We have been here before but definitely not happy this visit. We were enjoying our meal with good conversation and food until I guess the manager let in a group of 15-20 people coming in yelling and carry on with camera phones lit up taking picture of a table to the front us . Enjoyment of my evening went to pot. I don't expect to pay $300 for a meal and disrupted by this condone behavior. Why should all the other guest be disturb by this type of performance. I know for this guest we will choose other fine dining restaurants that we visit rather then go here. again too many nice places to choose from to be subjected to this loud rude display. How could this happen. Would be nice to know!

Capital Grille is our go-to restaurant for special occasions such as birthday, anniversaries, etc. We have a preferred table and they always accommodate our requests. We also always request that Marcello serve our table because he is without a doubt the best and most professional server in Northern Virginia. Capital Grille always adds nice touches for special events such as the nice anniversary surprise plate.

The order was a little mixed up but they did everything possible to make out work. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

Outstanding food and service!

Disappointed with the experience at Capital Grille. We were seated far in the back of the restaurant near the kitchen. The steak was bland and service was ok. We have always had better service in the bar. If we continue to frequent this location we probably will not host any large events.

Marcello is one of the best waiters in the entire DMV area. He is professional and courteous. I always ask for him. He makes the total experience second to none.

It was my wife’s birthday and we had been to the Capital Grille a couple times previously, but we did not expect the wonderful desert and champagne that was provided for the occasion. As always the steak is perfectly made and the lobster mac & cheese was on point! Capital Grille never disappoints.

We had Easter dinner here with our friends. The service was impeccable. The steaks cooked perfectly and the wine was excellent
Definitely worth a repeat visit

To celebrate Easter, we decided to go to a place we always wanted to go to but never had. We are glad we chose well. The experience was excellent! From the friendly attendants handling the free valet parking; the food was awesome-the most tender filet mignon I ever had; our server Jennifer was fantastic; and upper management came to our table to see if everything was to our liking? Truly a 5-Star experience that we will return (already booked) for Mother's Day and just because we loved it.

Our most recent visit was for Easter Brunch, the food and service were both outstanding.

Food is usually solid here but tonight, food was fine but the service was very poor. Nicholas took the wrong order and when we all waited for the correct steak to come out because we didn’t want to be rude and eat first. Our steaks were cold and he said he would take care of the steak that came out incorrectly “on the house”. He did not, this was a $400 meal including tip and that is really unacceptable. 3 of the 4 steaks were good but mine was dry. Really, a bad experience and better options out there. What appeared to be the manager stopped by but didn’t offer anything to take care of the inconvenience. There are better options than this out there like Mortons, Eddie V, bucks fishing and camping, Rays the steak, BLT and bourbon steak. Even Charlie’s palmers has similar steaks and def better service.

Pretty elegant place nice of cool decorations and works of art, but there was too much running around of wait staff. Made the atmosphere a bit chaotic. Food was OK but nothing to get excited about.
Sauce for the oysters was mearly catsup. Maybe if we had gone for steak it would have been better. Wish they had smaller portions for steak. A 48 ounce portion..... really. How aboout a 4 or 8 ounce portion. Very difficuilt to park as garage had no clear directions which I saw to get to up to restaurant.

Wait staff is fantastic. Go out of their way to make you feel cared for and special. Highly recommend the specialty cocktails - and the food is delicious

There is 'free' valet parking; there is a 'free' coat check. The servers are professional in every way. The bread basket contains some yummy onion focaccia, but it's at the bottom, so don't miss it. Scallops were delicious; all meals (beef, lamb, salmon, lobster) were enjoyed by the group. A lovely birthday dessert was presented to the guest of honor. Enjoyable evening, though two of us could have flown to San Francisco, had a modest dinner, and flown back for the cost of the dinner for 9 (with only a couple of alcoholic beverages).

Went for a "date night" dinner with my husband - absolutely fantastic food and service. Wonderful cocktails, too; we sat in the bar, and enjoyed the "clubby" atmosphere there. The Tuna Tartare was phenomenal as was the filet mignon. All the staff make you feel welcome and comfortable. Plus, in taking my "doggie bag" home with me, I forgot my pocket book at the restaurant! The staff secured it in their safe and were very thoughtful to us all around. Love this place. While it's a bit pricey, it's worth it.

Out table and food was awesome. Our waitress was not our usual server and she was less than attentive. I was ordering my wine when she just walked away, no comment. I seriuously hope we never have her again

Michael Chambers was our waiter and he was really great. Personable, knowledgable, just a nice guy which makes a huge difference in the service level and rating I'm sure the restaurant gets. Great spot, grab Michael if you go!!

I wish it didn’t appear there were a bounty on collecting used plates. I was still chewing my food, my last bite, when the bus man came around and asked if I was finished with my plate and took it. Because I was chewing I couldn’t respond. I think it’s rude that my fork is still in my hand and I am still chewing a piece of food and my plate disappears. I expect more from your restaurant.

The Capital Grille in Tysons is one of those restaurants where the service is superb, as is the food and the atmosphere. Can't say enough about the professionalism of the entire staff.

We had a delicious dinner Saturday night. Food and wine were excellent. Our waiter, Musa, made the evening. He was well informed about the menu, knew the wine list and made some excellent suggestions. He made our meal very enjoyable, hopefully we can have him as our waiter again!

Great! We were celebrating our 24 anniversary. Overall great experience. One nitpick that was not great. Received a free dessert but did not get to choose it, the waiter just showed up with it. I would have rather chose my own item even if it wasn’t complimentary.

The place is great for any occasion. Best steak in town - but the fish dishes are also great. Unparalleled service, James in the Bar is great - Todd as manager is attentive, and Musa is a top shelf waiter!- my favorite spot in Tysons.

Took my son to celebrate his 16th birthday. This was a make up, as we tried to celebrate it previously at another steakhouse that shall go unnamed. Previous attempt was a complete disaster. Capital Grille proved to be reliable and fantastic as always. Next year we're cutting to the chase and just going straight to Capital Grille for his birthday. To heck with the other guys.

Went to The Capital Grille to celebrate my 4 year wedding anniversary. The service was first-class and the staff was wonderful. Management made sure to pull out "all the stops" to ensure a memorable evening. That being said, I do feel like the food was a little underwhelming. Maybe it was what we ordered, but I didn't find it to be worth the price they charge.
