We had lobster bisque and the steakhouse salad for starters. Both were excellent. But the steaks were AMAZING! Cooked to perfection. Our server Billy was great along with the whole staff. We were celebrating our anniversary and will definitely go back!
Our waitress Diane was excellent as always! And other gentlemen were very good too. Very good all-around evening. Frank Donley
The food was outstanding! Highly recommend the new steak tartar and the bacon wrapped jumbo shrimp.
Best ribeye and fillet we’ve in the 6 years we’ve been in Vegas!
As always we had a nice meal…Kevin was awesome as always. Quite busy for an early reservation, hence quite noisy.
It just doesn't get any better than the Charcoal Room. The steaks are over the top, but the Seafood Jackpot is completely over the mountain and back. The drinks are wonderful and the service staff is awesome.
Steak was perfect, chopped salad delicious, Service GREAT!!
The food was outstanding the service was impeccable great value for the money spent we will definitely be back for the fillet mignon.
Excellent service and unbelievably steaks!!!
The porterhouse was cooked well, had more gristle than I would have expected. Would not recommend. Sea base was awesome as well as their salad, would recommend.
Seafood was terrible! Would never go here again the seafood tasted frozen
Our favorite restaurant in the town. Ee eat there 4-5 nights a week, food is always great as are the people that work there.
Service was excellent, ambience was excellent, overall, the food was great until dessert. The Cream Brulé was gritty. Excellent server.
Service was slow and bad. Food took forever to get to the table. It seemed like staff was overwhelmed with a full restaurant.
We are regulars here once or twice a month. This time was infuriating and might make it our last time. The hostess staff had pure lack of consideration to sit a table of two next to a wedding party of 18. They had put the wedding party in the back, pushing tables together. There was one booth right at the end of their party, where they sat us. Yes, we had reservations as usual using this app. It had been an extremely bad and stressful day, and a nice dinner to talk and relax was the plan. It was 40 minutes before we were approached by wait staff and drinks and dinner order was taken. Another 20 minutes before drinks and dinner was tossed on the table a fill 1 hour and 40 minutes in. And of course cold and cooked wrong. No one came to the table and we had to ask and wait for the over $200 check. We asked for a manager, but were unable to get one. The staff stood by while numerous wedding guests came to STAND on our booth to get great photos of their party. This went on most the night and was dangerous and uncomfortable. The wedding party was rude and mouthy when we asked them to please stop the bride came over and told us they rented the back and we were the ones in her way. This situation was poor management to book a wedding party not giving you room to sit your reservations. Poor staff training by letting this happen and poor management of staff booking by not having adequate kitchen staff. And BTW a good manager oversees a large wedding party. We left stressed out, insulted and hungry, going to the food court to get a soda we could not get and a burger. Our wine never came (yet was on our bill), appetizers and steaks were not even edible.
Was expecting Anniversary implementation, not even mentioned…
Easy to make reservation on open table. Even had to change the time and that was also easy. Table was ready right on time. Dinner was delicious!
BOTH SERVICE & MEAL WERE OUTSTANDING - HIGH RECOMMEND
Quick evening out for steak and wine with the Mrs. This steakhouse is catered to an older locals crowd, no doubt.
Oyster appetizer was good, fresh PNW oysters. Single glass of Chard for her and Pinot for me. Waiter was attentive and very busy with 4 or 5 other tables. We shared the Porterhouse, asked for med-rare, received med, thankfully still juicy and flavorful. Sides of creamed spinach and twice baked au gratin potatoe.
Wine list is limited however it sufficed & we shared a nice bottle of Merlot. Bill was around $200 before tip.
Great server. Great food.
Excellent food and service as always. I love dining here and seeing the friendly staff. I definitely recommend the petite filet mignon. It’s the perfect size so you still have room to enjoy some yummie sides and of course the delicious bread. Thank me later!
Everything was great except for the light fixture over our table. It had been damaged and the attempted repair was tacky.
Chef Raymen is fantastic. We sat at the bar, the bartender was amazing and accommodating!
Excellent food. Service is always good.
Service was excellent. Food was delicious
Food & service always good. This particular visit seemed very noisy. Music piped in to the dining room was too loud & our table was next to the bar which added to the noise level.
Dined here for my birthday and everything was amazing! The food was cooked to perfection and the service was great. Billy was our server and he made the evening unforgettable with his service and wine knowledge. Thank you Charcoal Room team.
Had our usual server Anthony, he did another great job. This time the noise level was quite high, sorta hard to converse with our group of 7. I was a bit disappointed when ordering, that the crab or lobster add-on to a steak was full price. To add $99. for crab legs when your ordering a $49. steak I thought was a bit much. Especially since in the past it was like $50. or so. Otherwise we all had a pretty nice time celebrating our 31st anniversary.
The service wss very slow. Use to love the place but quality of the food is not the same. For the money there are much better places to eat.
The food here is always amazing. Our regular server is Diane, always very prompt and respectful. Knows how to take care of here customers. The floor manager ( Marsha) is always available as well if you need anything right now she is your Lady !! What more can I say but make sure you get the Cilantro Lime sauce. It is so good on just about everything. I would probably eat it on a FLIP FLOP.! lol Go try it for your self. Tell them Rick and Trudy sent you.
The quality is average. The food is not worth the high price
Had to remind waitress birthday
Reliable restaurant. Good menu and service.
Food was delicious. Staff were very good. Little bit pricey but not unexpected.
Our server was outstanding (Billy). The food was outstanding. Will recommend and come back when we back in Vegas.
Amazing steaks! You won't regret ever eating here.
A wonderful experience. Excellent service from Jesus, our waiter. Beautiful atmosphere. Delicious food.
The service was attentive and the food was delicious. We ordered surf and turf, fried chicken with the jalapeño grits and a shrimp cocktail. Finger licking good!
Food is always good at the Charcoal Room restaurant as is the service. Our table was close to the bar so it was a bit noisy hearing the bar chatter. Also the music that is filtered into the restaurant was a little too loud. We had trouble carrying on a normal conversation.
Great service and food was delicious, great ambiance for special occasions.
