We went because Chef Adam Hegsted, Spokane's James Beard Award finalist, is the owner. Like many in Spokane we saw the news story AND we had a birthday to celebrate.
I booked a table for four for Friday evening, 02/26/2016, using the OpenTable app on my phone which made booking easy.
Our whole table agreed to the Chef's Tour where the restaurant's chef decides what to cook and serve you, from appetizers through dessert. We did not have a dish we would not order on our next trip! From the deep-fried artichokes and glazed prosciutto through the steelhead, we all enjoyed every bite.
This is a great find that we've already told our friends about! The atmosphere was trendy wine bar. The service was the only negative - but understand the servers were well-trained and very professional, there just weren't enough of them to be 5-star and at some points we waited longer for the next course than we should have...
