   Large group dinner for friends and this place didn't disappoint. It was very empty, but we were treated like royalty (and felt we would've had it been crowded). I can't say enough about our server, Rick. He was nothing short of excellent accommodating us with changes, recommending drinks, wines, and entrees. We were lucky to get him, and he made the dining experience the 5 stars that it was. We had tartare, bacon wrapped shrimp, shrimp cocktail, and oysters for appetizers. They were all delectable. Oysters were small to medium size with a slight briny and sweet finish. Most people had steaks, I chose the scallops, and they were some of the best I've ever had. Presentation was excellent overall and steaks were cooked perfectly. I believe the grass fed was the most popular followed by the filets. Wine list is notable and well-priced, we went with the Rodney Strong Symmetry Red Blend, highly recommend for a steak night. It's a bit off the strip but hard to beat price, service, and food wise. Thank you for a wonderful meal and I look forward to coming back very soon!

   Good, friendly service. Ribeye steak and lamb chops were delicious and cooked to perfection.

   My husband and I enjoyed our Easter dinner at the Charcoal Room. George is an excellent server, knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. The manager down to the bus staff made our evening special!

   I made a reservation for my parents' anniversary. They said it was the best steak they ever had. They said the service was the best. Thank you for sending them their happy anniversary dessert.

    Had Pri Fixe deal Salad, NY Strip, Shrimp, Desert $65 Great deal. Great Service and Great food. Steak was as good (or better) than you'll find on the strip, for half the price. Charcoal Room will be a must from now on when we visit Las Vegas.
