. The service was good but Sporadic. I would go back again. The one thing I disliked about their decor is the tables are too wide creating a not so romantic environment for two.
Service was very slow on our busy unfortunately. I would try again however hoping it was just a bad night. Steak was great!
First time to the Clearwater. They had a Valentine's Dinner for two that was a screaming deal: steak sushi as the appetizer; a small green salad; and a chocolate assortment for dinner. All for $45 per person - can't beat that!
I'm not a sushi eater, but I finished mine - tip of the hat to Chef Bo. The steak was one of the best I've ever had! Wait staff was friendly and helpful but not in the way.
Overall, a great meal. I plan to return.
We eat at the Clearwater often. We stay there a few times a year, and love the restaurant. Really good sushi. The steak burger is the best burger ever! Great service from the staff, beautiful view.
Wonderful place! Delicious food and great service. We will be back!
The food was spectacular! The service and staff were amazing! It was the perfect Valentine's Day! Thank you! We will be back!
This is my second trip to the Clearwater, first time making a reservation. Both were amazing, the food was good, dessert was good, service and the view were good. Will eat here probably next time I'm at the Casino
The crab had a very bad smell. I let my server know but our plates were never taken.
Overall the food was very good and plentiful. Had the filet and lobster dinner. One filet was the excellent, melt in your mouth experience you expect from filet mignon. The other filet was tough and chewy.
Would recommend but tell them to send back any food that is below par like I should have. On first try the person collecting payment brought the bill for another table, but we got that straightened out. Finally was a bit put off by looking out window into a hotel room with some guy looking back.
Excellent service and food. The prime rib dinner is awesome. Their house wine is excellent. Recommend to everyone.
Teach your servers how to serve courses of a meal. Don't bring our main course while we are still enjoying a very nice onion soup. Likewise don't bring the soup while we are still working on a appetizer and cocktails.
Do some training.
I liked the setting and the food was good. The dishes could have been hotter - maybe they food waiting on the counter before being presented?
We may try again some other time
Food as always was great. The valentines menu was outstanding . The service on this occasion was very slow, our appetizers were 10 minutes apart, and the meal took 1 3/4 hours. I admit that the service has always been great before this.
Best food and service anywhere around! We will definitely be back again
We had a Marvelous Evening. Dinner was great, staff was very attentive.
