Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     First time at this steakhouse. Pricey, but worth every penny. Dry-aged New York Strip was very tender and flavorful. Server was outstanding and even comped our fries when I was the only one eating them. If you go, make sure you hace reservations (we did) as others who didn’t waited a LONG time for a table. Even on a Wednesday night, it was BUSY.

    We had a fantastic business lunch. Our server had a really good sense of when to stop by and ask us if we want to order drinks... when we want to order our dishes, etc. It is quite a gift. You don't want to feel like you're interrupting an important conversation. But you also don't want your guests sitting there asking - when is this guy going to take our order?!?! It was a perfect lunch at the best restaurant in Washington. Thanks to all who made it very special!

    Traveling with ranchers from AZ, all rank their steaks as one of the best they've had. Service was fantastic, Adam is a joy!
