This is our go to spot for a nice night out without the kids. We ordered the Tomahawk special and it was okay. We should have stuck to ordering the filets like we usually do. The service is always amazing and we'll definitely be back.

It was super excited to take my family but, it was very disappointed this time. I have come here once before and I had a petite steak and it was amazing. This time it was so bad the service didn’t check on us one time is when we literally got our food. No one bite has happen. We ordered two steak a burger and some side. The steaks was over cooked and no flavor very disappointed the very reason we came and this happened.

Excellent food & service, no complaints there. Made reservations for an anniversary dinner (told staff when making reservations) and they sat us at a tiny, cramped table by the kitchen entrance. Asked to move and we were placed at a table that seated six. Even though this gave ample room, it was still located next to the kitchen entrance and next to the bar which had a baseball game on. This table was also in the pathway for wait staff. Would have preferred a booth, but we were told there was nothing available (there were empty booths!) Next time I will specify a very quiet, out of the way booth when making a reservation!

We celebrate our anniversary every year at the Charcoal Room. It’s our little corner away from the chaos and mayhem, so that we can reset back to what is important to us. The food and service are always top notch and consistent. This is and will always be our go to place for special occasions and for great food, and service.

Celebrated our Anniversary ! Our steak was perfect but bearnaise sauce was not good. Potatoes were tasty but just warm not hot. Wedge salad was great. Service was a bit off. Think they needed more training. We still enjoyed our night out and I will say the staff are always friendly. We will return!

The service was great. Date night. Waiters were very patient with the fact we were talking and brought drinks and checked in regularly. The waiter recognized that we liked the ice from our previous drinks and left them for us to enjoy. The food was fabulous and the atmosphere was intimate. Great experience just wish it was a little less expensive. I guess you get what you pay for. Highly recommended!

My daughter and I go there every year for her birthday crab legs. I was flabbergasted when I got the Bill $120 each for crablegs use yo be $75 ea. delicious but overpriced

We really enjoy going to the Charcoal Room. It was my wife's birthday, and we had a booth. The only problem we had was my lobster bisque did not have much lobster in it. I told the manager and they took the price off the bill. Everything else was excellent and we will continue to go there for great meals and service.

Last night was the only bad experience we've had. The chef sent stuff out too early. The bartender and server were quick to apologize and were super nice. The mains were not good. The chicken was very overcooked to where it was very dry. It was so bland, I had to add a lot of sauce. The filet Oscar was not good either. There was no crab on it. Again, we've always had amazing service and the food is usually amazing. We spend 200-300$ every time we go and it sucks that this time fell short on taste.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary with my father in law and 2 children. First, the server hardly acknowledged us and had an attitude with us when telling us specials and taking our order. It almost was as if he was doing us a favor by waiting on us. He was condescending to say the least. Our salads and appetizers did not come for awhile and it was not until the hostess walked by that we got any attention. She ended up bringing the items to us as the waiter (who only had 3 tables including us) was MIA. The food was meh, nothing to write home about. Overall our dining experience was mediocre at best and we certainly won’t be dining there again.

Every time I go to charcoal room to eat I get the best service, the best food and everybody is so accommodating and very friendly and kind. They make sure that you get everything you need from start to finish. I highly recommend this place to everyone who hasn’t tried it.

I have never had a bad meal at this place. Steaks are always perfectly seasoned and cooked. Pan seared salmon always has a perfect light crisp crunch to the outside. I have never had a disappointing entree here. Their appetizers, salads and side dishes are so good, you could just order those and leave there completely satisfied. Bacon Wrapped Shrimp, Wedge Salad and any and all side dishes are highly recommended!

The service last night was excellent. From checking in, the bus boy and server. Everyone was attentive, polite and made us feel so welcome. It was my 50th birthday and the service and free birthday dessert were the icing on the cake. Wonderful experience.
