Outstanding service and quality!
My wife and I had a very nice dinner here with excellent service. It is a very classy place to enjoy a
nice evening out.
In the past I would've recommended it, but I wouldn't based on the most recent experience. Most of the food had a funk like a sheep or goat cheese smell; more than half of the food was way overseasoned with salt- probably to cover up the fact that the ingredients were not fresh. I had two bites of seafood that was spoiled that I had to spit out- one was a shrimp from the cold seafood bar near the entrance and the other was a cooked scallop from the hot entrees section. Most of the protein was cooked too dry and the desserts selection seemed more sparse than usual.
Best brunch ever! I love the Circular Dining Room for Sunday brunch. The food is fresh, delicious, and the desserts are amazing!
An absolutely lovely environment, especially as the evening becomes night. The overall service and attentiveness were wonderful. Unfortunately, all that was undone by having to wait almost an hour to be served our entrée and then finding my order, a Filet, NOT very warm! It was sent back, came back, and was still NOT very warm! I expect more when I pay almost $200 for a meal!
Outstanding food..view..service. Very pleasant...the morning buffet was very clean and organized...could use a better bagel bar with salmon capers and more
I hav been going to the Circular for decades. It still is a very special treat to celebrate a special day at the Hotel.
Fantastic food & service! Highly recommend!
Wonderful dinner and the dessert, we shared, was perfect ending to the meal.
Great for date
The service was impeccable, as always. The food was outstanding. We were there to celebrate my mother’s 92nd birthday, and the occasion was acknowledged by everyone serving us.
Great. Service great, food great
The service was not good the day we went, Saturday, August 31st. The restaurant didn't open at noon when our reservations were booked. It took awhile to receive our drinks after sitting and my husband's drink was too weak. The waitress did not check with us if everything was OK until the meal was almost over. When we complained about the drink, they remade it, but the second one was still too weak.
The ambiance is nice and the room is beautiful. A fine tuning on restaurant customer service techniques is needed!
As is always the case, the Circular provided a memorable dining experience a special birthday meal. Our server, Nathan, was attentive and knowledgeable and made perfect recommendations for our wine and meal selections. The staff kept our water glasses and bread basket filled. My wife had the Seared Black Cod and I had the Verlasso Salmon. We added the Buffalo Roasted Cauliflower as a side-dish since it's a little bit of a guilty pleasure. Everything was cooked perfectly. We highly recommend the Circular for any special occasion or just when you feel like being pampered just a little bit.
The Circular is always a great place for dinner. Our meals were excellent.
Out servers were very attentive. The food was delicious!
It's absurd that noisy children with their noisy devices are allowed into this amazing location. It was impossible to have a quiet romantic dinner with my husband.
The Circular was a very wise choice for celebrating our 60th wedding anniversary. The food was superb; very tasty; and, the steaks prepared exactly as directed, Same goes for the drinks. Patrick was very patient and accommodating with two 81 year olds whose mental and physical abilities are suffering from the passing of time.
We will make every effort to return.

Wine list is great, except overpriced. I was just in Manhattan. For 4 days and the circular wine list was more overpriced then top rated restaurants in NYC.
Food is mediocre at best. The hotel needs to step up its game. This should be the premier restaurant in Hershey.
Overall very disappointed with the experience.
Loved the lobster bisque, but wish it has a little more lobster in it. The only down side to the meal was that my husbands steak was supposed to be medium-rare, and it came out more medium-well. The steak it's self tasted wonderful, but would have been much better if they had taken it off the grill a minute or two sooner.
We Enjoyed The Circular's Sunday Brunch.
Celebrating our 37th wedding anniversary!
Good Food, Great Service, Nice Atmosphere...
While very good, we both felt it is significantly overpriced.
The staff was extremely attentive and the food was incredible. My wife and I felt like royalty. We have eaten at all 3 of The Hershey Hotel's restaurants and The Circular is a step above all. Don't get me wrong all 3 are very good!! Bravo Circular.
Special place for anniversary but overpriced. A little too Fancy.
The experience was lovely from start to finish. Top notch service and the food was delicious!
We decided to come here for my birthday. Not our first visit. The food was excellent! We each had soup for an appetizer - smoked corn chowder and lobster bisque. Both were amazing. I had a 6 oz filet and my husband had seared cod and they were delicious. I recommend a side of the mac and cheese - it’s awesome! Feeling stuffed but deciding to eat dessert, we went for the peanut butter pretzel (peanut butter mousse, chocolate, and pretzel ice cream). Not a dessert I would recommend - it was just ok. The pretzels in the ice cream were chewy. Mousse was eh. Go for the soufflé instead, or just ice cream.
Our server, Louise, was outstanding!
I am not a fan of buffets. So much to choose from and little bites don't usually tell the whole story. I tried to focus on the variety of fresh vegetables. All that I tried, I liked. The asparagus was very good. The samplings of steak were very good. The soup was excellent. I love a good cup of coffee and you serve a very good cup of coffee. It was excellent. The desserts were over the top.
Next time Trevi......
Wonderful food, excellent service! We felt like celebrities!!
Amazing service and kid-friendly.
I would give five stars across the board, except for the fact that the hostesses up front ignored us when we came up because they were talking and laughing with each other. They looked annoyed when we walked up to them. After confirming we had a reservation, asked if we wanted to be seated or not?!?!
The food was not great at all! Service was excellent and cocktails were delicious.
The food and service were outstanding. Probably the best salmon entree I’ve ever had.
Always a wonderful experience at this beautiful hotel! The brunch is excellent. The wait staff is attentive and the desserts to die for!
A truly beautiful room with an idyllic view. Service was unobtrusive but sufficiently attentive. Definitely not rushed — but why would you want to rush through a delicious meal in such a beautiful setting? Food was carefully prepared and delicious.
Excellent service and food..will definitely be coming back on our next trip back to Hershey Park. Highly recommend The Circular!
John and Haley were outstanding waiting on us. The lamb was the best I've ever had. And, of course, the desserts were amazing. I really think the next time we come, I'll have dessert first!!!
Amazing in all ways!
The food, the presentation.
Always a good time at the Circular. Great wine collection! The local honey comb on the cheese board and dessert (if you ask for it) is amazing. Staff is always pleasant. Ambiance for the most part is great if you go in with an understanding that it is attached to an amusement park and kids might be running around.
The food was incredible! The staff was wonderful!!! It was a GREAT day!!!
Sunday brunch is great but make sure you have a reservation
They charged us $25 for a Negroni cocktail.
Yup, $25. Ordered a negroni and was asked what gin we wanted. We picked Monkey 47, albeit a pricy gin. However you have to tell the customer if you are about to charge $25 for a cocktail — and not a martini which is all gin mind you, a cocktail that includes only 1 oz of gin. We live in the NY metro area so we’re no strangers to high priced cocktails. But even in NYC I’ve ordered martinis made with this and been charged $16 at most. It really was an unfortunate end to what was a great meal with great service. But this left us feeling taken advantage of. I don’t plan on going to Hershey again so I doubt I’ll be back for purely logistical reasons, but I hope everyone else will seriously rethink eating here.
