Zum Dessert servieren wir kleine Feinheiten aus der Patisserie wie Zitronentarte, Birnentartlette und frische Früchte. Donnerstags ab 18.00 Uhr und Sonntags ab 16:00 Uhr für 55,00 € pro Person inkl.     Hervorragend französisch! Der Service ist außergewöhnlich nett, kompetent und zugewandt, ohne steif und zwanghaft zu sein. Unsere Speisen waren durchgehend sehr gut. Die Weinkarte ist korrespondierend sehr gut sortiert. Endlich ein wunderbares französisches Restaurant in Berlin!

    Excellent meal and service. I usually avoid restaurants in hotels which I’m not staying in but Carte Blanche proved this to be ill founded. A relatively intimate restaurant with all you might expect from a higher end restaurant. Fortunately we visited in asparagus season so had the added delights that this brings. A lovely evening, thanks guys.

    We had a very nice Easter brunch with a lot of nice choices from the buffet. The service was however not so professional, only after one and a half hours into the meal we were handed a menu with additional choices to order.

    Wir hatten eine Reservierung, doch das Restaurant war bei Ankunft geschlossen. Nach kurzem Hin und Her durften wir uns zwar setzen, allerdings gab es mittags nur die Barkarte – nicht die reguläre Speisekarte des Restaurants, in dem wir eigentlich reserviert hatten. Zusätzlich wurde während unseres Aufenthalts extrem laut Staub gesaugt – unangenehm.

    Carte Blanche didn't really live up to the expectations set (by OpenTable). The Ambience is great and a good fusion between an upscale French restaurant and an upscale hotel. The service was not adequate for a place like this (too flaky - some tile good, some times forgetful). The food was okay and of good quality but lacked refinement and sophistication. The menu was limited (good in general) but only features a few "standard", by the general public, known French dishes - nothing special. Unfortunately, while being a nice location, Carte Blanche did not live up to my expectations at all.

    “Ein kulinarisches Highlight in Berlin!” Das Carte Blanche empfiehlt sich für mich als eines der besten Restaurants der Stadt, wenn es um perfekt zubereitetes Entrecôte und französische Küche geht. Die Qualität des Fleisches war hervorragend – perfekt gegrillt und unglaublich zart. Die Beilagen waren ebenso überzeugend, mit wunderbaren Aromen, die mein Steak harmonisch ergänzt haben. Die Atmosphäre ist angenehm und einladend, mit einem Hauch von französischer Eleganz, die einen kurzzeitig vergessen lässt, dass man in Berlin ist. Der Service war außergewöhnlich – aufmerksam, freundlich und sehr professionell. Ein absolutes Muss für alle, die gutes Essen schätzen. Ich komme definitiv wieder und empfehle das Carte Blanche jedem, der ein besonderes kulinarisches Erlebnis sucht!

    A great meal and a fantastic wine menu. The truffle pasta was delicious, for sure the reason I’ll go back to Carte Blanche. We really enjoyed a glass of wine before the dinner at the bar, which I thought was very cozy! Can’t wait to try more, on the terrace this summer.
