Very disappointing. I’ll keep this brief. Seated at a table missing flatware. Waited 15 minutes for the assistant to the waiter to bring water. Waiter appeared a few minutes later with an apology. We ordered the bread service. Came out with barely enough butter for one roll. Still no flatware and no bread plates. Ordered lobster bisque. It was a bowl of brown gravy. Seriously. Served cold. No spoon. Skip to asking for water 4 times, from several different staff. Rest of the food was poorly prepared. Vastly overrated and overpriced. Under staffed. Teenagers were running the flagship restaurant. No pen to sign the bill. Had to ask for one. Was that a sign?

Amazing service. Our waitress was kind and knowledgeable. Her suggestions were on point. The food was delicious. Worth every penny. The atmosphere was relaxed and allowed us to have conversation. Would highly recommend.

They were out of bread so they comped a cracker plate. Cocktail finally came after appetizers. Cheese plate app for $17 was minuscule. Salmon was great.

Excellent and friendly service with very attentive waiter staff. Service is always excellent at this restaurant and our last visit for our anniversary did not disappoint. Food was also exceptional and the chocolate martinis are the best. Thank you for a lovely experience.

I made my reservations months in advance for my boyfriend’s birthday. The entire staff including cooks, wait staff, bar staff, etc were fantastic. If I could give more than 5 stars, your entire staff deserve 10 plus stars. Whatever you are doing, keep doing it because it is working. I have eaten at The Circular 5 times for dinner & 3 times for breakfast. I highly recommend The Circular for dinner & breakfast as well as I highly recommend The Hershey Hotel for staying. Thank you & your staff for a very memorable experience.

Felt food was overly salty, food not prepared as expected for Hershey. Felt restaurant has declined. Fish to dry and onion soup need a little cayenne pepper. Service was excellent and the hotel is beautiful!

Great food. The portion size stood out to me. It wasn't typical American super-sized. It was just right without overdoing it. Very nice. Service was top notch, and food was prepared to perfection and super tasty.

We loved it here so much we came back a second night. The food was incredible. Each dish was so well executed. We started with Bread Service & the Baby Gem Caesar. So unique with dehydrated kalamata olives and grilled croutons. Hands down the best Caesar I’ve ever had. Something I really appreciated was the portion sizes. The cheese tasting was perfect. Not too much. The entrees were exceptional. The mushroom risotto was also the best I’ve ever had. My husband enjoyed the halibut both nights and I had the salmon on the 2nd night. Our daughter enjoyed the kids grilled chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans. So nice to have a healthier kids option with vegetables. She loved the mashed. We finished with the dessert for 2. No words for how talented this kitchen team is. 10 stars.

Warmest welcome from hosts at the front to wait staff throughout. Restaurant was busy but they made time to let us know how things were progressing (starters took a bit long) and our meals were delicious and beautiful. Table by the window had a gorgeous view. And they remembered our Anniversary and easily handled a few dietary restrictions/adjustments for us too. Highly recommend.

Awful experience which resulted in my daughter getting sick. We had a 8:15 reservation and when we arrived there was a line at the check-in desk. After waiting about 10 minutes we were told that our table was not ready. We had to wait another 20 minutes. The staff were rude to my husband told him to remove his hat prior to entering the restaurant. They think they are a fancy upscale restaurant but have chocolate characters walking around the lobby??? Once inside it took almost an hour to get our food. This is unacceptable to make families with young children wait that long for food. They could have at least put a bread basket on the table. Even after asking for our food, you would think they would have brought something for us. Once the food came my daughter ate so fast and got sick right after. I’m not sure if it was the food or her eating too fast but I would never return.

I ordered lobster bisque- one spoon into it I didn’t like it - waiter asked if he could bring me something else and took that soup back- he brought me another type of soup (french onion) but still charged me for both soups

Our dining experience was fabulous from start to finish. Staff were respectful, attentive, and knowledgeable regarding food and wine selection. Our food was served in a timely manner, at appropriate temperatures , with attention to presentation. All of our dinner choices were delicious! The circular dining room provides a vintage first class ambiance that added to our perfect evening.

Excellent experience. We had hoped for a window table to celebrate our anniversary but it was not available. So, being in the middle of the room did add to the noise level. Our server was outstanding as was the food. Highly recommend.

The service was excellent as always. The cream of five onion soup, butter poached halibut, king salmon and Dona Mandarina cocktail were all very good. We were underwhelmed with the Textures of Chocolate for two. For the price and being that it is Hershey, PA and known for their chocolate we expected to be blown away but unfortunately we were a bit disappointed. We should have went with our servers recommendation the blueberry lemon basil...maybe next time.

Our experience at The Circular was a wonderful family memory. The food was superb. Really, it was a symphony for the tastebuds. The wait staff was wonderful and friendly, and we were grateful for their sense of humor in dealing with our silly five year old. Everything was very lovely and we hope to come back again when we’re in Hershey.

We dined at the Circular for our 54th Wedding Anniversary. Patrick was our server and he did an excellent job explaining the menu items if we had questions. The GLUTEN FREE options were outstanding and I was able to get gluten free BREAD! The gluten free desserts were incredible while my husband enjoyed the signature Hershey kiss martini. This is THE PLACE to celebrate a special occasion!

Our waitress was kind and covering a significant number of tables. Things did take some time- not our waitresses fault. The support staff could step up. The food was over-priced for what you received and this coming from someone who enjoys fine dining, has eaten at top restaurants across the country and expects a bit less focus on the presentation of the appetizer and a bit more food. I read the reviews before going and thought the patrons just were unused to smaller portion sizes of fine dining, but they were spot on. The 4 baguette slices on the cheese plate are about the thinness of a butterfly’s wing. Any you get 4 small cubes of cheese with a little honey and comb. Some nice greenery. The duck was excellent. Be aware the French onion soup is actually creamed onion. The lobster bisque is heavy on additional spices that provide an almost smoke flavor.
