The Chef’s Table at Bedford Springs was amazing. It was more than a tasting menu. We had three full-size entrees, a full-size dessert, accompanied by real servings of wine. The menu included sea scallop, duck breast, halibut, and a short rib. The wine pairings were perfect. It was an incredible night!

The Chef’s Table is a must try experience. It reminds you of going to Sunday dinner with the family but having it take place in the middle of a TV cooking show.

The atmosphere is the first thing that gets your attention, they have this large marble topped setup right in the middle of the main production kitchen for the resort. You are greater by the amazing staff at the Springs before going in and given a description of what is about to happen.

As far as the food goes it was excellent. Chef Billy prepared our menu for the evening and cooked the dishes in front of us taking questions and interacting the entire time. Todd did the wine pairing and a great job explaining the pairing with the food. I walked away from the evening with an excellent experience and have been telling my friends and family about it.

I have been staying at the hotel for 5 years and this was the first time I had the opportunity to dine at The Chefs Table. Very cool laid back atmosphere being involved in the kitchen and watching the preparation. It was informative as well as every course being explained and very different. I am a Martini drinker but I thoroughly enjoyed the wine pairings and the explanations. I actually took a video of Todd explaining one of the wines. It was an education for me . The food was excellent and very tasteful. The sauces were impeccable. I had a minor issue with the steak . It was not quite up to my expectations. The sea bass and the accompanying sauce was delicious. The price is exactly what you would expect for the food. The wine. And the education. The service and knowledge that the staff provided were impeccable. A definite experience for anyone passing through Bedford!

The food was just ok. We’ve attended in the past and the food was much better. The steak was over cooked to our request. The dessert had cucumber in it and it was so over whelming that was the only flavor that was present. There were 5 wine pairings and 4 were white. it would have been nice to have another red in the mix. The servers were very nice and attentive. Overall for the cost, it was disappointing from the last experience.

The food was amazing, executive Sous Chef Josh and Sam were a terrific dynamic duo and the wine pairings and explanations provided by Lamonte, Todd, Keira and Jacob simply capped off a perfect experience!

The Chef’s Table is a wonderful dining/entertainment experience conducted by culinary professionals who love what they do. The food was excellent and well paired with accompanying beverages. The talent of the beverage manager Lamont was on full display with a handcrafted cocktail that perfectly balanced the main course. Todd offered unpretentious, friendly and impeccable service. Chef Josh demonstrated a range of techniques to present delicious food beautifully. I recommend the Chef’s Table for any special occasion. I only wish the price point was more approachable for the average diner, however that would impact the exclusivity of the experience.

Amazing. Everything was excellent! The food and wine list for the evening was carefully crafted for a well rounded meal. Exceptional service from the attention to detail from the moment you are escorted to the table and leave. This is a must do if you are staying at Bedford Springs.

I have enjoyed dozens of tasting menus at terrific restaurants all over. Hands-down, though, this was the single greatest dining experience ever. The staff was personable, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The “peek behind the scenes” in the kitchen only added to the unique experience. The food, prepared right in front of us by the affable and expert Chef Josh, was well thought out and skillfully prepared. The tastes were amazing. We enjoyed a New Orleans themed menu that was true to the cuisine but also innovative. The wine pairings were top-notch and well considered. This is a treat you won’t soon forget. Not an everyday splurge, but worth the prices.

This was the most incredible experience. It's expensive, but worth it if you think about it as an event. The staff is so amazing and entertaining. An experience you'll never forget.

The staff, especially Chef Nota and Todd and Jacob, were superb! The "table" is right in the kitchen, providing an interesting view of everything going on! Chef assistant Sam was also quite good. Can't say enough - book today!

THe chef was superb and very engaging along with the beverage manager and sommelier Lamont who made superb wine pairings. The unique facet was Todd one of the servers gave a little treatise before each wine pairing about the vineyard, vitner and history of the wine which was informative and fun. HIs very Socratic method made it all the more educational to us all.

It was a very different but exciting dinner experience. We had very good time observing the chef cooking our 4 course dinner paired with different types of wine. Food was very good and portions were very satisfying. I thought that there would be more cooking in front of us, but most of the food was already prepared before hand. We had very nice conversation and asked the chef many questions.

Our fifth or sixth time at Chef's Table...first time we had Bison Prime Rib which was prepared wonderfully by Chef Jay. Accolades as always to Lamont Rooker for wine selection and being a great host.

This was by far the best dining experience we've ever had at a hotel. Chef Jay prepared a delicious meal and the wine pairings were fantastic. Todd provided fantastic service and we enjoyed special appearances by Lamont (Beverage Services Manager) and Flavia Bonilla (Director of Rooms). This is by far our favorite Omni experience.

The Chef's Table was a fantastic experience. The chef cooks right in front of you and interacts with the guests throughout the entire meal. It was a unique experience of being able to ask questions ranging from cooking tips to the chef's personal professional journey. The service was impeccable and we felt like honored guests. The sommelier and servers also interacted with the guests and gave additional thoughts, tips, and information. All six courses were delicious and generously portioned. I wasn't sure I could eat any more by course 4, but it was all so delicious I couldn't resist having something from every course. I did the wine pairing with the meal and thoroughly enjoyed that and came away with new wines to seek out in future. I went with my parents and they loved the meal so much they said they would like to come again even if they weren't staying at the Bedford Springs resort. I am sure there are better descriptions of the courses, but roughly they included wild mushroom soup shooter, scallops on a bed of squash noodles, tangerine sorbet, steak and scalloped potatoes, meat and cheese board with local honey, and a banana dessert with creme anglaise.

We had a great evening at the Chef's Table! Our dinner took place in one of the kitchens of this lovely golf resort. We joined about 10 other delightful guests seated at a bar around the cooking area of the kitchen while the chef explained and prepared each dish. The chef not only produced fantastic courses for our meal, but described his cooking techniques and answered questions. Wine pairings were available for each course; they were introduced by a waiter. Even though we did not know the other guests at the table, we came away with new friends. We would definitely recommend this experience to others. The only improvement we would recommend is that the selected wines need to be better matches for the food served. Overall, though, a wonderful evening.

Amazing! Chef Billy was great. Assistant chef Sam was hysterical and wonderful. The wait staff was very attentive. Overall I would highly recommend this experience. The food was incredible. There were a few people at our table with diet restrictions and they were accommodated If given the opportunity - don't pass this up!

We have stayed at the resort many times and have always wanted to try the Chef's Table. Our party along gathered in the lobby and we were greeted by the servers. We met the others with reservations who started as strangers and quickly became friends. It was an evening of laughter and togetherness, photo sharing and storytelling. The food was outstanding, wine pairings were spot on and the chef was eager to receive and respond to questions. It was a perfect night.

This meal takes place only on Friday and Saturday nights. Limited to 16 people
and takes place in the banquet kitchen which may or may not be active.
Our night we were the only people there. The chef made the night with
a quick wit and presenting a six course meal with wine pairing.
The two and half hour meal flew by and we will be back for more.
Great fun but bring your wallet.
